Waschvorrichtung. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist i@ine Waschvorrichtung.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind mehrere Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung darge- s t e llt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 zum Teil in Ansicht, zum Teil im Schnitt die Waschvorrichtung gemäss dem < -i-sten Ausführungsbeispiel, Fig. 2 eine Ansicht der Waschvorrich tung gemäss dem zweiten Ausführungsbei- spiel, .
Fig. 3 zum Teil in Ansicht, zum Teil im Schnitt die Waschvorrichtung gemäss dem dritfen Ausführungsbeispiel, Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht hievon, Fig. 5 einen Vertikalschnitt durch die \Waschvorrichtung gemäss dem vierten Aus- fÜhrangsbeispiel, Fig. 6 und 7 Einzelheiten der Waschvor richtung gemäss Fig. 5 in grösserem Massstab, Fig. 8 zum Teil in Ansieht,

Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 ist mit 1 ein Waschherd bezeichnet, welcher in üblicher Weise mit einem Wasehkessel 2 aus gerüstet ist, in welchem sich der Wa.schpro zess vollzieht. Der Raum 3 unterhalb des Waschkessels 2 ist als Feuerraum ausgebildet, um das im Kessel befindliche Wa.schwas@er zum Sieden zu bringen. Die Waschvorrich tung weist in einem Gehäuse 4 einen Elek tromotor mit einem Turbogebläse auf, wel ches Gehäuse zum Beispiel an einer Wand befestigt werden kann.
Vom Turbogebläse aus führt eine Luftleitung 5 in das Innere des Waschkessels 2-. Zu diesem Zwecke weist der obere Teil 7 des Waschkessels 2 eine Durchgangsöffnung für die Luftleitung 5 auf. Am Teil 7 ist ein Regulierventil 8 be festigt, das in die Luftleitung 5 gesehaltet ist.
Im Innern des, Waschkessels 2 ist die Luftleitung 5 an eine Leitung 9 angeschlos sen, welche ihrerseits mit einem Luftvertei ler 8' in Verbindung steht, der auf dem Boden des Waschkessels 2 aufliegt und der auf seiner Oberseite mit einer grösseren Zahl von Luftaustrittsöffnungen versehen. ist. 6 bezeichnet den Deckel, der ebenfalls nicht gezeichnete Luftaustrittsöffnungen aufweist.
Die Gebrauchs- und Wirkungsweise dei beschriebenen Waschvorrichtung ist folgende: Angenommen, die zu reinigende Wäsche sei in den Waschkessel.
2 eingefüllt und die Waschflüssigkeit sei, wie erforderlich, er wärmt, oo schaltet man den an eine nicht ge zeichnete elektrische Leitung angeschlosse nen, in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten Motor ein, der das in dem Gehäuse 4 befind liche Turbogebläse betätigt, das die Luft durch die Leitung 5 zu dem auf dem Boden des Waschkessels 2 angeordneten Luftvertei- ler 8' leitet,
von wo die Luft durch die Wäsche hindurchdringt und dadurch den Reinigungsprozess bewirkt. Durch den Regu lierhahn 8 kann die Luftzufuhr nach Bedarf reguliert werden. Die Luftzufuhr kann ge ringer sein, wenn nur verhältnismässig wenig Wäsche in denn Waschbehälter eingefüllt ist; sie muss entsprechend stärker sein, wenn sich viel Wäsche in dem Waschbehälter befindet.
Die Waschvorrichtung gemäss dem Aus führungsbeispiel nach Fig. 2 unterscheidet sich von der vorbeschriebenen hauptsächlich dadurch, dass der Elektromotor und das Turbogebläse in dem Aufsatz 9' des Deckels 6 untergebracht sind und mitsamt dem Dek- kel vom Behälter B abgenommen werden können.
Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Behälter B mit einem nicht gezeichneten elektrischen Heizelement ausgerüstet, das zweckmässigerweise am Boden des Behälters angeordnet ist.
Die Luft wird vom Turbo gebläse über eine nicht gezeichnete Leitung der Behälterinnenwandung entlang zu einem über dem Behälterboden, angeordneten Luft verteiler geführt, von wo sie auf den Behäl terinhalt einwirkeru kann. 'Die Vorrichtung gemäss dem zuletzt beschriebenen Ausfüh- rungsbeispiel kann ausser zum Reinigen von Wäsche auch zum Reinigen von Tellern, Be steck usw. benützt werden.
Zu diesem Zwecke gehört zur Vorrichtung ein nicht gezeichne ter, aus Drahtgeflecht bestehender, in den Behälter einsetzbarer Einsatz, auf den die zu i reinigenden Haushaltgegenstände gelegt wer den: können. Nach Entfernung der Wasch- flüssigkeit können die erwähnten: Haushalt gegenstände nach Einschaltung des elektri schen Heizelementes im Behälter getrocknet werden.
Die Wasehvorrichtung gemäss dem Aus führungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 3 und 4 ist speziell für technische Zwecke gedacht; sie besitzt eine Wanne 10, in welcher nahe über ihrem Boden parallel zu demselben verlau fend ein Rost angeordnet ist.
Dieser Rost ist aus; den parallel. zueinander verlaufenden Röhren 11 .gebüdet, die sich in der Längs- richtung der Wanne 10 erstrecken und die .auf ihrer Oberseite mit Luftaustrittsöffnun- gen 12 versehen sind. Die Luftzufuhr erfolgt über das Luftzuleitungsrohr 11a, das über die Leitung 13 mit dem Turbogebläse 14 in Verbindung steht. In die Leitung 13 ist ein Luftfilter 15 und ein. Regulierventil 16 (Fsg. 3) eingebaut.
Die zuletzt beschriebene Vorrichtung eig net sich vorzüglich zur Reinigung von l@la- schinenteilen usw., speziell von solchen, die stark verkrustet sind. Solche Teile können in Petrol eingelegt und mittels der beschriebe nen Waschvorrichtung rasch und bequem ge reinigt werden. Die in den Röhren 11 vor gesehenen Luftaustrittsöffnungen könnten in bezug aufeinander versetzt sein.
Die Vorrichtung gemäss dem zuletzt be schriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel eignet sich auch zur Reinigung von Hackfrüchten, wie Kartoffeln, Rüben us.w., ebenso zum Wa: sehen von Obst in Mostemeien.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 5, 6 und 7 ist mit 17 der Waschkessel bezeich net, der mit dem abnehmbaren Deckel 25 ver sehen ist. Der Waschkessel ist mit einem vertikalen, zentral angeordneten., oben offe nen Rohr 19 ausgerüstet, das in seinem un tern Teil eine Anzahl über den Umfang ver teilte, gruppenweise in drei verschiedenen Höhenlagen angeordnete Luftaustrittsöffnun- gen <B>20</B> aufweist, die, wie Mg. 6 zeigt, in Umfangsrichtung gegeneinander versetzt sind.
Gleichachsig mit dem Rohr 19 ist als Ab schlussorgan .ein weiteres Rohr 21 vorgesehen. Dieses ist im Rohr 19 drehbar gelagert, und sein Aussendurchmesser stimmt mit dem In nendurchmesser des Luftzuführungsrohres 19 überein.
Ferner weist das Rohr 21 über sei nen Umfang gleichmässig verteilte Schlitze 22 auf, welche ebenfalls gruppenweise in verschiedenen, den Luftaustrittsöffnungen 20 entsprechenden Höhenlagen, angeordnet sind und die so bemessen, sind, dass durch Verdre hung des Abschlussorganes wahlweise ver schiedene Luftaustrittsöffnungen 20 geschlos sen oder geöffnet werden können.
Um .eine günstige Luftzuführung in den Behälter zu E.r-reiehen, Sind die Luftaustrittsöffnungen 20 tttt(l die entsprechenden Schlitze 22, wie aus Fit;. 7 ersichtlich, nach oben gerichtet, das beisst der Luftaustritt erfolgt schräg nach oben.
Die Drehung des Absehlussorbanes 21 wird mit. einem Betätigungsgriff 23 bewerk- @tclligt. Dieser sitzt auf einer Stange 24, die mit, den r Abschlussorga.n 21 in Verbindung st(Irt. 25 'bezeichnet den Deckel, auf dein das Tnr-bogeliläse 26, das mit einem Elektro- nrotor in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse unter ist, angeordnet ist.
Im Betrieb bläst (las Gebläse 26 Luft in das Rohr 19 hinein. Gemäss dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 8 und 9 sind anstatt eines zentralen, ver tikal angeordneten Rohres drei um den M'a.schkessel in verschiedenen Höhenlagen angeordnete, ringförmige Luftverteilungs- r(;hren 27 vorgesehen, welche in ein ausser lra.lb des Kessels 17' vorgesehenes Luftzufüh- rttrrgsrolrr 28 (h\ig. 8) münden.
Das Luft zuführungsrohr 28 ist an ein mit einem Elek- tromotor zusammengebautes Turbogebläse 29 arrgeclrlossen. Über den Umfang des Kessels <B>17'</B> g;eiehmä.ssig verteilt sind in den Luftver- leilungsröhren 2 7 Durchtrittsöffnungen 30 vorgesehen.
Die Öffnungen 30 der verschie denen Luftverteilungsröhren 2 7 sind gegen einander versetzt angeordnet und stehen mit entsprechenden Durchbrechungen 31 eines Regulierringes 32 (Fig. 9) in Verbindung.
Der Regulierring <B>3,2</B> ist innerhalb des Wa.sehkessels 17' gleichaclrsib mit letzterem drehbar angeordnet, und sein Aussendurch- nresse r stimmt mit dem Innendurchmesser des Kessels 17' überein. Durch Verdrehung des Regulierringes 32 können wahlweise verschie rlene der Öffnungen 30 geöffnet oder ge schlossen werden.
Für die: Drehung des. Regulierringes 32 ist ein Handrad 33 vorgesehen, welches über eine Welle 34 mit einem Ritzel 35 in Ver- bindinig steht, welch letzteres in einen Zahn kranz 36 eingreift. Dieser Zahnkranz 36 ist am obern Rand des Regulierringes 32 ange ordnet. Beini Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig.1Ö ist der Wäschebehälter 37 über einem Feuer herd 38 aufgesetzt.
Zum Ab.schluss des Wäschebehälters dient der Deckel 3,9, auf dem das Turboo bläse 40 angeordnet ist und durch den das Rohr 41 geführt wird, das an seinem untern Ende eine mit Löchern ver sehene Scheibe 42 trägt. Die vom Turbo gebläse kommende Luft strömt durch das Rohr 41 und gelangt durch die mit Löchern versehene Scheibe 42 in gleichmässiger Ver teilung zu der im Behälter 37 befindlichen Wäsche.
Die Waschvorrichtung nach den beschrie benen Ausführungsbeispielen ermöglicht eine gründliche und schonende Behandlung des Wäschegutes; sie besitzt den Vorteil der Ein fachheit und der bequemen Bedienungsmög- li chkeit.
