Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Nitrofarbstoffes.            Gegenstand    vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung     eines        Nitrofarb-          stoffes.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man     3'-Nitro-4'-chlor-benzo-          hhenon-2-carbonsäure    mit     4-Amino-4'-oxy-3'-          carboxy-diphenylamin-2-sulfonsäure    umsetzt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein dunkel  braunes     Pulver,        das    sich in Wasser mit hell  brauner Farbe löst und Wolle aus saurem  Bade in     orangebraunen    Tönen von guter  Lichtechtheit färbt. Durch     Nachchromierung     der Färbung erhält man einen Umschlag nach  Dunkelbraun.  



       Beispiel:     61,1 Teile     3'-Nitro-4'-ehlor-benzophenon-          3-carbonsäure    werden in 500 Teilen     Wasser     mit Soda neutral gelöst     und    mit einer neu  tralen Lösung von 64,8 Teilen 4-Amino-4'-         oxy-3'-carboxy-diphenylamin-2-sulfonsäure    in  500     Teilen    Wasser vereinigt, nach Zugabe von  15 Teilen     cale.    Soda     wird        etwa.    15 Stunden  am     Rückfluss    gekocht. Durch Zugabe von  Kochsalz wird dann der gebildete Farbstoff  abgeschieden.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Nitro- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 3'-Nitro-4'-chlor - benzophenon - 2 - carbonsäure mit 4-Amino-4'-oxy-3'-carbogy-diphenylamin- 2-sulfonsäure umsetzt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein dunkel braunes Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit hell brauner Farbe löst und Wolle aus saurem Bade in orangebraunen Tönen von guter Licht echtheit färbt.
