L'objet de la présente invention est une montre comprenant un mouvement rond dis posé dans un logement cylindrique d'une boîte dont la lunette présente une ouverture, de forme, plus grande que le polygone corres pondant inscrit dans le pourtour circulaire de ce logement; cette montre est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un cadran composé de deux pièces juxtaposées, à savoir:
une partie périphérique, de forme, posée sur un rebord intérieur de la lunette et maintenu par la glace, et une plaque centrale, de forme, ajustée dans cette partie périphérique et portée par le mouvement, les faces supérieures des deux pièces du cadran étant au moins approximativement au même niveau.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.

La montre-bracelet représentée comprend une boîte composée d'une carrure-lunette carrée 1, d'une glace 2 également carrée nt d'un fond rond 3 vissé dans la partie infé rieure filetée d'un logement cylindrique 4 destiné ià recevoir un mouvement rond 5.
Ce mouvement est supporté dans le logement 4 par un cercle d'emboîtage 6 maintenu par des clés de fixation 7. L'ouverture carrée de la, lunette est jlus: grande que le, carré inscrit dans le pourtour circulaire du logement 4 ce qui permet de .donner .à da boîte un aspect moins massif faisant plus nettement ressor tir sa forme carrée, tout en conservant les avantages du fond rond, vissé ou fixé par crochement.
Le cadran est formé de deux pièces juxta posées: une partie périphérique carrée 8, posée sur un rebord intérieur 10' de la lu- nette-carrure et maintenu en place par la glace 2 qui appuie sur, son bord extérieur, et une plaque centrale carrée 9 figée de façon habituelle sur la platine du mouvement rond 5 -et ajustée dans la partie périphérique<B>8</B> de façon que les surfaces supérieures de ces deux pièces soient au même niveau.
L'ouverture carrée du rebord intérieur 10 dans laquelle est ajustée la plaque centrale 9 a les dimen sions du carré inscrit dans le pourtour circu laire du logement 4. Les signes horaires sont disposés sur la partie périphérique 8. La boîte,est rendue étanche par un paquetage 11 disposé entre le fond 3 et la carrure 1 et par un autre paquetage 12 disposé entre le talon de la glace 2 et le fond de la creusure 10'.

The square opening of the bezel is larger than the square inscribed in the circular periphery of the housing 4 which allows to .give .a box a less massive appearance making its square shape more clearly visible, while retaining the advantages of the round bottom, screwed or fixed by hooking.
