<SEP> treten
<tb> und <SEP> mittels:
<SEP> seiner <SEP> Kurbel <SEP> das <SEP> sich <SEP> auf <SEP> der
<tb> Hülse <SEP> des <SEP> Fliehkra.ftreglers <SEP> abstützende <SEP> Re gelgestänge <SEP> in <SEP> der <SEP> Pfeilrichtung <SEP> I <SEP> verschie 1>en. <SEP> Infolgedessen <SEP> -wird <SEP> die <SEP> Brennstofförde rung <SEP> der <SEP> Pumpe <SEP> P, <SEP> gleichzeitig <SEP> aber <SEP> auch <SEP> die

<tb> wieder <SEP> sinken.
<SEP> Regelsystems <SEP> so <SEP> auszubilden,
<tb> dass <SEP> bei <SEP> dem <SEP> durch <SEP> den <SEP> Thermostaten <SEP> bewirk ten <SEP> Nachstellen <SEP> die <SEP> Änderung <SEP> der <SEP> Brenn stoffmenge <SEP> gegenüber <SEP> der <SEP> Änderung <SEP> der
<tb> Arbeitsmittelmenge <SEP> überwiegt. <SEP> Dadurch <SEP> ist
<tb> in <SEP> einem <SEP> solchen <SEP> Falle <SEP> die <SEP> Nachregelung <SEP> in
<tb> -rösserem <SEP> Masse <SEP> dem <SEP> aufs <SEP> neue <SEP> in <SEP> Tätigkeit
<tb> tretenden <SEP> Regler <SEP> R <SEP> überlassen.

<tb> Zwecke <SEP> dienende <SEP> beispielsweise <SEP> Einrichtung,
im entgegengesetzten Falle das Öffnungsmass des Ventils entsprechend (im äussersten Falle bis zum Absperren des Ventils) vermindert werden. Berücksichtigt man ferner noch bei einer Leistungsänderung die sinngemässe Regelung der Brennstoff- menge, d. h. die Regelung derselben bei sin kender Belastung in abnehmendem und bei steigender Belastung in zunehmendem Sinne, so erhält man wieder eine kombinierte Lei stungsregelung, bei welcher die mit der Be lastung gleichzeitige und gleichsinnige Ande- ;

P2 in.

Fig. 1 and 'each represent an execution form with a thermostat or with Tem perature control at one point, and Fig.3 shows an embodiment with two thermostats or with Temperaturrege lring at two points.
In the arrangement according to Figure 1 drives. the gas turbine G on the one hand via the coupling K2 the payload machine, on the other hand the compressors V, and V, which latter, connected in parallel with each other,
cause the compression of the working fluid relaxing in the gas turbine under work performance. The working medium sucked in by the compressors via the suction line 1 passes through the pipe socket 2 or
3 through into the working spaces of the compressor, then after compression via the pipe system 4 - 5 - 6 in the turbine G, whereby it is meanwhile in the combustion chamber B built in the pipe 6 due to the supply and combustion of fuel it warms . After relaxation, the heated, compressed working medium emerges from the gas turbine G via the outlet line 7.
The regulation of the performance of the system is done with the help of the centrifugal governor R keiled on the shaft of the turbine, while he desired readjustment of the temperature changing as a result of the regulation in this example by the in the pipe 6 between the combustion chamber B and the one Let opening of the turbine arranged thermostat T is effected.
In this case, the power is regulated by changing both the amount of fuel introduced into the combustion chamber B and the amount of compressed working fluid conveyed to the gas turbine G, e.g.
B. with decreasing performance will be reduced; Both controllers b 'and T influence the two variables to be controlled, on the one hand they adjust the stroke of the fuel pump P conveying the fuel in a known manner, on the other hand they change the degree of throttling of the throttle valve built into the suction port 2 of the compressor V D,
. The control of the stroke of the pump P and at the same time the rotation of the throttle valve Dl causing the linkage of the controller R and <I> T </I> is formed so that if the controller R is effective, the point of action of the controller. T on the linkage, if controller T is effective, however, the adjustment sleeve of controller B serves as a support point for the linkage.
The ; Direction of movement of the control rod when loading or unloading .is denoted by the characters -I- or -; In accordance with this, the reference symbol <X on the fuel pump P designates the position corresponding to the maximum filling and the reference symbol the position corresponding to the zero filling.
In the suction port 2 of the compressor T ', the throttle valve D can be set to a low throttling, even with normal performance of the system, in order to change the amount of arboitsmittel at this point in two directions, namely in a decreasing and increasing sense enable.
If the amount of working medium has to be reduced in the course of the regulation to such an extent that the throttle valve D, \ 'closes completely and, as a result, the compressor V, does not supply any air, the drive of the, which takes place from the shaft of the system, can the latter can also be turned off by releasing the clutch K located between the compressors T 'and VZ.
If, on the other hand, it should be desirable to reduce the work: smdttelquote in a mass going beyond the complete shut-off of the compressor Y, then, as can be seen from Fig. 1, the resiliently flexible linkage of the throttle valve D, in the for Inlet opening of the pipe 3 carrying the compressor V @ actuate a throttle valve D2 held in the middle position by means of spring force,
which is of course completely open until the Droseel valve D is not completely closed. As a result, as long as the Drosselven valve D, its .Schliessstellung has not reached and also if in the pipe 3 that

In the arrangement according to FIG. 2, of the two mechanically independent rotating turbines, the turbine G1 drives the compressor V from the higher pressure, while the turbine G2 drives the payload machine from the lower pressure. The air sucked in by the compressor arrives.
after their compression via the pressure line 6 'into the high pressure, work space of the heat exchanger W and from here via the extension 6 ″ of the pressure line containing the thermostat T and the combustion chamber B into the high pressure turbine G1, in which it is located in one of the Work required by the compressor corresponding mass relaxed.
The working medium, which is still under pressure after this expansion, flows via line 8 to the low-pressure turbine G2, in which it does useful work when it is expanded down to the lower pressure limit of the work process,
whereupon it enters the low-pressure working space of the heat exchanger W via the outlet opening 7 and from here finally escapes into the open air after its recoverable heat content has been transferred to the compressed fresh working medium.
The existing thermostat T in the illustrated embodiment of a metal reel eats, as mentioned, in the pressure line 6 '= 6 "of the compressor between the heat exchanger W or its high-pressure work space and the combustion chamber B arranged.
The thermostat T and the centrifugal force regulator B regulate the amount of fuel and the amount of fuel in this case already via a linkage. compacted work equipment. To carry out this latter control, the bypass line 9, which can be shut off with means of the throttle valve D, is arranged between the suction port and the pressure line 6 'of the compressor, so that depending on the opening of the throttle valve D more.
or less working medium flows back from the pressure line 6 'to the suction nozzle, thereby reducing both the final pressure of this compressor and the amount of working medium flowing into the successive turbines, as a result:
If the actuation of the throttle valve of the bypass line 9, similar to the regulation of the fuel supply, has an influence on the level of the system's output, when valve D is opened, the reduction in the amount of working fluid and the pressure behind the compressor will also result decrease performance.
If the closed position of the valve on the fuel pump P corresponds to the position corresponding to the full filling 132; D belongs and if the valve <B> D </B> is in order to. a two-sided control option, d. H. is in a partially open position at a load below the maximum load, in an increasing and in a decreasing sense, then the valve must be opened or closed to an even greater extent from this position in order to further reduce the output already reduced with this setting.
in the opposite case, the opening dimension of the valve can be reduced accordingly (in the extreme case until the valve is shut off). If one also takes into account the analogous regulation of the fuel quantity when changing the output, i. H. the regulation of the same with decreasing load in a decreasing sense and with increasing load in an increasing sense, one again obtains a combined power regulation in which the other simultaneous and co-directional with the load;
The increase in the amount of fuel and the amount of working fluid exert opposing influences on the temperature of the working fluid. Therefore, in those cases in which the compensatory effect of the opposing control influences exerted on the temperature is not satisfactory, according to the invention it is also justified to keep the desired temperature value as constant as possible by means of the special controller T used for this purpose.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the connecting linkage between the two controllers B and T and the regulated Orga NEN in the ZVeiee shown in the drawing is again designed so that when

<tb> sta.ten <SEP> used <SEP> -be. <SEP> A <SEP> in <SEP> this, meaning previously mentioned modification of the device according to FIG. 2 is illustrated in FIG.
The connections of the compressor, the heat exchanger and the turbines with each other and the mode of operation of the entire device in stationary operations are the same as in the arrangement according to FIG. 2, so that it is unnecessary to go into this at this point.
In addition, the essential change from the standpoint of the regulation in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3 is that each of the series-connected turbines has its own combustion chamber B or Bz and each combustion chamber has its own fuel pump P1 or
P, is assigned, but these fuel pumps controlled for example by a common centrifugal governor R. can be.
In the sense of the arrangement according to FIG. 2, this centrifugal governor also actuates the throttle valve D in the bypass line between the inlet connection and the pressure line of the compressor.
For the purpose of monitoring the temperature of the in the high pressure turbine G ,. incoming working medium is between the inlet opening of this turbine and the combustion chamber B ,. the one with the fuel pump P ,. functionally connected thermostat T ,. arranged,
while monitoring the temperature of the working fluid leaving the low-pressure turbine G2 or the temperature of the heat exchanger, W on the warm side of the same in the outlet line of the turbine G2 with the fuel pump,
P2 in. Functionally connected thermostat Tz is attached. The functional connection of the thermostats and the centrifugal governor with the fuel pumps as well as the functional connection of the centrifugal governor with the throttle valve is only indicated schematically by means of the pulse lines 19-21.
This device could of course also be modified so that one for each fuel pump. own governor belongs and in this case the throttle valve D is operated either by one or the other governor.
It can iArigens. there may also be more than two turbines connected in series, which is particularly useful if compression was also falling: distributed over several compressors connected in series, with each compressor from its own turbine of the series-connected turbines is driven. In such cases, thermostats can also be arranged in an even greater number in the system for the purpose according to the invention.
are as im. Case of the arrangement according to FIG. 3.
In addition to open gas turbine systems, the control devices discussed can also be used in systems with a circuit of the working medium; in such cases, however, the lower pressure limit of the work process can also be changed to control the performance.
In the above, a throttle was applied in the suction line of the compressor once to change the amount of working fluid, and the other time a bypass line on the compressor was proposed. In the case of turbines connected in series, one or some of the turbines can also be provided with a bypass line in order to change the quantities of working medium flowing in the individual turbines and to influence the performance in this way.
Instead of bypass lines you can; For this purpose, tap lines are also used, in which the discharged amount of work medium does not bypass the whole compressor or the whole turbine, but only part of the same. In addition to these possibilities, however, the control of the amount of working medium can also be achieved by rotating the blades of the compressor if the guide blades practically alone for this purpose are designed to be rotatable at least in some blade rings.
These regulating organs are together with the regulating organs of the fuel supply of any known controller, z. B. a number of revolutions controller, or with manual control depending on the need
