Device for the production of homogeneous mixtures from solid and liquid or pulpy food and beverages. The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing homogeneous mixtures. Solid and liquid or pulpy food and luxury foods by means of a mixing vessel (rotating knife and feed propeller, which sit on a shaft that is passed through the bottom of the vessel and is driven by a motor with a number of revolutions of 6,000 to 25,000 revolutions per minute.
Such devices have already become known in which a feed propeller is arranged at the same height as the rotating knife or above in such a way that the contents of the vessel are pressed against the vessel bottom by the propeller, the contents being longitudinal. the wall of the vessel rises again and at very high. The number of revolutions can easily be foamed over ck: Contents of the vessel: results.
This disadvantage can be avoided by the device according to the present invention in that a feed propeller is arranged above and below the rotating knife. By suitably designing and arranging the two feed propellers, the supply line for the contents of the vessel to the rotating knife can be improved so that a better cutting effect is achieved.
At the same time, the effect of the two propellers on the rest of the vessel's contents can be largely canceled out, so that the number of revolutions is e.g. B. can be increased to 24,000 tours per minute without fear of foaming over the contents. to have to. The effect of the device can in turn be improved by the increased number of revolutions.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention; Darge represents.
Fig. 1 shows one; Vertical section through the container and frame of the device, with a view of the machine part.
F'ig. 2 is a horizontal section through the container, with a top view of the machine part.
In the frame 1, a motor 2 is arranged, the drive shaft 3 of which is passed through the bottom of the mixing vessel 4 resting on the frame 1. In the mixing vessel 4 a rotating knife 5 consisting of two blades is arranged on the shaft 3 and above and below the same a feed propeller 6 and 7 respectively.
The mixing vessel 4 has ribs ss on the inside, by means of which the mass which is not affected by the knife 5 is to a certain extent retained.
With the help of the device described it z. For example, when using a motor of '/, PS and 13000 to mix half a liter of milk with two apples so intimately that a drink of a completely new physical and aromatic quality is obtained.
The device can also be used to incorporate flavor carriers that are not soluble, liquid or pulpy masses. So z. B., which was previously not possible, in a mayonnaise vegetable additives such. Such flavor carriers are difficult to digest if they are found in lumps in the mayonnaise. Of particular importance is the device according to the invention for hospitals, children's clinics and nursing homes, where it comes down to solid foods such as apples, carrots and spinach, which can not be easily processed by the stomach, so fine in a liquid, for.
