Geschirrwaschmaschine.
Dishwasher. The dish washing machines for the Ilaus.ha.lt and also for the hotel business, which are known to this day, are built for the storage of large quantities of dishes. When storing a large number of pieces of crockery, the individual pieces lie so close together that the water jets can never hit all parts of the crockery.
This makes the cleaning unsatisfactory and the not yet clean pieces of utensils have to be clipped into the machine a second time.
These machines must also be built to be excessively large for large households, restaurants and hot tubs, this also applies to medium-sized households so that at least all of the dishes used for a meal can be put in the washing machine.
The above-mentioned disadvantage of this dishwashing machine is intended to be eliminated by the present invention, in that a rotating basket is provided according to the invention for storing the dishes in the dishwashing machine.
which is subdivided by several partitions into several compartments, each used to hold a piece of utensils, and a loading opening is provided which allows the washed dishes to be taken out when passing through the compartments of the crockery basket and the dishes to be inserted while the machine is in operation.
If the machine is designed in such a way that - non-stop insertion and removal - of the dishes is possible while the machine is in operation, individual feeding of the pieces of dishes under the shower still achieves a high level of efficiency for the dishwashing machine. The 31a @ s, chine can therefore be built in one and the same size for both small households and large companies.
In the drawing is. an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: FIG. 1 shows a section through the machine according to the cutting planes A and B in FIG. 3, each half, FIG.
2 shows a section through the machine according to the sections C and D in FIG. 3, half of each, in FIG. 2 the shower 17 is shown displaced by 9.0, and FIG. 3 shows a plan view of the machine, lid and crockery basket partially broken off.
1 is the housing of the i #, la: schin @ e, whose lower part, not shown in the drawing, is augebilclet as a foot. The housing has a trough 2 at the top, which serves as a washroom and which has a bottom part 3 raised in the middle of a ke, truncated shape. In the washroom 2, a wire basket I is rotatably arranged. This also has a correspondingly conically raised base part on which the crockery pieces are placed with their hollow side.
The crockery basket is attached with its raised bottom part coaxially to a flange 5 of a sleeve 6, wel che together with the basket liftable on a drive shaft 7 is attached. A driver web 8 of the sleeve 6 engages in a slot 9 in the upper end of the drive shaft 7. A guide sleeve 10, in which the drive shaft 7 is mounted, is attached to the underside of the conically raised base part 3.
The lower end of the guide sleeve 10 carries a housing 11. An arranged in a separate lower compartment of the housing 11 Turbi nenrad 12 drives the drive shaft 7 via a built-in reduction gear 13 in the housing 11. An electric motor 14 housed in the housing 1 drives a centrifugal pump 15 through a shaft attached to the stub shaft of the electric motor, through which the hot water used in the circuit is pressed into a pressure line 16:
This pressure line is connected to a shower 17 built into the trough wall 2, 3. A branch pressure line 18, in which a cock 19, which can be actuated by means of a handle 19 ', is installed, supplies part of the pressurized water to the turbine 12. At the deepest part: the floor 3 of the washroom, a collecting cup 20 is connected, which is connected to the pump 15 by a suction line 21.
A fine wire screen basket 22 is inserted into the collecting cup 20 so that it can be easily lifted out. A waste water line 23 connects the turbine 12 with the collecting cup 20. 24 is a drain cock operated by a handle button 24 'which is built into the drain nozzle 25.
A drain pipe 26 connects the suction line 21 via the drain tap 24 to the drain connector 25. 27 is an overflow line which connects the collecting cup 20 to the drain connector 25 at the level of the floor of the washroom. 28 is a fresh water supply line, which is connected to a hot water boiler and via a tap 29 with a knob 29 'and a pipe connection 30 leads fresh water into two rinsing nozzles 31, one of which is directed into the wall 2 and the other of the former directed into the Wall 3 is installed.
The crockery basket 4 is divided by three sheath walls 32 into three compartments for receiving one piece of crockery. 33 is a glass lid which rests just above the edge of the crockery basket 4 on a step 34 of the recessed housing part 2 and has a cutout 35 for inserting and removing the crockery items towards the front of the washing machine. The electric motor 14 can be switched on and off by a switch 36.
The quantity of hot water required for washing the dishes is let into the machine by opening the tap 29 through the rinsing nozzles 31. After the hot water has risen to the mouth of the overflow pipe 27 and the excess water begins to flow into the outlet, the machine can be put into operation. This is done by switching on the motor 14 by means of the switch 36 and by opening the tap 19. By opening the last ren more or less wide, the speed of rotation can be increased. of the crockery basket. 4 are regulated.
The basket rotates relatively slowly, so that it is possible to load the compartments of the basket that pass through the cutout 35 one after the other with a piece of crockery. The inserted pieces of crockery first pass the shower 17 (see arrow), where they are rinsed and cleaned on all sides by the water jets. The crockery pieces are hit by the fresh water jets from the rinsing nozzles 31 just behind the shower head. After washing in the cutout 35 he apparently pieces of dishes are taken out, and immediately another piece of dishes can be inserted into the empty part for washing.
The items of crockery are taken out and placed in the basket compartments that appear one after the other in the cutout of the lid of the machine while the basket is rotating.
This working method allows time-saving and effortless cleaning of a large quantity of dishes; m a continuous work process, with each individual piece of crockery passing the shower jets exposed on all sides. The rinsing water constantly flowing in through the rinsing nozzles while the machine is in operation causes the oil floating on the water level of the collector 20 to run continuously.
The glue dishwashing resulting food residues are retained in the sieve basket 22. Through the cover 33 made of glass it can easily be seen whether the strainer basket is full and needs to be emptied. This can be easily lifted out after removing the lid 33 Lind of the crockery basket 4. After completion of the washing work, the washing water can be drained off by opening the outlet tap 24.
