Method and device for conveying sand and containing sand
Mixing from a container to a spray gun.
The present invention relates to a method and a device for conveying sand and sand containing mixtures, such as. B. sand gravel mixtures and mixtures for the production of lightweight concrete, from a container to a spray gun,
The method and the device according to the present invention can be designed in such a way that both sand and sand gravel mixtures with maxima for the spraying process. l still suitable grain size, for example up to 210 mm, as well as mixtures of sand with materials that are used to produce lightweight concrete and are specifically lighter than sand and gravel, continuously following equal amounts are taken from the container and fed to the spray gun can.
In order to spray mortar, it is primarily necessary for the mixture to be supplied to the spray gun in an exactly uniform manner, since the water supply can only be adjusted to a constant mixture flow and this is the only way to maintain a constant mortar consistency.
The method according to the invention consists in that, for conveying sand and sand, (len mixtures from a container to a spray gun) the material to be conveyed is removed from the container in continuously following metered quantities and guided into the area of an air stream that carries the same to the spray gun entrains.
The device according to the invention for performing the method according to the invention can be designed in various ways, in that one type of design can be more suitable for one type of mixture and another for another type of mixture. A device that is suitable for specifically heavy or coarse-grained goods may be unsuitable for fine-grained or specifically light goods.
In the device according to the invention, the container, a dosing-effecting conveying element with at least one dosing cell and a blow-off chamber are arranged in such a way that the dosing and conveying element between the container and blow-off chamber forms a seal that allows conveyed material to be blown back out of the Prevents blow-off chamber to the container.
The metering and conveyor element can have a paddle wheel with side walls, which is rotatably mounted in a cylindrical housing lined with a rubber jacket, but it can also have a paddle wheel without side walls, with a paddle wheel housing lined with rubber on all sides for the formation of cells serves for the dosage. These paddle wheels can be rotatably arranged in the horizontal or vertical plane. The metering and conveying element can also have a slide with perforations which serve to form metering cells.
In the accompanying drawing, for example, embodiments of the device according to the invention are illustrated, on the basis of which the method according to FIG. the invention is explained, for example; show it :
1 to 4 show a device which is particularly suitable for specifically heavy, dry and partly coarse-grained material containing material to be conveyed.
5 to 8 show devices for conveyed goods containing materials. where a free fall of their particles cannot be expected with absolute certainty.
Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through the first device.
Fig. 2 shows a plan view of the same.
Fig. 3 shows a cross section through the metering and conveying element of the device.
FIG. 4 shows a view of the device in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 2, on a smaller scale.
5 shows a vertical section through the container and a metering and conveying element of a second device arranged laterally on the container.
FIG. 6 shows a section along line II-II in FIG. 5.
7 shows a section through a third device with a metering and conveying element having a slide.
FIG. 8 shows a view of this device seen in the direction of the arrow in FIG.
In the device shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the container 2, which is open at the top, is arranged on the base 1, so that it can be continuously refilled with the product to be sprayed. In the bottom of the container 2 there is a shaft 3 with ball bearings 4, on which a wheel 5 with four wings arranged in a cross is wedged.
The lower part of the shaft 3 is mounted with the ball bearing 6 in a housing 7 which is arranged in the base 1 and supports the container 2. The drive of the shaft 3 takes place via the chain wheel 10 and a chain 8 from the motor 9 (FIG. 4), the speed of which can be reduced by a gear. A bevel gear 11, which meshes with bevel gear 12, is seated on shaft 3.
The bevel gear 12 has, on the one hand, a hub 13, by means of which it is mounted with the ball bearing 14 in the housing 7, and, on the other hand, a bush-like hub 15, which is also mounted in the housing 7 with the ball bearing 16. In the hub 15 is secured against rotation in a manner not shown, the horizontal shaft 17, which protrudes with the free part into the housing 28 of the metering and conveying element and is mounted with the ball bearing 18 in the housing cover 19 of the element.
On this part of the shaft 17, the paddle wheel of the metering and conveying element is clamped between a collar of two bushes 2il and 22, which are arranged non-rotatably on the shaft (not shown), and the friction disks 23 and 24. It could also be connected to the shaft 17 by a load coupling or a shear pin; what is essential is the connection. of the paddle wheel with the shaft 17 is not rigid, in order to avoid damage to the same or a gear breakage in the event of a jamming of the wheel.
The hub of the paddle wheel A has two side walls forming collars 25 and 26 which are connected to the blades 27 in a manner not ge signed. The housing 28 in which the paddle wheel A is installed is lined with a rubber cylinder 29. This is the part of the device that is most exposed to wear and tear and is therefore conveniently used so that it can be easily replaced.
The rubber cylinder has an opening 30 at the top, through which conveyed material falling through the bottom hole 32 of the container 2, which is fed by the impeller 5 of the container 2, enters the container of the rotating paddle wheel, which container is formed between two blades 27 When the wheel turns with the rubber cylinder, cells form which ensure an even dosage of the amount of material to be conveyed,
which reaches the underside of the metering and conveying element between two blades in a continuous sequence. Through a lower opening 33 in the rubber cylinder 29, the conveyed goods, which are conveyed down by the wheel, fall from the containers into the space 34. In the space 34, a pipe section 35 is arranged transversely to the exit direction of the conveyed goods from the wheel A, which is connected to the pre-air line 36 connected is.
The pipe section 35 has nozzles 37 distributed over the width of the metering cells, through which the pre-air flows out into the space 34 and the conveyed material that has fallen from the containers of the wheel A into the line 38, which is connected to a pipe section 35 opposite opening of space 34 connects and leads to the spray gun, not shown, entrains. The circumference of the paddle wheel is so close in the rubber cylinder that the compressed air cannot escape from the blow-off space 34 to the container 2, at least not in such a way that the conveyed material could be blown back to the container 2.
The bottom hole 32 of the container 2 and the channel 39 leading from the hole 30 to the paddle wheel are arranged laterally to the shaft 17, so that the channel is tangential to the paddle wheel. This prevents overfilling of the container of the paddle wheel and thus largely prevents material to be conveyed from jamming between the soak, outer sinks and the rubber cylinder 29. To be on the safe side, a wire brush 40, which can rotate in the same direction of rotation as the saddle wheel, is arranged next to the channel 39, which brushes the outer edge of the rotating blades and is in drive connection with the shaft 17 via a chain 46.
In order to be able to adjust the flow of material to be conveyed to the metering and conveying element, a slide 42 is provided on the bottom of the container 2 with which the hole 32 can be completely or partially covered. The actuating rod 43 of the slide 42 is mounted in an eye 44 provided on the container 2 and can be held in the desired setting with the screw 45.
In the device according to FIGS. 5 and 6 there is a rotatable impeller 51 in the container 50, which feeds a conveyed material into the container through the hole 52 of the container 50 into the dosing system arranged on the side of the container. and conveying member 53 is intended to be pressed. The passage cross section of the opening 52 can be through a
Slide 54 enlarged or reduced who the. The metering and conveying element 53 has a paddle wheel 55 which can be rotated in the horizontal plane and has no side walls.
The
Housing 56 of the metering and conveying element
53, in which the paddle wheel is rotatable, is lined with rubber plates 57, 58 on the ceiling and on the floor and with a rubber cylinder 59 on the cylindrical housing wall, which lie tightly against the paddle wheel, so that the member 53 between the container 50 and the im Blow-off chamber 62 arranged at the bottom of the organ forms a closure which prevents conveyed material from being blown back into the container.
When the wheel 55 rotates, two blades each form a cell 60 with the rubber lining of the housing, which convey the material to be conveyed in continuous succession in metered quantities to the glass chamber. The material conveyed in the cells 60 via the blow-off chamber 62 is moved out of the space between the blades through the chamber 62 and into the pipe 63 adjoining it by the blown air which flows out of the tube 611 opening into the housing 56 opposite the chamber 62 and blown to the spray gun not shown. To drive the paddle wheel 5 ^ 5 and the impeller 51 are gear wheels 66 respectively. 66 provided.
With this device, the material to be conveyed is pushed into the spaces between the blades of the wheel 55. The inflow of conveyed material from the container into the dosing and conveying element and its conveyance into the air stream takes place in this device without the conveyed material freely filling, in contrast to the device according to FIGS. 1 to 4, in which it is in and under the effect of its own weight falls out of the dosing and conveying device. This device is therefore particularly suitable for mixtures with materials for which a free fall of their particles cannot be expected.
The housing 56 could also be arranged below the container 50 and the impeller 51 could be designed in such a way that the conveyed material would be pushed through a bottom hole in the container into the spaces between the blades of the blade wheel rotatable in the horizontal plane.
7 and 8 show a device in which the metering and conveying element has, instead of a paddle wheel, a slide 70 which, via a lever 71 which is seated on the shaft 72, between rubber plates 70a, the crank 73 and the crank 73 seated on this shaft the connecting rod 74 can be moved back and forth by the crank 75. The crank 75 is driven by a chain transmission 86 from the motor 87.
The slide 70 has two openings 76 and 77 which, when the slide moves back and forth, alternately pass under the opening 78 of the funnel-shaped container 79 and, as it moves further, form cells that are closed up and down by the rubber plates 70a and serve to dose the material to be conveyed to the blow-off chamber. The material to be conveyed fills out of the container 79 into the opening 76 and / or the opening under the funnel opening. 77, or it can be pressed down into this by means of the stem 80 shown only in FIG.
The openings 76 and 77 correspond in both end positions of the slide each with a channel 81 respectively. 82, which lead to the common Ab blaskämmer 83, into which air can be blown from one side through the pipe 84 and which has a pipe socket 85 on the other side, to which a pipe can be connected through which the valve openings through the channels 82L 83 falling mixture can be blown to the not shown spray gun.
In order to be able to convey material to be conveyed with materials whose parts do not reliably fall freely, an air injection pipe 88, which can be closed by Xälme 89, is arranged in this device opposite the inlet points of the channels 81 and 82 above the slide. Air blown in through these tubes triggers the goods to be conveyed that have passed through the openings in the slide when they pass through the channels 81, 82. s the. Openings directly into the pipe (not shown) which is connected to the pipe socket Sû provided at the bottom of the blow-off chamber and which leads to the spray gun. The pipe sockets 85 and 90 can be closed by a cap so that only one blow-off point is always open.
The device can thus be set to freely falling conveyed goods or to goods with specifically light material whose free fall is not certain.
PATENT CLAIMS:
I. A method for conveying sand and sand-containing mixtures from a container to a spray gun, characterized in that the material to be conveyed in continuously following metered quantities is removed from the container and guided into the area of an air stream which it is used for spraying with the gun.
