Nockenrad 5 lösbar be-
festigt.
Synchronous clockwork, especially for time stamping apparatus. The invention relates to a synchronous clockwork, in particular for time stamping apparatus, which work is characterized by "that between the synchromotor and the minute wheel, which rotates once per hour, transmission means are switched on,
through which the uniform orbital movement of the motor armature is converted into a periodic stepping of the Mi.nutenradachse that depends on its speed.
In. The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of a synchronous clockwork according to the invention.
Fig. 1 shows parts of the clockwork mounted on a circuit board, while Fi, g. 2 represents a side view of FIG.
According to the drawing, transmission means are switched on between the synchronous motor 2 and the minute wheel shaft 14, by means of which the continuous orbital movement of the motor armature is converted in such a way that, depending on its speed, the minute wheel shaft is stepped forward periodically, e.g. B. per minute by one jump or possibly two jumps. each of which then corresponds to half a minute.
According to the exemplary embodiment, the conversion means consist of a switching mechanism. This switching mechanism has the following parts: The synchronous motor 2 is mounted on one of the main boards 1. At the free end of the shaft 3 of the gearbox attached to the synchronous motor 2 is means. a fixed ear tube 4. Cam wheel 5 releasably
solidifies. The cam wheel 5 works together with the stop 6 of a lever 7. This lever 7 is articulated on one side by means of a pivot screw 8 on the circuit board 1. At one end of the lever 7, a helical spring 9 engages. Which at its other end at 10 on the board respectively. a bolt attached to it finds its abutment.
By the spring 9, the lever 7 is respectively. whose stop 6 is constantly pressed against the circumference of the cam wheel 5, thus connecting these parts to one another in a non-positive manner.
On the lever 7 a pawl 12 is also articulated at 11, which - influenced by a leaf spring 13 - is constantly pressed between two teeth of a ratchet wheel 15 firmly connected to the minute wheel, axis 14.
The switching mechanism described is set up in other conditions so that the cam wheel 5 z. B. leads one revolution in a minute. For this purpose, the synchronous motor can be designed so that its shaft 3 has the appropriate rotational speed, in which between armature shaft and cam mat 5 corresponding transmission elements are switched.
In the example of the minute rotation of the knuckle wheel, the ratchet wheel 15 then has sixty peeling teeth. If the clockwork is used for time stamping apparatus, the type wheel with the minute scale is permanently mounted on the minute wheel axle 14.
The functioning of the synchronous clockwork is now as follows: When the synchronous motor 2 is switched on by means of a switch 19 mounted on the circuit board 1, the lever 7 falls off the cam of the wheel 5 after one minute, releasing the spring 9, whereby the pawl 12 does the Ratchet 15 advances by one tooth,
which is readily apparent from the drawing. With further rotation of the Noekenrades 5, the lever 7 is under tension of the spring 9 and slide back the pawl 12 to one tooth pitch again raised respectively. pivoted down around the pivot point 8 until the pawl 12 falls into the next tooth gap,
Then the game repeats itself when the lever 7 falls off the cam again. In this way, with continuous rotation of the motor shaft 2, the ratchet wheel 15 and thus the minute wheel, respectively 14 and the type wheel, are stepped at certain intervals, z.
B. minute, advanced. So that the pawl 12 cannot advance the ratchet wheel by more than one tooth pitch, a stop 17 that can be locked by means of an adjusting screw is also provided.
To prevent any reverse rotation of the ratchet wheel: 15 when sliding back the pawl 12 is also a spring-influenced pawl 18 is arranged, which engages in the Zäline of the ratchet wheel 15 and this locks against reverse rotation.
Since the entire switchgear is mounted on a main board of the clockwork, a very simple device is created - especially for time control devices for stepping the minute wheel shaft depending on the evenly rotating shaft of the synchronous motor.
