Schuhleisten.
Shoe lasts. The invention relates to a shoe made of a front part and a heel part connected to this, the parts of which are connected to one another so that they can be moved apart for tensioning and stretching the shoe.
The invention consists in that a worm gear aufwei sending organ is housed in the heel part, the worm wheel can be set in rotation by means of a socket wrench, and that the worm meshing with the worm wheel forms the extension of a screw bolt that rotates in a sleeve seated in the front part of the bar is, furthermore, that on the organ having the worm gear, a leading part of the bar front during its adjustment and preventing rotation,
guide pin lying parallel to the screw bolt
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows a diagrammatic representation of the shoe last.
2 shows the organ used to connect the front part and the heel part in a side view, and FIG. 3 shows a part of this connection organ on a larger scale.
1 with the front part and 2 with the heel part of the last is referred to. In a recess of the heel part 2, a sleeve 3 with a square cross-section is inserted to prevent rotation in its seat, in which a worm wheel 4 with a hexagonal hole 5 for the introduction of a socket 6 is rotatably seated. At right angles to the axis of the worm wheel 4 is a screw bolt 7, one end of which, designed as a worm 8, lies within the sleeve 3 and meshes with the worm wheel 4.
Lying parallel to the screw bolt 7, there is also a guide pin 9 on the bush 3.
The front part 1 of the last is provided with two mutually parallel Vertie settings for inserting the guide pin 9 and the screw bolt 7. A sleeve 10 with an internal thread is inserted into one of these recesses so that it cannot rotate. The screw bolt 7 is screwed into the sleeve 10.
The arrangement of the bush 3 in the heel part 2 of the last is provided so that, as FIG. 1 shows, the socket wrench 6 can be inserted into the hexagonal hole 5 of the worm wheel 4 from above through a drill. The last can therefore be used for low shoes or high shoes who the.
By turning the key in one direction of rotation, the front part 1 is pushed away from the heel part 2 in that the worm wheel 4 rotates the screw bolt 7 so that the sleeve 10, which is fixed in the front part 1, is axially displaced. During this displacement, the guide pin 9 ensures that the front part 1 cannot perform a rotary movement other than the straight-line displacement movement.
To Ausleis.ten the front part 1 is first pulled back against the heel part 2 by corresponding rotation of the worm wheel, whereupon the removal of the shoe can take place after the relaxation.
The last can be used for different shoe numbers and also for stretching shoes.
