Description

Fig: 1 zeigt im.

Method for fastening machines or structural parts on their foundations. The invention relates to a. Method for fastening machines or structural parts on their foundations, which is characterized by the fact that formwork, e.g.

B, made of sheet iron, at the points where foundation bolts are to be drawn into the foundation, concreted into the foundation, in which formwork the foundation bolts are then cast, e.g. B. be set in concrete.

In order to be able to expand the previously common wooden formwork, it was necessary to provide the same with a suit in the direction of stress on the foundation bolts.

According to the present method, in which the formwork is no longer removed, you can give them any shape that proves to be beneficial to prevent their pulling out of the foundation and also to hold the foundation bolts and their grouting in the foundation absolutely safe to guarantee.

An implementation example of the method according to the invention is explained with reference to the drawing. Fig: 1 shows im. Cut the fastening of a structural part on its foundation.

1 is conical from top to bottom, i.e. against the direction of pulling the bolt. Expanding formwork which is concreted into the foundation 3 at: the point where the foundation bolt 2 is to be drawn into the foundation d of the structural part 4.

As soon as the foundation has hardened sufficiently, the structural part 4 is put on, the foundation bolt 2 is introduced into the casing 5 and the potting compound 5 is introduced into this which, after hardening, the bolt. prevented from being pulled out.
