Kochaufsatz auf dem Feuerungseinsatz einer Warmluft-Heizungsvorrichtung. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bil det ein Kochaufsatz auf dem Feuerungsein- satz einer Warmluft-Heizungsvorrichtung, bei welchem Aufsatz ein auf den Feuerungs- einsatz aufgesetzter, einen Rauchgaskehrzug aufweisender Unterteil einen Rahmen mit aufgesetzter Kochplatte und eine darüber befindliche Haube für die Aufnahme des Kochgutes trägt.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge stellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen senkrechten Schnitt durch einen Ofen mit Feuerungseinsatz und Kochaufsatz; Fig. 2 ist eine Vorderansicht zu Fig. 1 und Fig. 3 ein Grundriss dazu.
In einen Mantel 1 von bekannter Bauart ist ein Feuerungseinsatz 2 eingebaut. Auf diesen Einsatz 2 ist der Unterteil 3 der Koch vorrichtung aufgesetzt. Der Unterteil 3 be sitzt eine vertikale Zwischenwand 4 zur Bil dung eines Rauchgaskehrzuges und er trägt einen Rahmen 5 mit wegnehmbar aufgesetz ter Kochplatte 6, die auf der Unterseite mit Heizrippen 7 versehen ist, die derart ange ordnet sind, dass sie den Rauchgasen beim Vorbeiziehen keinen unnötigen Widerstand entgegensetzen.
Über dem Rahmen 5 ist eine ebenfalls vom Unterteil 3 getragene Haube 8 für die Aufnahme des Koch- bezw. Back- gutes angeordnet. Diese Haube 8 weist auf der Bedienungsseite eine mittels Feder- spannung schliessende Klapptüre 9 und oben einen Dampfabzugschieber 10 auf, der mit tels einer Zugstange 11 von der Bedienungs seite des Ofens aus betätigbar ist. In die Haube 8 ist ein Zwischenboden 12 her ausnehmbar eingeschoben.
Die Rauchgase werden beim Verlassen des Feuerungseinsatzes 2 im Kochrohrunter- teil 3 direkt unter die Kochplatte geleitet, welche sie zufolge des Rauchgaskehrzuges überall an der Unterseite berühren, so dass eine gleichmässige und genügende Erwär mung und deshalb beste Kochwirkung er reicht wird. Die Rauchgase verlassen den Kochrohrunterteil 3 hinten durch den Stutzen 13, der statt hinten auch links oder rechts seitlich angeordnet sein könnte, wie in Fig. 1 und 3 in strichpunktierten Linien angedeutet ist.
Der beschriebene Kochaufsatz ermöglicht. bei Warmluftheizungen eine einwandfreie Kochwirkung, ohne dass er in gemauerte Rauchzüge eingebaut werden muss, wie dies z. B. bei Kachelofen-Warmluftheizungen bis her der Fall war. Die Bedienungsseite bildet mit derjenigen des Feuerungseinsatzes ein geschlossenes Ganzes. Trotzdem besteht aber die Möglichkeit, die Rauchgase in zusätz lichen Rauchgaszügen (Kachelheizflächen usw.) weiter auszunützen.
Ferner stimmen die Grundrissabmessun- gen der Kochvorrichtung mit denjenigen des Feuerungseinsatzes praktisch überein.
Die an den Aussenflächen des Einsatzes sich erwär- mende und aufwärts strömende Luft kann somit auch, ohne auf Widerstand zu stossen, an der Aussenwand der Kochvorrichtung vorbeistreichen und sich dabei an deren Flächen zusätzlich erwärmen. Über der Kochvorrichtung kann die vom Mantel 1 ge führte Warmluft abgefangen und mittels Kanälen oder Luftgitter in die zu erwärmen den Räume geführt werden.
