Seilwinde.
Winch. The invention relates to a cable winch with a cable drum that can be set in rotation by a motor via a gear unit.
The invention consists in the fact that the cable drum apart from the output shaft of the transmission is also in operative connection with a device by means of which the position of the axis of rotation of the cable drum in relation to the axis of the transmission output shaft can be changed for the purpose of adapting the position of the Rope drum to a changing direction of the unwinding or rolling rope.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 is an elevation of the winch, Fig. 2 is a side view and Fig. 3 is a plan, while Figs. 4 and 5 are a detail in two different views and represent it on a larger scale.
On a base plate 1, the Ge housing of a non-visible, multi-course, expediently combined with a clutch th speed change gear Festge screwed, the input shaft carries a gear 3, which can be set in rotation with a drive motor, not shown. The speed levels I == H in the forward gear and the reverse gear R (Fig. 3) can be achieved by means of a. Adjust shift lever 4.
On the output shaft 5 of the transmission, a flange is arranged on which one part of a universal joint 6 is attached, the second part with. a disc 7 is screwed. This disc 7 sits in the jacket of a cable drum 8 and carries a protruding sleeve 9 over the change gear from the cable drum flange, in which an axis 10 is mounted around which the cable drum 8 rotates when the drive motor is switched on.
The cable drum axle 10 is provided at the end with a bracket 11 with which it is pivotably connected to a nut 12. The nut 12 in turn sits on a spindle 13 whose axis is at right angles to the axis of the output shaft of the transmission. The spindle 13 is rotatable, but not axially displaceable, in a U-shaped carrier 14 which is arranged on the base plate 1. The spindle 13 carries a hand wheel 15 on its one end protruding beyond the carrier 14.
On the transmission housing 2, one end of a brake lever 16 is articulated, which carries a brake element 17 which, due to a spring 18 pressing the brake lever against the closer cable drum flange, is permanently applied to the outer surface of the cable drum flange and therefore automatically further rotation of the cable drum in the event of sudden chem Motor standstill prevented.
The arrangement of the brake lever 16 and the spring 18 is such that the cable drum remains under the influence of the braking element 17 even if the cable drum 8 swivels with respect to the axis of the transmission output shaft 5. The braking device could also be designed in such a way that the braking element can be brought out of action by moving the brake lever 16 into a different position and it is only switched on when required.
In the position of the cable drum 8 shown in FIGS. 1-3, the axis thereof lies in the extension of the axis of the transmission output shaft, which is useful as long as the or. The rope to be unrolled is at right angles or at least approximately right at an angle to this axis.
In order to adapt the drum position to a different direction of the rope, the rope drum 8 can be pivoted from the drawn central position to both sides by 23 using the handwheel 15, so that in this area the rope direction can remain unchanged with respect to the rope drum axis.
By operating the handwheel 15, the nut 12, depending on the direction of rotation of the spindle 13, moved in one or the other Rich device, the drum axis 10 thanks to its articulated connection via the bracket 11 with this nut 12, as well as according to the connection the cable drum is moved out of the position shown in FIG. 3 by means of the cardan joint 6 with the transmission output shaft. During this pivoting of the cable drum 8, the axis 10 performs an axial sliding movement in the sleeve 9,
wherein the distance between the nut 12 and the universal joint increases. The fact that the rope drum can be swiveled makes the use of special guide and steering elements for the rope superfluous.
The cable winch according to the present invention is particularly suitable for those areas of application where the cable direction in relation to the cable drum can change, as is the case with cable winches for moving agricultural machinery and the like.
The cable drum could also be net angeord so that the drum axis is directed at right angles to the base plate in the normal position of the drum, and continuously intersects the transmission output shaft axis in its extension at a right angle. In such an arrangement, instead of the drive connection of the Seiltrom mel through the cardan joint 6, for example, two bevel gears, which allow the cable drum to pivot in one plane.
The spindle axis could be arranged at an acute angle to the transmission output shaft axis without any changes being required in the rest of the arrangement shown, thanks to the existing joint connections between the control and the drive device.
