Description

  

  Torrichtung zum Entsaften von Früchten, insbesondere von Steinobst.    Gegenstand vorliegender     Erfindung        ist     eine Vorrichtung zum Entsaften von Früch  ten, insbesondere von Steinobst, von welcher  in beiliegender Zeichnung ein Ausführungs  beispiel     dargestellt    ist,     und    zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen Querschnitt,       Fig.2    eine Draufsicht ohne Deckel     und          Fig.    3 einen     Längsschnitt    durch das Ge  häuse bei     herausgenommener    Walze.  



  Die dargestellte Vorrichtung besitzt ein  längliches Gehäuse 1     mit    vier Beinen 2, das  im obern Teil einen Behälter mit Deckel     0'     und mit     im    Querschnitt     halbkreisförmigem     Boden bildet, dessen untere Partie als     ein    in  Längsrichtung     verschiebbares    Sieb 4 aus  gebildet     ist.    Konzentrisch zum Boden ist eine  den Behälter durchsetzende,     in.    dessen Stirn  wänden drehbar gelagerte Walze 5 angeord  net, auf welcher Dorne 6 in     einer    Schrauben  linie und radial angeordnet sind.

   Beim Dre  hen der Walze mittels der Kurbel 7 (es kann  auch ein     maschineller    Antrieb vorgesehen  sein) rühren die Dorne die eingefüllten  Früchte und quetschen sie gleichzeitig. Der  entstehende Saft fliesst durch das Bodensieb  4     und    wird durch ein im     trichterförmigen       Boden 8 angeordnetes zweites Sieb 9 einer  Klärung     unterworfen.
