Elektrischer Backofen.
Electric oven. The present invention relates to an electric oven with an inner sheet metal casing that forms an open housing on the front side of the oven, in which upper and lower electric heating pipes are arranged and whose floor and ceiling parts each have a covering made of heat-storing material Aussparun conditions for the said electrical heating pipes are provided.
The essence of the invention is that the above-mentioned coverings consist of a solidified casting compound in which reinforcement is expediently provided.
On the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is illustrated.
Fig. 1 is a cross section through an electric oven; FIG. 2 is a longitudinal section through the same, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of FIG. 2.
The oven according to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 has an inner sheet metal cladding a, which forms an open housing on the front side of the oven, and an outer sheet metal cladding 1. Between these two cladding a and 1 is made of a heat insulating material, such as. B. glass wool or slag wool, be standing filling m provided, which has a hinged door b provided with a hinged access opening to the oven on the front side of the oven. In the housing a there are upper and lower heating pipes i running in the longitudinal direction of the same, in which electrical heating resistors (not shown) are laid.
These tubes i are through. one above and one below, on the front side of the oven in the filling m provided transverse channel o connected to one another, through which the individual heating resistors are brought together. can be. In the pulpy state, this compound is poured in up to such a covering thickness that the heating pipes i are partially sunk into the solidified covering. In both coverings d and e, reinforcements consisting of wire grids f are provided.
In addition, hotplates 1r, on which the baked goods n, are placed, are laid on the lower covering e. The oven construction described above still has different reinforcement and respectively. Connecting parts on. So are z.

If necessary, the heating pipes could also be completely surrounded by the solidified mass.
It would also be possible to lay the heating pipes in the transverse direction in the housing zii.
