Einrichtung zum Schneiden von Gemüse. Es sind Einrichtungen bekannt, um Ge müse, wie Kartoffeln, Randen und derglei chen, in Scheiben zu schneiden, welche aus einer Schneidplatte und einer über derselben gelenkig angeordneten Messergarnitur be stehen, wobei das zu schneidende Gut auf die Platte aufgelegt und durch Herunterschwen ken der Messergarnitur dasselbe in Scheiben geschnitten wird. Diese Vorrichtung hat den Nachteil, dass das geschnittene Gemüse nach oben entweder durch Wegnehmen mit den Händen oder durch teilweises Umkehren der Einrichtung entfernt werden muss.
Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfin dung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Schnei den von Gemüse, mit einem Kübel, dessen Boden durch ein Schneidwerkzeug, aus einer in einem Rahmen gehaltenen Messergarnitur bestehend, ausgebildet ist, und dessen Deckel als Pressdeckel ausgebildet ist, wobei Mittel vorgesehen sind, um ihn in senkrechter Rich tung im Kübel bewegen zu können. Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus- führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan des dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 eine schaubildliche Darstellung desselben.

Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen zwei verschiedene Schneidwerkzeuge von oben gesehen.
1 ist ein Kübel, dessen Mantel unten mit einem nach innen gerichteten Bord 1a ver sehen ist. Auf dieses ist das Schneidwerkzeug als Boden aufgelegt und braucht nicht befe stigt zu sein.. Dasi Schneidwerkzeug besteht aus einem Rahmen 2 und einer von demselben gehaltenen Messergarnitur. Ein Pressdeckel 3 ist mittels eines Hebels 4 in. senkrechter Richtung bewegbar im Kübel 1 und aus dem selben ausschwenkbar angeordnet. Zwischen dem Pressdeckel 3 und dem Hebel.
4 ist eine beiderends gelenkig befestigte Verbindungs- stange 5 vorgesehen. Der Hebel 4 ist ein armig und um den Drehzapfen 6, welcher an der Aussenwand des, Kübels 1 gelagert ist, schwenkbar, wobei bei dessen Bewegung der Pressdeckel 3 in den Kübel 1 hineingestossen resp. aus demselben nach oben herausgezogen werden kann.
Die Verbindungsstange 5 be sitzt bei deren Verbindungsgelenk 7 mit denn Hebel 4 einen Anschlag 8, welcher an der Unterseite des Hebels 4 bei einer be stimmten Neigung desselben an den Hebel anstösst und so die Schwenkbarkeit der Ver bindungsstange 5 gegenüber dem Hebel 4 in einer Richtung begrenzt und bei weiterem Hochheben dieses Hebels die Verbindungs stange in schiefer Richtung hochnimmt, wie dies in Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist. Damit ist es dann möglich, dass der Pressdeckel beim Her unterklappen des Hebels genau in die obere Öffnung des Kübels einfährt.
Ohne diesen Anschlag 8 würde nach Hochschwenken des Hebels 4 beim nachherigen Herunterklappen desselben gegen den Kübel der Pressdeckel 3 mit einer gante auf dem Rand des Kübels 1 aufsitzen und beim Absetzen würde der Deckel schief in den Kübel hineinrutschen und nur mit einer Kante auf dem zu ver arbeitenden Gut aufgesetzt werden.
9 ist die im Rahmen 2 eingesetzte Messer garnitur. Gemäss Fig. 5 besteht dieselbe aus parallel zueinander angeordneten Messern, beispielsweise in Form von Stahllamellen, und gemäss Fig. 6 aus sich kreuzenden Messer reihen 9. Die erstere dieser Ausführungs formen dient beispielsweise zum Schneiden von Kartoffeln in Scheiben zur Herstellung von "Rösti" oder zum Schneiden von Randen, Selleriewurzeln und dergleichen. Die Ausfüh rungsform des Schneidwerkzeuges gemäss der Fig. 6 zeigt eine Anordnung von zwei sich rechtwinklig kreuzenden Reihen von Mes sern 9. Diese Messeranordnung kann bei spielsweise zum Schneiden von Kartoffeln in Stengel von quadratischem Querschnitt für "pommes frites" verwendet werden.
Unten am Kübel 1 ist an demselben ein Behälter 10 zur Aufnahme des geschnittenen Gutes angehängt. Zur Befestigung dieses Be- hälters 10 am Kübel 1 sind am letzteren an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten Zapfen 11 vorgesehen, an denen am Behälter 10 befe stigte Haken 12 eingehängt sind.
Der Kübel 1 kann mittels einer Klemm vorrichtung, bestehend aus einer 13, zum Untergreifen der Tisch platte 14 und einem auf der Tischplatte auf zusetzenden Widerlager, bestehend aus zwei am obern Rand des Kübels 1 vorgesehenen Lappen 15, am Tisch befestigt werden. Die Lappen sind von der Kübelmitte aus gesehen beiderseitig nach auswärts abgebogen, um dadurch einen trichterartigen Einlauf zu bil den, durch welchen das zu rüstende Gut mit der Hand oder mittels eines passenden Küchenwerkzeuges von der Tischplatte aus in den Kübel, dessen oberer Rand mit der Tischplatte 14 in einer Ebene liegt, hinein gestossen werden kann.
Zwischen der Tisch platte 14 und den Lappen 15 ist eine Blech platte 16 eingeklemmt, welche dazu dienen soll, ein gutes Abrutschen des zu verarbei tenden Gutes vom Tisch in den Kübel 1 zu sichern.
Die Einrichtung wird beispielsweise fol gendermassen verwendet: Zuerst wird sie mit der Blechplatte 16 am Tisch festgeklemmt, so dass die Kante des Kübels zwischen den Lappen 15 an der Tischkante anliegt. Nach dem Vorrüsten des zu verarbeitenden Mate rials, beispielsweise Schälen der . Kartoffeln und Abstellen derselben auf der Platte 16, wird durch Hochschwenken des Hebels: 4 der Pressdeckel 3 aus dem Kübel herausge hoben.
Dann wird derselbe je nach der Be schaffenheit des zu sehneidenden Gutes teil weise oder ganz mit demselben gefüllt. Durch Herunterschwenken des Hebels 4 wird der Pressdeckel auf dasselbe aufgesetzt und der Deckel mit dem Hebel 4 bis auf das Schneid werkzeug heruntergepresst. Das im Kübel eingeschlossene Material wird dadurch durch die Schneiden gedrückt und so je nach der Anordnung der Messer Zn Scheiben oder Stengel geschnitten, welche nach unten in den Behälter 10 fallen. Derselbe kann dann vom Kübel 1 abgehängt und geleert werden.
Das dargestellte herausnehmbare Schneid werkzeug hat neben dessen Auswechselbarkeit noch den Vorteil, dass es auf einfache Weise besser gereinigt werden kann, als wenn es im Kübel fest eingebaut wäre.
