Schutzvorrichtung für Tuben.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausbildung der im Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes beschriebenen Schutzvorrichtun für Tuben. Erfindungsgemäss bilden zwei Teile im zusammengefügten Zustand einen geschlossenen Behälter, wobei der eine Behälterteil als Schutzkorper für die Tube und der andere Behälterteil in der Weise als Träger für die Tube dient, da? in diesen Behälterteil ein die Tube aufnehmender und mit derselben aus ihm herausnehmbarer Tubenhalter eingelegt ist, derart, da? durch Herausnehmen des Tubenhalters die Tube zur Verwendung freigelegt, dureh Zusammen- fügen der genannten Teile hingegen dieselbe abgeschlossen und gesichert ist.

Gemäss Fig. 1 wird der Behälter durch die beiden aufeinandergelegten Teile 1 und 2 aus Kunstharz, Metall oder dergleichen gebildet.
4 ist ein kännel-resp. sehalenförmiger Halter zur Aufnahme der Tube 3. Der Halter 4 ist in die Sehale 1 eingelegt, an welcher mittels eines nicht gezeichneten Scharniers die Hülle 2 angelenkt ist. Der Tubenhalter besitzt einen abgeflachten Hinterteil 5 und einen an die Tubenschulter 6 sich anpassenden sehulter- artigen Vorderteil 7 mit einem Loch 8 zum Durchstecken des Tubenhalses. Dureh einen auf den Tubenhals aufgeschraubten Flansch 9 wird das-Schulterstück 7 mit der Tubensahul- ter verklemmt und dadurch die Tube im Tubenhalter festgehalten.
Natürlich kann auch das Hinterende der Tube mittels Arretier- schraube, Klammer, Klemmfeder usw. am Hinterteil 5 des Halters eingespannt werden.
Im Vorderteil des Behälterteils 1 ist eine Gummimembrane 10 in einer Fassung 11 eingespannt, während am Hinterteil des Behäl- terteils 1 eine Blattfeder 12 befestigt ist.
Beim Einsetzen des mit der Tube versehe- nen Halters 4 in den Behälterteil 1 wird der Tubenmund durch die nachgiebige Gummi- membrane 10 abgeschlossen, während durch die Feder 12 der Tubenhalter in seiner Lage arretiert wird. Beim Anheben der H lle 2 kann der Tubenhalter mit Tube herausgenom- men werden. Wie beim Hauptpatent ist der Behälter durch zwei zusammengefügte Teile gebildet. Der Teil 1 trÏgt dabei die Tube, wahrend der andere Teil 2 als Schutzkorper für die Tube wirkt.
Nach der zweiten Ausführungsform (Fig. 4) ist der Halter 4 in ein Schachtelfach 13 eingelegt. Das Sehachtelfach 13 mit dem Halter 4 ist in eine Sehachtelhiille 14 eingef gt und letztere dient als Schutzkorper der Tube.
Durch eine im Schachtelfach 13 angeordnete Feder 12 wird der Halter 4 mit der Tube naeh vorn gedr ckt, wodurch der Tubenmund gegen eine an der vordern Stirnwand des Schachtel- faches 13 befestigte elastische Dichtungs- platte 15 aus Sort, Gummi, Gummischwamm oder irgendeiner elastisehen Masse angedr ckt wird.
Wie die Varianten 5, 6 und 7 erkennen lassen, könnte für den Abschlu? des Tubenmundes statt einer Dichtungsmembrane auch eine Dichtungsplatte 15, ein Absehlusskegel 16 oder eine Abschlusskugel in Form eines an der Innenseite des Teils 1 angenieteten Metallkopfes 17 dienen. Durch eine starke Blattfeder 12 wird der Halter 4 nach vorn gedr ckt und dadurch der Tubenmund gegen die Platte] 15, den Kegel 16 oder die Kugel 17 abgedichtet.
Protective device for tubes.
The present invention relates to a further embodiment of the protective device for tubes described in the claim of the main patent. According to FIG. 1, the container is formed by the two parts 1 and 2 placed one on top of the other made of synthetic resin, metal or the like.
4 is a kännel-resp. Neck-shaped holder for receiving the tube 3. The holder 4 is inserted into the neck 1, to which the sheath 2 is articulated by means of a hinge (not shown). The tube holder has a flattened rear part 5 and a shoulder-like front part 7 which adapts to the tube shoulder 6 and has a hole 8 for inserting the tube neck. By means of a flange 9 screwed onto the tube neck, the shoulder piece 7 is clamped to the tube shoulder and the tube is thereby held in the tube holder.
Of course, the rear end of the tube can also be clamped to the rear part 5 of the holder by means of a locking screw, clamp, clamping spring, etc.
In the front part of the container part 1, a rubber membrane 10 is clamped in a holder 11, while a leaf spring 12 is attached to the rear part of the container part 1.
When inserting the holder 4 provided with the tube into the container part 1, the tube mouth is closed off by the flexible rubber membrane 10, while the tube holder is locked in its position by the spring 12. When lifting cover 2, the tube holder with tube can be removed. As in the main patent, the container is formed by two parts joined together. Part 1 carries the tube, while the other part 2 acts as a protective body for the tube.
According to the second embodiment (FIG. 4), the holder 4 is inserted into a box compartment 13. The box 13 with the holder 4 is inserted into a box 14 and the latter serves as a protective body for the tube.
A spring 12 arranged in the box compartment 13 pushes the holder 4 with the tube close to the front, causing the tube mouth to rest against an elastic sealing plate 15 made of rubber, rubber sponge or any other elastic material attached to the front wall of the box compartment 13 is pressed.
As the variants 5, 6 and 7 show, could for the conclusion? Instead of a sealing membrane, a sealing plate 15, a closing cone 16 or a closing ball in the form of a metal head 17 riveted to the inside of the part 1 are also used for the tube mouth. The holder 4 is pushed forward by a strong leaf spring 12 and the tube mouth is thereby sealed against the plate 15, the cone 16 or the ball 17.
