Description
Gasherd.
Gas stove. The subject matter of the present invention is a gas stove in which a drip edge of the burner covers the burner passage opening in a collecting trough and thus shields it from any overflowing food. This avoids that gas stove parts, which are usually difficult to clean, such as burner tubes and support parts, are soiled by overflowing cooked food lying under the catching troughs. All of this food can be collected and drained into a drawer.
In order to simplify the fabrication, it may be useful to assign each burner its own collecting trough with a drain to a drawer; these collecting troughs can be removable.
In the drawing, the gas stove according to the invention is shown for example, namely Fig. 1 shows the vertical section through the upper part of the gas stove, along the line A-A of FIG. 2; Fig. 2 shows its plan, Fig. 3 is a part of the vertical section along the line B-B of Fig. 2. In these figures, 1, the side walls of the gas stove, la, 1b its rear wall respectively. its front wall, 2 is the stove top.
Each burner is assigned its own collecting trough 3 with a drain 4 to the drawer 5. 6 is the drip part of the burner; this drip edge over grasps the burner passage opening in the collecting trough and shields this opening well against the entry of overflowing cook, so that all parts lying under the collecting trough, such as the burner tube 7, the valve 8 and - not shown - support parts are protected from contamination are.
The burner and its pipe 7 can be detached, lifted out of the suspension bearing 9 with the retaining spring 10 and pulled up through the burner passage opening, whereupon the collecting trough 3, which is stored in the stove by means of rags 11, is removed after the hotplate 2 has been lifted off can. 12 are the insert rings to put on the cooking vessels. It is technically advantageous from a manufacturing point of view to make the burner passage opening circular.
