Dalle.
la suite des autres, de façon qu'une traverse 7 bute contre une jambe 9, les parties mâles ménagées autour de ces dernières s'emboîtant dans les parties femelles des traverses 7;
La "dalle représentée est destinée à être placée sur une fond-Mien constituée par un. empierrement surmonté d'une couche 4e sable;
Slab. The present invention relates to a slab characterized in that it is constituted at least by elements of which at least a part each comprises male parts and female parts corresponding to one element to another, these elements being assembled by interlocking.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment. of the slab which is the subject of the invention :.
Fig. 1 is a plan view.
Fig. 2 is a plan view of an element.
Fig. 3 is a sectional view along I -I @de FIG. 2.
Fig. 4 is a plan view of another element, and FIG. 5 is a sectional view along II-II of FIG. 4.
The slab shown comprises elements 1 having in plan the general shape of a T and elements 2 having a general parallelepipedal shape.
Legs elements 1 com each carry a female part consisting of a groove 3 made along the three sides 4, 5 and 6 of , the crossbar 7 of the T and a part male constituted by a tongue 8 formed on the periphery of the leg 9 of the T,
such that the male parts of one element correspond to the female parts of adjacent elements. Ires elements 2 present in: plan a generally square shape ab each laterally have a groove 10.
To constitute the slab shown, the elements 1 are arranged side by side, so that a cross member 7 succeeds a leg 9 and, on the other hand, one after another.
following the others, so that a cross member 7 abuts against a leg 9, the male parts formed around the latter fitting into the female parts of the cross members 7;
the elements 2 are arranged and fitted laterally, so as to close off the spaces left empty between the elements 1.
The slab shown is intended to be placed on a mine bottom constituted by a stonework surmounted by a layer of sand;
the elements 1 can be provided with three frustoconical holes 11, the largest orifice of each of these being arranged downwards and the smaller orifice upwards; the aforementioned sand penetrates said holes, which helps to immobilize the slab.
Elements 1 and 2 can be made of concrete or reinforced concrete or else using a mortar comprising sawdust, sand and a binder; their upper surface may be smooth or provided with grooves.
The slab shown can also be covered with a layer of tar.
It is planned to make a slab only using elements 1; in this case, the spaces left free between them, laterally, are sealed with mortar.
Provision is made, in an alternative embodiment, not shown, to make a single hole 11 through the elements 1, these holes 11 also ensure the flow of water.
The slab shown can be built on a roadway, on an airfield, etc.
