Pre-rifling on the envelope collecting trolley for emptying the rubbish bins. The invention relates to a device on garbage trucks for emptying the garbage can, which .des from a -an the pouring.
Car rotatable, mounted swivel arm for lifting the garbage can and from a fixed to the chute, operated by a pressure medium, provided with a cylinder and a piston, Antriebvor direction for the swivel arm. The invention relates to the design of the drive device.
An embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the drawing be. In this show: Fig. 1 is a side view of the drive device, Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section through the device on the line II-II in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and 4. Cross sections on the lines III-III respectively. IV-IV of FIGS. 2 and 5 and 6 show the device on a garbage collector,
namely Fig. 5 in elevation without and Fig: 6 in side elevation with garbage can.
The drive device is housed in a closed housing GE; which consists of the housing halves 1 and 2, which are connected to each other by screws 3. The piston rod 4 of the drive device is fastened in a bore 30 in the upper end face 31 of the housing, with the aid of a screw nut 5 and a shoulder 32 attached to the piston rod.
The piston rod carries the piston 8 at its lower end; in which a sealing sleeve 9 is fastened by means of a ring nut 33 BE. The cylinder 10, which is closed at the bottom by the base 13, can be moved on the piston 8. In the upper end of the cylinder sits a threaded ring 1), which guides the cylinder on the piston rod and serves as a bearing for a spring 14 which is inserted between the ring 11 and the piston 8.
This spring pushes the cylinder upwards giving a stop 12, which is arranged in a manner not shown on the end face 31 of the housing and which determines the rest position of the cylinder 10.
The working space 34 of the cylinder 10 between the base 13 and the piston 8 is connected to a line 6. This line is. verbun through the head 6a and the screw 7 pressure-tight with the piston rod. Is through holes 6b, 7a and 7h in these parts. the channel 35 of the piston rod is connected to the line 6.
The line 6 can be brought into connection by means of a control valve, not shown, both with the pressure chamber and with the suction chamber of an oil pump, not shown, which is driven, for example, by the vehicle engine of the refuse collection truck.
A toothed rod 15, which is in engagement with a gearwheel 16, is attached to the cylinder 10 in a manner not designated. The hub 36 of the gear is mounted in bearing shells 20 in the housing parts 1 and 2. A bolt 17 on which a driver 18 is seated is rotatable in the gear wheel hub. The gear hub 36 and the adjacent part of the driver 18 have spur teeth 16r, 18a.
Both teeth are pressed against one another and held in engagement by a nut 19 which is screwed onto the free end of the bolt 17 provided with a thread.
At the bottom of the housing 1, 2 a screw 21a is used, to which a buffer 21, preferably on the rubber, is attached. This buffer serves as a stop for the cylinder bottom 13 when the cylinder is pushed down when filling the Arbeitsrau mes 34 of the drive device. The adjustability of the stopper 21 has the advantage that the stroke of the cylinder can be adapted to the different lifting movements for the individual garbage trucks.
During the filling of the working space 34 and the associated downward movement of the cylinder 10, the toothed rod 15 rotates the gear 16 counterclockwise. This results in the same rotation of the driver 18. This driver drives, as can be seen in FIGS. 5 and 6, a pivot arm 24 which is rotatably mounted on the end 17 a of the bolt 17 and on a pin 37. which is attached to the chute 38 of the garbage truck be. The execution of this chute is known on sieve.
In the exemplary embodiment, it is arranged above the box 39, in which a screw conveyor, not shown, is arranged for transporting the dumped garbage into the garbage collection container 40 of the garbage collection vehicle. The F'ig. 5 shows the usual peckel lock 41 of the garbage collection truck.
The drive device is fastened by screws ben 23 to a sheet metal bracket 22 which is attached to the wall of the chute, for example riveted. At the end of the driver 18 with a coupling device 26, 27 is seated, through which the driver 18 is coupled to the pivot arm 24 if necessary, who can. 6 shows the trash can 25 in the position before emptying and during emptying. The trash can is hung with a pin attached to it in the lifting eyes of the chute, not shown in the drawing.
After the bucket 25 has been suspended, the pressure medium is fed to the working chamber 34 through the line 6 and the channel 35. As a result, the cylinder 10 with the rack 15 is moved down and the gear 16 and the driver 18 rotated ent counterclockwise and through the coupling 26/27 of the pivot arm 24 and lifted the bucket 25 upwards. The movement of the pivot arm is limited by the impact of the cylinder bottom 13 on the stop 21.
The downward movement of the bucket is brought about by the spring 14 after the working chamber 34 has been connected to the suction chamber of the oil pump by the control valve.
As can be seen from the drawing, drive parts that need to be supported between drive and gear 16 are avoided. All parts belonging to the drive device are housed in a closed housing.
