Me- thyl - 5 -:amino - benzolsulf on- -diphenylsulfon - imid umsetzt.
Beispiel: 25 Gewichtsteile 1-Amino-2-methyl-4- brom-anthrachinon, 38 Gewichtsteile 2-Me- thyl - 5 - aminobenzolsulfon - diphenylsulfon- imid, 15 Gewichtsteile wasserfreies Kalium karbonat, 15 Gewichtsteile wasserfreies Natriumacetat, 2 Gewichtsteile Kupferacetat, 2 Gewichtsteile Kupferbronze,
Additional patent to the main patent No. 23.0265. Seduce to produce a 1) iaeylinids. It has been found that one arrives at a new class of acidic wool dyes of the anthraquinone series if one uses such anthraquinone descendants which are respectively exchangeable in at least one α-position. Contain reactive substituents, brings acylimides containing amino groups in the molecule to reaction.
The main patent no. 230265 relates to a process for the preparation of a diacylimide, which is characterized in that 1-amino-4-bromo-anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid or its salts are reacted with 3-amino-benzenesulfon-benzenesulfonimide. The resulting reaction product represents a new wool dye.
It has been found that a further diacylimide which can be used as a dye is obtained if a 1-amino-2-methylanthraehinone, which in the 4 - position contains an exchangeable radical which is split off during condensation, is mixed with 2-Me - ethyl - 5 -: amino - benzenesulfon --diphenylsulfon - imide converts.
The new compound obtained is a blue powder that is soluble in water and alcohol in the form of potassium imide.
The residues that split off during the reaction and are therefore no longer contained in the end product can be, for example, Br, Cl, OH, OR (ether residue) and NO = present. The reaction is expediently carried out in the presence of acid-binding agents. It is also advisable to use reaction accelerators and to work in solvents.
Example: 25 parts by weight of 1-amino-2-methyl-4-bromo-anthraquinone, 38 parts by weight of 2-methyl - 5 - aminobenzenesulfone - diphenylsulfonimide, 15 parts by weight of anhydrous potassium carbonate, 15 parts by weight of anhydrous Sodium acetate, 2 parts by weight copper acetate, 2 parts by weight copper bronze,
300 parts by volume of amyl alcohol and 30 parts by volume of amyl acetate are heated to 165 to 10 ° C. in the autoclave for 16 hours. The amvl alcohol is then blown off with steam and the residue is boiled with water.
The filtered solution of the dye is precipitated with common salt and the dye is redissolved in water, whereupon the solution is shaken out with xylene to remove contaminants. The dyestuff is precipitated again with common salt from the solution purified in this way, sucked in, redissolved in water and finally the free dyestuff is precipitated with hydrochloric acid. This is dissolved in alcohol, whereby a gray impurity remains undissolved:
The alcohol is evaporated off, the dye remaining in the form of a blue powder as a residue.
