Description
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Draufsicht und
Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht eines Formelementes.
Mold for the manufacture of rubber bodies by vulcanizing.
The present invention relates to a mold for making rubber bodies. z. B. car tires, by vulcanizing.
For the manufacture, e.g. For example, molds made of cast iron have been used up to now for nut tires to be vulcanized. These shapes had disadvantages, including being attacked when vulcanizing, etc.
The purpose of the present invention is to remedy this disadvantage, and this is achieved in that the light metal, for. B. an aluminum alloy. The form is anodically oxidized on the inner wall. The shape is advantageously made in many parts, e.g. For example, it can be composed of a large number of elements for the manufacture of car tires.
In the accompanying drawing, as an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, a mold is shown schematically which can be used for the production of car tires, namely shows: rit.
Fig. 2 shows a plan view and
Fig. 3 is a side view of a molded element.
The shape shown has the two molding box parts 1, 2 known from sicle and indicated by broken lines. In these box parts 1, 2 molded elements 3 made of an aluminum alloy are inserted. They are inserted into folds in order to lie securely in parts 1, 2. The elements 3 are segments of a ring. The inner walls of the segment together form the inner wall of the mold. The surfaces 4 are precisely ground. so that no free joint remains between adjacent elements 3, into which rubber could enter. The inner wall of each element 3 is shaped to match the profile of the tire to be produced. The profile can e.g. B. be executed as shown in FIG.
The vulcanization etc. takes place in a known manner. The necessary air holes are also made in the appropriate places. In order for the segments to withstand chemical influences, they are anodically oxidized. It is sufficient if the inner wall is oxidized.
The whole shape can be easily disassembled. It can be used to order complicated tire profiles more easily than before.
