Shoe <SEP> with <SEP> sewn through <SEP> outsole <SEP> and <SEP> method <SEP> for the <SEP> production <SEP> of the same. In the manufacture of footwear using the sew-through or Mac-gay working method, a crack in the sole lying as flat as possible with a hollow crack is cut into the sole, forming a wide crack lip. The hollow crack formed as a cavity in the sole crack serves to accommodate the stitched seam (stitching seam).
The latter is covered by the crack lip that was previously coated with crack cement and then pushed back and thus protected against premature wear.
However, the use of a sole with a wide tear lip in sewn-through footwear has the disadvantage that the tear lip often opens again when the shoes are worn and the accumulation of foreign bodies in the open areas of the sole tear allows moisture to penetrate the shoe quickly.
The use of steep cracks instead of cracks in the lid is known for frame shoes. However, these do not have a hollow crack and are not suitable for shoes with sewn-through outsoles. The present invention relates to a shoe with a sewn through sole and a method for producing the same. With this thrust. the disadvantages mentioned above are to be eliminated by avoiding the formation of a crack lip in the sole.
The shoe according to the invention is characterized in that its running sole has a steep crack and a hollow crack. The stitched seam is sunk in the hollow crack, the steep crack is closed to the outside and the stitched seam is thus covered.
Such a shoe is manufactured according to the invention in such a way that a steep crack is cut into the outsole, a hollow crack is formed in this, the sewn through is made and the steep crack is tightly closed.
In the drawing, part of the shoe forming the subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment. They show: FIG. 1 the steep crack with hollow crack cut into the outsole,

<tb> The <SEP> outsole <SEP> 1 <SEP> has <SEP> a <SEP> almost <SEP> vertical right <SEP> steep crack <SEP> 2 <SEP>. <SEP> Inside the <SEP> <SEP> of the <SEP> sole
<tb> connects <SEP> to <SEP> the <SEP> steep crack <SEP> a <SEP> cavity <SEP> 3
<tb> (hollow crack) <SEP> on. <SEP> 4 <SEP> designates <SEP> the <SEP> loops <SEP> of the
<tb> sewing thread <SEP> of the <SEP> quilting seam, <SEP> which <SEP> in <SEP> of the
<tb> Hollow <SEP> 3 <SEP> lie, <SEP> thus <SEP> and <SEP> in <SEP> the
<tb> Shoe sole <SEP> are countersunk <SEP>. <SEP> The <SEP> steep crack <SEP> is
<tb> closed <SEP> and <SEP> the <SEP> closure <SEP> finds <SEP> after
<tb> the <SEP> creation <SEP> the <SEP> quilting seam <SEP> instead.
<SEP> The <SEP> steep crack <SEP> becomes <SEP> by <SEP> application <SEP> of <SEP> adhesive, <SEP> like
<tb> Plant glue <SEP> etc., <SEP> on <SEP> its <SEP> two <SEP> edges
<tb> and <SEP> under <SEP> pressing <SEP> the <SEP> the latter <SEP> in <SEP> the
<tb> in <SEP> Fig. <SEP> 3 <SEP> drawn, <SEP> closed <SEP> position
<tb> transferred. <SEP> The <SEP> quilting seam <SEP> is <SEP> countersunk <SEP> and
<tb> covered <SEP> and <SEP> thus <SEP> protected. <SEP> The <SEP> sole crack <SEP> opens <SEP> <SEP> due to <SEP> lack of <SEP> a <SEP> crack lip <SEP> also <SEP> after <SEP> longer <SEP> wear <SEP> of the <SEP> shoe <SEP> no longer <SEP>.
<SEP> A <SEP> penetration <SEP> of <SEP> foreign bodies <SEP> through <SEP> the <SEP> completely <SEP> pressed shut
<tb> Steep crack <SEP> is <SEP> excluded, <SEP> with which <SEP> also includes <SEP>
<tb> Penetration <SEP> of <SEP> moisture <SEP> into <SEP> the <SEP> shoe
<tb> is held back <SEP>.
<tb> The <SEP> described <SEP> shoe <SEP> is <SEP> useful
<tb> produced in <SEP> the following <SEP> way <SEP>:
<tb> In <SEP> the <SEP> sole <SEP> 1 <SEP> becomes <SEP> by means of <SEP> a <SEP> steep crack knife <SEP> and <SEP> a <SEP> close <SEP> behind < SEP> this <SEP> arranged <SEP> hollow knife <SEP> in <SEP> a <SEP> operation <SEP> a <SEP> in <SEP> Fig. <SEP> 1 <SEP> shown <SEP> sole crack <SEP> 2,
<tb> 3 <SEP>. incised. <SEP> At <SEP> the <SEP> steep crack <SEP> 2 <SEP> closes
<tb> with <SEP> inside <SEP> the <SEP> hollow crack <SEP> 3 <SEP>. <SEP> A <SEP> hinged <SEP> crack cover <SEP> becomes <SEP> with <SEP> this <SEP> sole crack
<tb> avoided. <SEP> The <SEP> cavity <SEP> 3 <SEP> is <SEP> so <SEP> large,
<tb> that <SEP> you <SEP> the <SEP> loops <SEP> 4 <SEP> of the <SEP> sewing thread
<tb> <SEP> is able to <SEP> (Fig. <SEP> 2).
<SEP> After <SEP> attachment <SEP> the <SEP> quilting seam <SEP> becomes <SEP> on <SEP> the <SEP> two
<tb> Edges <SEP> of the <SEP> open <SEP> steep crack <SEP> 2 <SEP> plants glue <SEP> painted, <SEP> and <SEP> then <SEP> becomes <SEP> the <SEP> steep crack <SEP> through <SEP> on both sides <SEP> of the <SEP> steep crack edges <SEP> on set <SEP> tools <SEP> driven together <SEP> resp.
<tb> pressed together. <SEP> The <SEP> steep crack <SEP> becomes <SEP>
<tb> tight <SEP> closed <SEP> as <SEP> Fig. <SEP> 3 <SEP> shows, <SEP> the <SEP> crack areas <SEP> are <SEP> glued, <SEP> and <SEP > the <SEP> penetration <SEP> of
<tb> foreign bodies, <SEP> water <SEP> etc.

<tb> <SEP> is thus avoided <SEP>.
<tb> After <SEP> the <SEP> described <SEP> procedure <SEP> can <SEP> 5o
