Process and system for the heat treatment of all kinds of na13 processed goods, especially pre-dewatered raw sludge. When the dry process is used to process raw sludge, for example for cement production, it is necessary for the heat treatment of the deer. known to use the temperature gradient up to about 100 for the clinker production itself.
This is essentially achieved by the fact that the furnace is preceded by a V.orUrenneinrich- device, which can be designed as a gas-permeable conveying device, which is heated and flowed through by the exhaust gases, the sintering taking place in the furnace itself.
The present invention relates to a method for the heat treatment of wet processed material of all kinds, in particular pre-dewatered raw sludge, and has set itself the task of using a pre-burning device upstream of the kiln that is the same or similar to that of the dry method in the wet process in order to do so </U> also to achieve extensive utilization of the heat of the furnace exhaust gases.
This object is achieved in that, in the method according to the invention, wet processed material to be treated is fed through the loading container of a deforming device through a pre-combustion device arranged underneath this, expediently designed as a gas-permeable conveying device, and thereby brought into the area of the exhaust gases of a kiln, wel chem mentioned conveyor is assigned.
The system for carrying out this process has a deformation device which is used to receive the material to be treated and which is expediently provided with spatulas, below which a pre-combustion device, for example designed as a gas-permeable conveying device, is arranged upstream of the furnace.
A mixture of raw sludge and dry or returned material can also be treated and such. are kneaded, optionally comminuted and pressed through openings made in the wall of this deformation device.
The briquettes or threads that are produced in this way and are loosely placed on the gas-permeable conveying device are then fed to a kiln for further treatment. The amount of dry or dried material to be added to the pre-dewatered filter cake is advantageously dimensioned so that the resulting mixture of filter cake and dry material allows deformation, i.e. only has about 16 'moisture .
An intermediate route between the device to lead and the task on the gas-permeable device is completely eliminated. As dry material that is added to the sludge that has been dewatered before, for example, fly dust, R.ost: diarrhea or return coming directly from the grate can be used.
If dry material is to be removed directly from the grate, then iver- the expediently at the end of the gas t '21 conveyor, which can be designed as a traveling rest with an endless grate band, one or more stripping plates from the adjustable arranged from the lower parts of the layer Separate the corresponding material from the remaining part of the conveyor line, which may be used as return material after passing through a shredding device. These stripping plates can be arranged adjustable in height.
It is particularly advantageous to suck the exhaust gases from the kiln through the material threads or moldings flowing out of the deformation device, the trough-like container of the deformation device extending over the entire usable width of the gas-permeable conveying device.
If several deformation devices are used, the exhaust gases from the kiln are expediently diverted and guided one after the other through the material threads flowing out of these deformation devices.
The height of the good threads or bricks placed gently and loosely on the gas-permeable conveying device can be adjusted as required by changing the speed of the spatula shaft and according to the requirements of the operation. In this way, the deformation device can be used as a controllable feeding device.
In the same way, however, the height of the material layer on the gas-permeable conveying device can BEZW. be set on the grate band of the traveling grate by slider or the like, which more or less cover the trough bottom of the openings or give free.
If a particularly moist sludge cake is to be deformed, then two or more deforming devices are advantageously arranged one above the other above the gas-permeable conveying device, and the hot gases are each time passed through the threads or briquettes that flow from one machine to the other . With the use of several superposed deformation devices it is achieved
that the drying of the fresh good threads does not only take place when they trickle down onto the grate belt, but also begins in the first of the deformation devices and continues in the bar below.
The bottom of the trough forming the container of the deformation device can expediently be semicircular in section so that the exhaust gases from the kiln, for example designed as a rotary kiln, can easily flow around it, the trough being enclosed by a jacket made of refractory material with adjustable heating inlets for the exhaust gases is.
The perforated wall of the upper deformation trough can, for example, be provided with smaller openings, so that relatively thin material threads are created which present a large surface area for the hot gases in relation to their outlet. The perforated bottom of the second deformation device can be different from that of the first get different hole widths, as they are most expedient for the treatment of the goods on the gas-permeable conveying device.
The drawing illustrates an example embodiment of the invention. Fig. 1 shows a partial section through the entire system, Fig. 2 shows the scraper and Figs. 3 and 4 a plurality of deforming devices arranged one above the other.
The pre-combustion device designed as a gas-permeable Fördervorrich device 1 is followed by the rotary kiln 2. Above the conveyor 1 are filters, e.g. B. centrifugal filter d arranged, which the raw sludge is fed in any way. This up to, for example, about 20 predewatered sludge arrives in a trough-like container 4 designed as a deformation device, which extends over the entire usable width of the grate belt 1 and in its upper part agitator blades 4 'for mixing the filter cake. and the dry goods are arranged.
At the same time, dry goods or returned goods also flow into this trough-like container 4. If grate diarrhea is used, this material arrives from a conveyor 5 into a bucket elevator 6 and from here, optionally via a crushing device, into the trough-like container 4. Its lower part is up. down on the grate belt 1, so that it is immediately bar in the flow of exhaust gases.
The lower part of this container 4 is circular in cross-section, has a number of holes and encloses a shaft 9 with spatula knives 10, which when the shaft rotates presses the mixture of the dewatered raw sludge and dry material through the holes in the trough .
The small rods squeezed out of these holes go directly to the gas-permeable conveying device arranged under this trough.
In the discharge chute of the gas-permeable conveying device 1 to the rotary kiln, stripping plates 11 are rotatably mounted at point 12. With the help of these stripping plates 11, it is possible to separate the lower part of the layer of the goods conveyed on the grate belt 1 from the remaining part of the conveying line and to use them as return or dry goods.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. $ And 4, a further deformation device is provided over a directly above the gas-permeable conveying device on the ordered deformation device, which in turn has a semicircular cross-section base and individual spatula knife 10 attached to a rotary shaft 9, which has the Knead the mixture of good cake and dry or returned material coming from the filters and pass through the perforated trough bottom as.
Hindu pressing small threads. In this case too, the hot exhaust gases from a prefabricated kiln are passed between the goods threads flowing onto the conveyor 1 and then sucked off in order to bring about a quick and effective drying of these goods threads. In order to also pre-dry the good threads emerging from the upper deformation device,
Before these good threads get into the lower deformation storage, part of the exhaust gases is branched off through the line 8 and passed through the upper good threads. These exhaust gases are then discharged with the aid of the line 13, which is connected to the main suction line 14.
According to FIG. 4, three deformation devices with bases having a semicircular cross section are arranged one above the other. With the help of such an arrangement, the expulsion of water can be carried out even further during the deformation process.
In order to further utilize the drying gas flow after it has passed through the material threads of the first deformation device, it is deflected and with the help of the pipe section. 15 passed through the good threads of the second deformation device and so on.
