B. aus Korkmasse, Holzfaserstoff, 'Kunstharz, hergestellten Be hälter.
Back- und Dörrzwecke.
Insulated containers for protection against the effects of temperature, in particular for the storage and transport of food and beverages. The subject of the present invention is an insulated container to protect against temperature influences, in particular for:
the storage and transport of food and beverages, which is characterized by the fact that it has a base and an attachment made of pressed insulating material, which parts with their edges bridging a cavity in the wall of at least one container part without any special sealant on one another come to rest.
The subject matter of the invention is shown, for example, on the accompanying drawing. It shows:
Fig. 1 is a vertical section through a container designed as a cooling container Isolierbe, Fig. 2 is a top view of the same, Fig. 3 the Versehlusseinrichtum of the two parts to lie on top of each other (top and bottom), Fig. 4 is a vertical section through a designed as a cooking reservoir Insulating containers.
In the figures, 1 denotes a pressed insulating material, e.g. B. made of cork mass, wood pulp, 'synthetic resin, Be produced containers. It is cylindrical and has, as additional insulation, an air-containing, hollow cylindrical space 2 which is closed at the bottom by a ring 17 made of the same insulating material.
In the insulating container, a lower metal container 3 is inserted, in such a way that it comes to rest with its concave edge 4 partially on the upper wide, the cavity 2 bridging edge 5, which is convexly curved.
The top of the insulated container is labeled G. Furthermore, 7 denotes an upper metal container, which, below the cover. kels lying, respectively on the insert container 3. on .the edge 4 of the same comes to rest, namely with the channel-like bulging support edge B.
With a 9 on one of the lower Be holder part comprehensive ring 10 is referred to as a lever on which a gripper 11 with a beak 12 (Fig. 3) is rotatably arranged. A ring encompassing the attachment 6 of the insulating container is designated by 13 , from which a fork 14 branches off. In the latter there is a rubber pad 15. When the container is closed, the beak 12 of the gripper 11 comes to rest on the rubber pad 15. This rubber pad can, however, be omitted.
because the insulating compound of the two container parts is elastic in itself, especially when using cork compound. A closure is shown in the drawing. In practice, two of the three will be used. Two handles 16, which are attached to the ring 10 of the base, are used for the trans port of the cooling container.
The metal container 7 is used to hold ice as a cold source. The food to be kept cold is placed in suitable containers or on plates in the free space of the insert container 3.
In the second embodiment, the device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is drawn with a small variant upside down, so that the previously used as an essay the nende part here as a pedestal and vice versa the part previously used as a pedestal is used here as an attachment. The pedestal 18 is correspondingly shorter and the set 19 accordingly longer as in the first embodiment.
Cork rings 17 closed cylindrical hollow spaces 20 in the wall of the insulating material are here in both parts, so both in the essay as in the base, arranged. The edges 21 bridging the cavities are designed to run in a straight line. A lower metal container 22 is set in the base 18, in which a heated firebrick, for example, is placed as a heat source. Above this there is an aggregate of containers placed one on top of the other to hold preheated food.
The outwardly directed end faces of the attachment are flat, so that the same containers. Turned upside down, can be used as a cooling container according to the first embodiment.
The attachment according to the second exemplary embodiment, on which the closure device according to FIG. 3 was not shown, can of course also be correspondingly lower or lower. run shorter. like that. that only a single vessel can be accommodated in it.
Furthermore, in addition to your illustrated, a special, additional Licher pedestal without bottom can be provided as a frame provided with feet, so that this pedestal (instead of the regular pedestal 18 with bottom) together with the attachment closed by means of the lock according to FIG placed on a stove - can be used as an insulating hood for cooking. Baking and drying purposes. This variant of the ISOlierN container is not shown in the drawing.
So if there are two different subsets, the device can be used both as a cooling container and cooking box and finally as an insulating hood.
