Machine tool carriages that can be moved to and fro by means of hydraulic pistons. The present invention is a by means of hydraulic pistons reciprocating slide of machine tools. The main patent relates to Schlit th, in which -a control element in the cylinder of the piston by the impact of a stop associated with the carriage on a fixed stop adjusting overpressure opens and after opening and the associated pressure drop on the piston side in question in open Position remains, whereby the return movement of the slide is initiated.
In the game Ausführungsbei explained in the description of the main patent, the triggering of the piston movement is carried out by an organ, for example a manually operated rotary valve. Through this organ, both the triggering of the piston movement and the produc- tion of a new standby position of the whole device is given in the hand of the operator, whereby it remains the same, the preparation of the readiness state immediately after completion of the last or shortly before the start of the next out - and make movement.
The present invention represents an improvement in that the organ for triggering the piston movement is provided with a lock that holds the same in the working position, which is canceled again after the forward and backward movement under the influence of the piston movement and thereby the automatic return of the organ triggers in the basic position. The actuation of the control is thereby simplified to a single movement of the organ triggering the piston movement from the basic to the working position. The drawing shows in Fig. 1 to 2 and Fig. 3 to 5 each an embodiment of the subject of the invention.
In Fig. 1, 1 designates the cylinder in which the piston 2 is guided. The piston rod 3 is connected to a slide, not shown, and carries the adjustable stops 4 and 5. The piston slide 6 is used as an organ for triggering the piston movement. It opens and closes the channel 7, which connects the pressure side of the cylinder 1 with connects the process. The spring 8 is used to automatically return the piston slide 6 in the basic position. The rod 9 forms an extension of the piston slide 6 and carries at its end a push button 10 for manual operation.
A pawl 12 works together with the stop 11 on the rod 9, which is mounted pivotably about a d1 "axis 13 and protrudes with the cam 14 into the path of the adjustable stop 5. A spring 5 is for resetting the pawl in If the operator presses the push button 1.0 until the pawl 12 snaps into place, the piston slide 6 closes the channel 7 and the piston 2 begins to move back and forth.
As soon as the stop 5 has left the cam 14, the pawl 12 snaps into place, and the operator can let go of the push button, as the same is held by the stop 11 in the working position until the stop 5 depresses the cam 14 and the pawl 12 thereby pivoted about the axis 13 so that the stop 11 is released again. The spring 8 pushes the piston 6 back into its basic position in which the channel 7 is open.
So that the operation of the control does not depend on the push button 10 remaining depressed until the stop 5 has left the cam 14, the pawl 16, which when actuating the push button 27, engages with the stop 17 on the Push-button rod 18 comes, and the release pawl 19 independently of one another freely rotatably mounted on the axis 20. The spring 21 presses the release pawl 19 in its basic position with the stop against the pin 22 of the pawl. The pawl itself is pressed against the fixedly arranged pin 24 by the spring 23. The stop 25 on the piston rod 26 is shown in its basic position with dashed lines.
Now the operator presses the button 2 7 and lets the pawl 16 latch. The piston movement is triggered, and the stop 25 moves see with the copy rod over the Auswei sponding release pawl 19 away. When the piston returns to its basic position, the stop 25 hits the release pawl 19 and rotates it together with the pawl 16 about the axis 20. This rotation of the pawl l! 3 releases the stop 17 and the automatic resetting of the piston slide can now take place as described in Fig. 1.
So that the Kol benbewegung after unlocking the pawl 16 does not immediately come to a standstill., Is: in the channel 7 a delay device not ge, z. B. a throttle point switched on. This creates an overflow of the stop 25 so that the pawl 16 can -erden pivoted back with the finger 19 by the spring 23 in the basic position.
T m interrupt the Kol benbewegung if necessary during the advance and to be able to return the carriage to the starting position, the pawl 12 or can. 16 be provided with a manual operation, which BEZW instead of the stop. 25 cancels the locking of the piston valve.
A training similar to the one presented above is illustrated in Figs. 3 to 5. The organ releasing the piston movement is a rotary slide valve 30 with a handwheel 31. A disk 33 with a notch 34, into which the pawl 35 engages, sits on the axis 32 of the rotary slide valve. The pawl 35 is rotatably mounted on the axle 36. The spring 37 presses the locking pawl 35 against the disk 33 so that it is in the locking position in the notch 34. The piston rod 38 is firmly connected to the slide 39 and carries the adjustable stop 40.
In this stop 40, a snap lever 41 is superimposed, which, pressed by its return spring 42 against the detent 43, remains in its basic position. In order to trigger the piston movement, a quarter turn is to be carried out on the handwheel 31, whereby the channel 44 is closed. The stop 45 on the disc 33 moves away from its locking pin 46 during this rotation, and the pawl 35 latches into the notch 34 and prevents the disc 33 from going back under the action of the train spring 47 in the basic position. A delay device (not shown) in the channel dominated by the rotary slide causes a small overflow of the stop 40 over the cutting edge 48 of the pawl 35 so that it can go into its basic position.
In the basic position of the piston, the stop 40 is behind the snap lever 41. The snap lever 41 and the pawl 35 meet soon after the piston begins to move. The snap lever 41 is rotated until its cutting edge receives a free path under the cutting edge 48 of the pawl 35, whereupon the snap lever can stand up again in the basic position. When the piston returns, the snap lever 41 is prevented from turning off by the detent 43 and the pawl 35 pivots until it releases the disk 33. The unlocked disc 33 is rotated back with the rotary slide 30 and the handwheel 31 by the spring 47 until the stop 45 on the locking pin 46 is applied.
The readiness for a new operation is thus restored.
