Koehherdanlage.

Cooker system. The utilization of the heat of combustion of the heating material is still relatively low in stoves that are fired with solid fuels and only work with natural draft. The reason for this is the unusable cooling of the combustion gases and the fact that temperatures of up to approx.
250 'Celsius are required, which is why the heat from the combustion gases at the cooking and roasting areas can only be utilized usefully down to this temperature.
The subject of the invention is a cooking stove system for solid fuels equipped with at least one hotplate and with at least one oven, which is intended to improve the thermal efficiency with regard to the sources of loss mentioned.
According to the invention, the combustion is improved in that a fan, for. B. for overpressure or for suction, see easily.
Air supply can only be during the time of using the cooker to cook or. For baking purposes or, if it is desired to keep the hotplates or the oven warm all the time, outside of the actual cooking times.
According to the invention, the United combustion gases are supplied to both the hotplate and the oven through a separate Lei device.
According to the invention, the exhaust gases are also BEZW after Durchströmüng the cook. Baking place passed through a water tank, where these exhaust gases give off part of their remaining heat content for heating water. This water container can be built into the stove or arranged outside of it.
The combustion chamber of the cooker can be arranged in such a way that the fuel is partially smoldered. In addition, the air required for combustion can be supplied partly as primary and partly as secondary air. For structural reasons, only a certain volume of space that can be filled by the heating tape is available at a heat consumption point.
Given a certain volume, known formulas can be used to calculate that the quotient of the transferred heat Q and the weight G of the combustion gases can be roughly equated for any unit of time:
EMI0002.0005
where W is the velocity of the combustion gases in the line.
This means that an increase in the speed of the combustion gases is roughly a proportional increase in the quotient
EMI0002.0009
be acts; However, it requires an increase in the pressure differential required for the train, but it also improves the heat transfer. For this reason, the cross-section of the lines leading to the consumption points is expediently dimensioned so that the speed of the combustion gases in them is a multiple of the speed of the exhaust gases in the chimney.
The fan required to generate the combustion air supply can be driven by an electric motor. It is also possible to have this driven by a steam turbine with exhaust operation, the driving steam is generated in a steam generator by the heat of the combustion gases, the feed is carried out by pressurized water, for. B. from a water pipe or under pressure are the hot water tank of the cooker from this container.
For the purpose of saving fuel, shut-off organs can be installed in the lines leading to the heat consumption points, e.g. Faucets or flaps, be angeord net, these shut-off elements expediently being arranged in the course of the combustion line after the hotplates, that is to say at points of lower temperature.
In order to keep burning the Feue tion even after shutting off the Heizlei device to the hotplate BEZW. To maintain the oven, a gas vent leading directly from the combustion chamber into the chimney can be arranged, which can be opened outside of the cooking times and whose cross-section is dimensioned so that a weak fire is maintained even with a natural draft.
The water tank can, similar to the boiling or Baking place, be connected to the furnace directly by a heating line that can be shut off by means of a tap, which is then opened when the water in the water tank is quickly reached or when large amounts of water, e.g. B. for bathing purposes to be heated.
It is also possible to regulate the air supply to the furnace by means of a thermostat on a cooking stove according to the invention, this depending on the temperature of the exhaust gases in front of their outflow men into the chimney by means of a flap or slide over the cross section of the air supply line to the furnace or the exhaust pipe changed the fireplace in a suitable manner.
In addition, at least one hot water consumer can be connected to the water tank of the cooker, e.g. B. a Boi ler or a bathing water pipe or a heating radiator.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown in section in Fig. 1 and schematically shown in plan in Fig. 2. It denotes a the frame of the cooker, b the filling box, c the combustion chamber, e a hotplate with heating channels f, g an oven with heating coils h and i a water tank provided with heating coils t,
which is built into the stove. The carbonization of the fuel k takes place in the filling space b, the combustion on the grate m, the air necessary for combustion being supplied by means of the fan n at o as primary air and at p as secondary air. The fan n is driven by the electric motor g.
After the gases have been completely burned in combustion chamber c, they arrive via line r and the line connected to it. Channels f through the hotplate e, or by means of the line h through the oven g or through both at the same time. In the course of the management r resp. h the taps s are installed before they enter the water vessel i. A direct line r 'leads from the furnace c to the water vessel i; it can be opened by means of the tap t when rapid heating of water is desired.
An exhaust pipe -u, which can be opened by means of the flaps v , leads directly from the combustion chamber c into the chimney w. At the water vessel i a hot water consumer (radiator) x is connected by means of line y.
