Description
Verfahren zur Herstellun- eines Azofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass diazotierte 2-Aminobenzol-l-carbon- säure mit 2-Ogynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure- amid - (N -phenyl) - (N - methylencarbonsäure) gekuppelt wird.
<I>Beispiel:</I> <B>13,7</B> Teile 2-Aminobenzol-1.-carbonsäure werden in üblicher Weise diazotiert und die mit Natriumbikarbonat auf kongoviolette Reaktion gestellte Lösung der Diazoverbin- dung portionenweise bei 15 bis 20' in eine Suspension von 37,5 Teilen 2-Ogynaphtha lin-6-sulfonsäureamid-(N-phenyl)-(N-methy- lenearbonsäure) in 170 Teilen Wasser und 18 Teilen wasserfreier Soda eingegossen.
Nach mehrstündigem Rühren bei Zimmer- teinperatur wird der vollständig ausgefallene Farbstoff abgesaugt und getrocknet als rotes Pulver erhalten. Er färbt Wolle nach dem Einbadchromierverfahren oder nach dem Nachchromierverfahren in satten, gedeckten roten Tönen von hervorragender Walk-, Pot- ting- und Lichtechtheit. Die saure Färbung auf Wolle ist orange.

After stirring for several hours at room temperature, the completely precipitated dye is filtered off with suction and dried as a red powder. It dyes wool using the single-bath chrome plating process or the post-chrome plating process in rich, muted red tones with excellent fullness, potting and lightfastness. The acid color on wool is orange.
