Description

  

  Schuh.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Schuh, der im Bereiche des Ferienbeines  eine durch Verdünnen     bezw.    Ausschneiden  mindestens eines von mehreren übereinander  liegenden Sohlenteilen gebildete, mit einer       Gummibettung    versehene     Ausnehmung    auf  weist.  



  In der Zeichnung sind verschiedene Aus  führungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstan  des dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt in Ansicht eine Brandsohle  und mehrere     weitere,    strichpunktiert heraus  gezeichnete Sohlenteile.  



       Fig.    2 bis 7 zeigen Schnitte in grösserem  Massstab durch den Fersenteil von     Fig.    1 in       verschiedenen        Varianten.     



       Fig.    8 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungs  form in schaubildlicher Darstellung, und       Fig.    9, 10 zeigen eine Ansicht     bezw,     einen Querschnitt in grösserem Massstab  einer andern Ausführung.  



  Bei der Ausführungsform nach     Fig.    1 ist  die Brandsohle 1     mit    einem ovalen     Ausschnitt       2 versehen, welcher im Bereich des Fersen  beines liegt. Die Ränder des     Ausschnittes    2  sind     zugeschärft,    so dass eine     einwandfreie          Bettung    der Ferse erzielt wird.     Unter    der  Brandsohle 1 ist ein     Gummistück    8, welches  nur im     Fersenteil    des Schuhes angeordnet  ist, vorgesehen.

   Nach     unten    ist das Gummi  stück     ä    durch eine Einlage 4 abgedeckt, wo  bei unter     dem,    Ausschnitt 2 der Brandsohle 1  eine verdünnte     Stelle    5 der Einlage 4 liegt.  Eine Verlängerung 6 der Einlage 4 auf der  innern Schuhseite dient dazu, eine gute  Führung und     Haltung    des Fusses zu gewähr  leisten. Nach unten schliesst     ein    weiterer       So-hlenteil,    das Gelenkstück 7, an, welches  an der Stelle 8 ebenfalls verdünnt sein kann.  Das Gelenkstück 7 kann aus Leder,     Karton     oder     Kunststoff        bestehen.     



  Durch diese     Sohlenausbildung    ist im  Bereich des Ferienbeines eine mit einer       Gummibeittung    versehene     Ausnehmung    ge  bildet, welche eine einwandfreie Abstützung  -des     Ferienbeines    ermöglicht, ohne dass man,  wie dies bisher -der Fall war, ein     unschönes         oder zum mindesten     unelegantes    Aussehen  des Schuhes in Kauf nehmen muss.  



  Je nach den gegebenen Verhältnissen  kann die     Ausnehmung    im Fersenteil des  Schuhes mehr oder weniger tief sein.  



  Die     Fig.    2 bis 7 erläutern verschiedene       Möglichkeiten,    die zur Erreichung dieses       Zweckes    dienen können.  



  Nach     Fig.    2 ist lediglich die     Brandsohle     1 an der Stelle 2     (Fig.    1) verdünnt, während  die     darunterliegende    Einlage 4 und das     Ge-          lenkstiick    7 in ihrer     Querschnittsform    un  verändert sind. Bei der Variante gemäss       Fig.    3 ist die Brandsohle 1 mit einem Aus  schnitt 2 versehen, dessen Ränder     zugeschärft     sind. Einlage 4 und Gelenkstück 7 weisen  einen gleichmässigen Querschnitt auf.  



  Im Gegensatz dazu ist nach     Fig.    4 die  Einlage 4 an der Stelle 5     (Fi(,-.    1) verdünnt  und die Brandsohle 1 mit dem Ausschnitt 2  versehen. Bei der     Variante    nach     Fig.    5 ist  die Einlage 4 mit einem Ausschnitt 5 ver  sehen, dessen     Ränder    in gleicher Weise wie  diejenigen des Ausschnittes 2 in der Brand  sohle 1     zugeschärft    sind. Das Gelenkstück 7  ist unverändert.  



  Nach     Fig.    6 sind Brandsohle 1 und Ein  lage 4 je mit einem Ausschnitt versehen,  während das Gelenkstück 7 bei 8     (Fig.    1)       verdünnt        ist,    und     nach        Fig.    7 ist auch das  Gelenkstück 7 mit einem Ausschnitt 8  versehen.  



  Die Einlage 4 ist. in den     Fig.    1 bis 7  unterhalb des Gummistückes 3 angeordnet;  sie kann aber auch. wie aus     Fig.    8 ersicht  lich, auf die Brandsohle 1 aufgeklebt sein.  



  Gemäss zwei weiteren auf der     Zeichnung     nicht dargestellten Varianten ist nur die  Einlage 4 bei 5     (Fig.    1) verdünnt, während  das Gelenkstück 7 und die Brandsohle 1 im  Querschnitt unverändert sind, oder die Ein  lage 4 ist     bei    5 verdünnt und     das    Gelenk  stück 7 weist einen Ausschnitt 8 auf,  während die Bandsohle 1 im Querschnitt  unverändert ist.  



  Die     Fig.    9, 10 zeigen eine Variante,     bei     welcher das Gelenkstück 7 und die Einlage  4 im Bereiche des     Fersenbeines    verdünnt    sind, während die     Q,uerschnittsform    der  Brandsohle 1 unverändert. geblieben ist. Auf  der letzteren ist eine z. B. aus Gummi oder       Leder    bestehende     Metatarsal-Pelotte    9 und  auf der Brandsohle mit der     Pelotte        eine          Schwamm-Gummisohle    10 angeordnet., wel  che mit den     darunterliegenden    Sohlenteilen  verklebt ist.

   Zur     weiteren    Sicherung der  gegenseitigen Lage der Sohlenteile kann die  Brandsohle 1 mit der Gummisohle 10, der  Einlage 4 und dem Gelenkstück 7 vernäht  sein. Die     Pelotte    9 wird durch     Verkleben    und  sodann durch Vernähen in ihrer Lage  gesichert.

  In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the insole 1 is provided with an oval cutout 2 which lies in the region of the heel legs. The edges of the cutout 2 are sharpened so that a perfect bedding of the heel is achieved. A piece of rubber 8, which is arranged only in the heel part of the shoe, is provided under the insole 1.

   At the bottom, the piece of rubber is covered by an insert 4, where under the section 2 of the insole 1 a thinned point 5 of the insert 4 is located. An extension 6 of the insert 4 on the inner side of the shoe is used to ensure good guidance and posture of the foot. Another base part, the joint piece 7, adjoins the bottom, which can also be thinned at the point 8. The joint 7 can be made of leather, cardboard or plastic.



  Through this sole design, a recess provided with a rubber lining is formed in the area of the vacation leg, which enables perfect support of the vacation leg without, as was previously the case, an unattractive or at least inelegant appearance of the shoe got to.
