Description
Electron tube socket with associated tube socket. So far, Fas solutions with smooth springs have been used for electron tubes. These springs, however, have different parts and, above all, they have no latching facility, which is necessary on the one hand to precisely determine the inductance of the power supplies to the electrode system and on the other hand to secure the tube in the socket against falling out.
The subject matter of the invention relates to an electron tube socket with an associated tube socket, in which these disadvantages can be avoided.
In the case of the version according to the invention, simple, recovered, spring-loaded wires are provided as contact springs, which are designed as double unequal-sided U , where the short legs sit in bores in a lower part of the socket, while the long legs pass through the Project through the lower part and serve as solder lugs.
The Hal sion of the springs in the spring support he follows through a cap that simultaneously covers the contact springs and is attached to the lower part serving as a spring support, for example by riveting or screwing. The riveting or screwing can also serve as a mounting bracket.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the tube socket according to the invention with an associated tube base. The springs of the socket are arranged in a circle.
FIG. 1 shows a view of the tube mount.
The F'ig. 2 and 3 show .Schnittansichten of the socket and, of the base, Fig. 4 is a view from above of the lower part of the socket, the spring carrier, without inserted contact springs.
FIG. 5 shows the engagement of a contact pin of the tube socket in a spring of the socket.
The spring support is denoted by 1,: the springs by 2 and the cap, by which the springs are held in the spring carrier, by 3. Parts 1 and 3 are pressed onto one another, for example screwed or riveted to one another (hollow rivets 8). The assembly of the socket is very simple, since the springs 2 are only inserted into the carrier 1 and the cap 3 is put on. 4 is the tube base with the conical contact pins 5.
These have a detent at A, as FIG. 5 shows, in order to achieve a precise fit of the contact pins 5 in the springs 2.
The short legs of the springs 2 are seated in anboh.rungen 9 of the lower part 1. The long legs protrude through openings 10 of the part 1. This also has recesses 7 for the contact pins 5.
The cap 3 has holes 11 for the pins 5 and is with guide grooves 6 or guide ribs for Rip pen respectively. Grooves of part 4 are provided. These grooves and ribs are unevenly distributed ver.
Due to the arrangement of the short see angle of the contact springs in the lower part, the spring is fixed laterally, so that the spring deflection cannot go beyond a certain amount laterally. Normal wire material can be used for the contact springs.
