Fig. 1 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch einen Behälter nach dem ersten Beispiel; Fig. 2 ist eine Seitenansicht zu Fig. 1; Fig. 3 und 4 sind Querschnitte nach den Linien III-III bezw. IV-IV der Fig. 1; Fig. 5 zeigt einen teilweisen Längsschnitt des zweiten Beispiels; Fig. 6 und 7 sind gleiche Querschnitte wie Fig. 3 und 4, jedoch für das zweite Bei spiel; Fig. 8 zeigt einen Längsschnitt des drit ten Beispiels;
Containers for cream, ointments, mustard, etc. The present invention forms a container for cream, ointments, mustard, etc., in which a plunger which can be displaced in a container is provided with at least one sealing ring and at least one spring band in a longitudinal channel on the container jacket is guided, which is bent over at the bottom of the container and connected to the plunger in such a way that adjust by adjusting. -the spring band of the plunger can be moved in the container jacket.
In the drawing, three Ausfüh approximately examples of the subject invention are shown.
Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a container according to the first example; Fig. 2 is a side view of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 and 4 are cross sections according to the lines III-III respectively. IV-IV of Figure 1; Fig. 5 shows a partial longitudinal section of the second example; 6 and 7 are the same cross-sections as FIGS. 3 and 4, but for the second game; Fig. 8 shows a longitudinal section of the third example;
Fig. 9 is a partial longitudinal section of this example, in a plane perpendicular to the section according to Fig. 8, and Figs. 10 to 12 are cross sections according to the lines X-X respectively. XI-XI resp. XII-XII of Fig. B.
In the first example according to the Figures: 1 to 4, 1 denotes the container shell made of glass or porcelain, in which a bottom 2 made of synthetic resin is screwed in. The cap 3 is also made of synthetic resin, and it is inside with an insulating washer 4 made of a suitable material, for. B. cork provided. In the BehäUer- m.antel 1, two longitudinal channels 5, which are curved in cross section corresponding to the shell 1, are formed on opposite sides, in each of which a correspondingly curved spring band 6 is inserted.
The two spring strips 6 are bent on the container bottom 2 and on the inside. End attached to a plunger 7. This plunger 7 is also made of glass or porcelain, and it can be moved in the container jacket 1. It has two annular grooves 8 on the circumference, in each of which a sealing ring 9 is inserted. At the outer end of each spring band 6, an actuating button 10 is attached, which passes through a longitudinal slot 11.
By adjusting the two buttons 10 along the slots 11, the plunger 7 is acted upon by means of the spring straps 6 and the plunger is displaced so that the contents located in front of the plunger 7 can be pressed out of the container with the cap 3 unscrewed.
The second example according to FIGS. 5 to 7 differs from the first example only in that, instead of two spring bands 6, only one such spring band 6 is provided, for its guidance in the base 2 a deflecting pin 1? is provided. This container is for very soft contents, e.g. B. Vaseline or the like, suitable.
In the third example according to FIGS. 8 to 12, a closed guide channel 1.3 is formed in the container shell 1, in which a spring band 14 provided with holes 15 leads GE, which is attached to the plunger 7 at the inner end. The container bottom 16 is provided with a flange 17 underneath and is designed in such a way that a push button 18, which is under the action of a return spring 19, can be adjusted therein. On the shaft 20 of the push button 18, a plate 21 and a pawl 22 is arranged on the inside of the bottom 16, the tip 23 of which together with the holes 15 of the spring band 14 menacts.
A bracket 24, the ends of which are held festge in recesses in the container shell, is used to guide the spring band 14 at the bend point. When the button 18 is pressed, the pawl 22 engages in a hole 15 of the spring band 14 and this band is adjusted and then pushed by the plunger 7 in the jacket 1, so that in this way the container contents can be pressed out. After releasing the button 18, the same returns to its original position, so that when the button 18 is pressed again, the pawl 22 can interact with another hole 15 of the spring band 14.
The two sealing rings 9 consist of tubular woven or spun cords made of textile material, with a thick woolen thread or a rubber tube (so-called valve tube) being provided in the middle of the cross-section so that the rings remain elastic. These rings 9 are glued into the grooves 8 with an adhesive. Textile material can be used for the cords which has been made air-impermeable and grease-resistant by appropriate treatment. unless it has any of these properties. The cords can e.g.
B. made of flax, cotton, rayon, if the loading container content is not sensitive to air, these materials can be used without further treatment. However, the cords can also be made from purified natural wool, hemp, natural rubber, etc. and made grease-resistant and impermeable to air through a surface treatment. For such a surface treatment, grease-resistant synthetic resins can be used, which solidify softly, as well as elastically solidified synthetic rubbers, which provide fat-resistant surfaces.
It is also possible to use woven, spun, cast or drawn cords or tubes made of grease-resistant material such as synthetic rubber, synthetic resins, rayon, which are manufactured in such a way that they are impermeable to air. Without surface treatment, these materials are suitable for both air-sensitive and air-insensitive container contents.
The plunger 7 could also be made flat and provided with only one sealing ring 9.
The container described can be refilled after unscrewing the bottom and taking out the plunger so that it can be used several times. The sealing rings must be checked and replaced with new ones if necessary.
