Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs- gegenstandes sind auf beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellt, in welcher Fig. 1 die Einrichtung im Aufriss von innen gesehen zeigt, wobei Fensterrahmen und Fenster weggelassen sind; Fig. 2 ist ein senkrechter Schnitt nach Linie II-II in Fig. 1;
Safety device on window openings of air raid shelters: Window openings of air raid shelters have so far been secured against the effects of aircraft bombs by sandbags or wooden boxes with sand filling attached to the outside of the building, i.e. H. Protected against the effects of splinters, air pressure and sometimes gas. These wooden boxes remain. permanently on the building, they severely impair the aesthetic effect of the building and may also constitute a traffic obstacle.
If they are only attached at the moment of danger, the attachment is associated with mortal danger for the people involved, as they have to go outside in order to be able to attach the safety device.
By the subject of the present invention forming device these disadvantages are eliminated, de, the device has from the inside attachable plates, which fill the opening layered against each other, against opposing, fighter-like surfaces of the opening see off and against the other two surfaces - small of the opening clamp and thus transfer the expected pressure and suction to the cellar walls.
The panels are expediently layered on top of one another and braced against the combatant-like side surfaces of the opening while they cling to the window sill and lintel.
Instead of layering the panels horizontally on top of one another, they could also be placed vertically next to one another, with the panels then being supported against the window sill and lintel and the clipping against the side surfaces.
Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the accompanying drawing, in which FIG. 1 shows the device in elevation from the inside, the window frame and window being omitted; Fig. 2 is a vertical section on the line II-II in Fig. 1;
Fig. 3 is a horizontal section on the line III - III in Fig. 2; Pig. 4 shows a detail on a larger scale in vertical section, and FIG. 5 shows a detail in plan view.
With 1 the opening is z. B. a basement window, which is closed by the reinforced concrete slabs 2 layered on one another. 3 is the window frame and 4 is the window. The concrete slabs or slats? are each provided with two handles 5, which form part of the reinforcement and fasten a provided on the inner face of the plate wooden beam 6 gene.
The lower surface of the wooden beam 6 is lower than the lower surface of the plate, so that a fold 7 is formed, with which the stacked plates 2 and wooden beams 6 into each other, tire, whereby a seal against gases or. the compressed air formed by the explosion of the aerial bombs. A sealing strip 8 can be inserted into the fold 7; his.
The sloping side surfaces 9 of the plates \? are supported against fighter-like sides surfaces 10 of the opening 1, whereby the expected outside air pressure is transmitted to the cellar walls. A sealing material 11 can be inserted between the surfaces 9 and 10. The window sill 12 is designed in such a way that it forms a fold 13 corresponding to the folds 7 with the lowermost plate as a clamp against suction.
In order to be able to insert all panels 2 from the inside into the window opening 1, clearance is provided at the top in the fighter-like side surfaces 10 through recesses 14, which is closed by layers 15 after the panels have been introduced. The wooden beam 6 'of the top plate 2 is detachably fastened by means of a screw and wing nut 16.
The wooden beam 6 ', screwed tightly in its position, forms the end piece of the construction. Below he engages (Fug. 4) in the normal fold 7 of the plate 2 and above it lies against the surface 17 of the lintel 18; He forms a Verklamme tion of the plates against suction and at the same time the seal on the lintel, wel che by sealing inserts 19 can be improved.
The bar 6 'protrudes in its longitudinal direction at 20 (Fug. 3) over the plate and secures the supplements 15 in their position against being thrown into the air protection space.
Sealing folds could also be provided in the fighter-like side surfaces and in the enclosures. It is thus possible to bring all panels into their position from the inside. If there is no risk of flying, the panels can be completely or partially removed, depending on the need for air and light.
The exterior of the building is not impaired in any way by this safety device.
