Fig. 1 zeigt einen Tubenverschluss im Längsschnitt.
Device for producing a tube closure. There are already tubes known in which a threadless, rotatably arranged cap is provided on the tube head instead of a screw cap, which is optionally also set up for cutting off a hood to create a passage opening for the tube contents. The rotatable connection of the cap to the tube head takes place here by means of a pivot pin arranged on the head or by the simultaneous application of a bead in the cap and the tube neck. However, this type of connection is only suitable for fastening caps made of metal.
The aim of the invention is to be able to produce the closures mentioned at the beginning even when using caps made of synthetic resin compositions, which are more beautiful and cheaper. Since a deformation of such caps is not possible, please include and attachment by riveting due to the brittleness of the material is also out of the question, a device was created by the He-making, by means of which after attaching to the retaining pin and the tube body and inside with an annular groove provided with a cap, a deformation of the tube neck can be made,
by pressing several points of the tube neck opposite the groove of the cap outwards into the groove. The new device is characterized by a retaining mandrel with rotatably arranged inside the control organ and several on the circumference arranged offset, inwardly retractable form bodies, the whole thing in such a way that with the tube body and cap plugged onto the retaining mandrel, the molded body at the point of the tube neck by means of the control element can be pressed outwards so that wart-shaped projections are formed on the tube neck,
which engage in the annular groove provided inside the cap. The device is particularly simple when the molded bodies are formed by balls that can be pushed outwards by a non-circular disk. In the drawing, an execution example of the invention is shown. 1 shows a tube closure in a longitudinal section. FIG. 2 shows the parts of the device used to form the closure in a longitudinal section and FIG. 3 shows a cross section along the line III-III of FIG.
The tube body 1 is produced in the usual way on the tube press and has a tube head closed by a cover 2. A bulge (hood) 3 on the ceiling, which is cut abge in the usual way to create the passage openings of the tube contents when the tube is in use, can be in two parts when making the tube cap when attaching the tube to a retaining pin 4 (Fig. 2) is designed to be produced by a projection 5 which cooperates with a counter tool.
After putting on the Hüt chens 6, which has an annular groove 8 on the inside of its hollow cylindrical projection 7, a deformation of the tube neck is made, which can be done by balls 9, which are guided in radial recesses 10 of the retaining pin 4 and against falling out Constrictions of the mouths of the recesses 10 are secured.
When the tube is pushed back into the interior of the recesses 10, the Ku rules 9 are pressed outwards by a non-circular disk 11, which is connected to a pivot pin 12 penetrating the retaining mandrel, when the latter is partially rotated and press the point of the tube neck opposite the balls 9 into the groove 8 of the cap with the formation of warty bulges, whereby a permanent connec tion between cap and tube is created. Instead of three balls, fewer or more balls can be used. The tube neck can also be deformed by means of cylindrical or similar shaped bodies.
In FIG. 2, a hat with an inserted cork disc 13 can be seen, which also has a cutout 15 below the opening 14 in the hat provided for the bulge 3 of the tube head to pass through. This embodiment is particularly suitable for a very thin tube content, which also after ingebrauclinahine the tube, after cutting the bulge 3, which is done in the usual way by twisting the cap, for which the opening 14 is formed like a cutting edge, a tight seal the tube is guaranteed.
In order to enable the tube to be easily attached and removed from the holding mandrel 4, the end face of the latter and the bolt 12 each have a bore 16, 16 'for rapid removal or removal. Supply of air.
If necessary, two annular grooves can also be provided in the closure cap, into which the wart-shaped projections of the tube neck engage.
