Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Hegakisazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden     Patentes    ist  ein Verfahren zur     Darstellung        eines        Ilegakis-          azofarbstoffes,    dadurch     gekennzeichnet,

          da.ss     man 2     Mol    des     Monoazofarbstoffes    aus     diazo-          tierter        4'-Nitro-4-aminodiphenylamin-2'-sul-          fonsäuTe    und dem     technischen        Gemisch    der       1-Naphthylamin-6-    und     -7-sulfonsäure        diazo-          tiert,    die     Diazoverbindun.g    mit zwei     Mol        Re-          sorGin    kuppelt und ,

  die 2 Hol des erhaltenen       Disazofarbstoffes    mit einem     Mol        tetrazotier-          tem        4,4'-Diamino,diphenylsulfon    kombiniert.  



  Der neue Farbstoff ist ein     ,dunkles    Pul  ver;     erlöst    sich in     Wasser        rotbraun,    in kon  zentrierter     .Schwefelsäure        stumpf    .grün und  färbt Leder in tiefen     rotstichig    braunen  Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  54,3 Teile des     Monoazofarbstoffes    aus       diazotierter        4'-Nitro-4-aminodiphenylamin-2'-.          sulfensäure    und dem technischen     Gemisch     von     1-Naphthylamin-6-    und     -7-sulfonsäure     werden     diazotiert.    Die erhaltene     Diazoverbin-          dung    .gibt man bei 0   zu einer     Lösung    von  11 Teilen     Resorcin    und 40 Teilen :

  Soda.     Na@cb          beendeter        Kupplung    wird die klare Lösung       des        Disazofarbstoffes    mit einer     Diazolösung,       die in bekannter Weise aus 12,4     Teilen        4,4'-          Diaminodiphenyleulfon    hergestellt wird,     soda-          alkalisch    gekuppelt. Die erhaltene Lösung  wird nun auf<B>50'</B> C     erwärmt,    der Farbstoff  mit Kochsalz     ausgesalzen,        abfiltriert    und ;ge  trocknet.

   Er bildet ein     dunkles.    Pulver, er  löst sich in Wasser rotbraun, in     konzen-          trierter        lschwefelsäure    stumpf grün und färbt  Leder in     tiefen        rotstichig    braunen Tönen.
