  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Hegakisazofarbstoffes.            Gegenstand    des vorliegenden     Patentes    ist  ein Verfahren zur     Darstellung    eines     Hegakis-          azofarbstoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet,     :

  dass     man 2     Mol        des        Monoazafarbstoffes    aus     diazo-          tierter        2'-Nitro-4-@aminodiphenylamin-4'-sul-          fonsäure    und dem     technischen        Gemisch    der       1-Naphthylamin-6-    und     -7-sulfonsäure        diazo-          tiert    und die     Diazoverbindung    mit     einem        Mol     des     Disazofarbstoffes    aus 1     

  Mol        tetrazotierter          4,4'-Diaminodiphenyl-2,2'-,disulfonsäure    und  2 Mal     Resorcin    in alkalischer Lösung kuppelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff     ist    ein dunkles Pul  ver; er löst sich in Wasser braun, in     konzen-          trierter    Schwefelsäure bläulich schwarz und  färbt     Leder    in tiefen braunen     Tönen.       <I>Beispiel:</I>    5.4,3 Teile des     Monoazofarbstoffes    aus       diazotierter        2'-Nitro-4-aminodiphenylamin-4'-          sulfonsäuTe    und     :

  dem        technischen        Gemisch     der     1-Naphthalin-6-    und     -7-sulfonsäure    wer  den in Wasser mit 4 Teilen     Natronlauge     100%ig .gelöst, mit 7 Teilen     Natriumnitrit.     versetzt und bei 0   in 35 Teile     Salzsäure     30 %     ig    fliessen     ,gelassen.    Die     Diazotierung    ist  in     wenigen,Stunden    beendet.  



  Diese     Diazoverbindung    :gibt man zu einer         wässrigen    Lösung von     g9;3    Teilen des     Disazo-          farbstoffes    aus 1     Mol'tetrazotierter        4,4'-Di-          aminodiphenyl-2,2'-disulfonsäure    und 2     Mo1          Resorcin    gelöst     in    Wasser und 40     Teilen     Soda, bei 0   .gekuppelt.  



  Nach     einigen        Stundenerwärmt    man auf  45', salzt :aus,     filtriert    und trocknet. Der  neue Farbstoff,     ein_    dunkles Pulver, löst sich  in Wasser braun'     und    in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure bläulich schwarz.
