Description

  

  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 221927.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines primären     Disazofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung     eines    primären       Disazofarbstoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet,  dass man :die     Diazoverbindung    von     1-Amino-          2,4-dichlorbenzol    in saurem Medium mit     1-          Amino-:8-oxynaphthalin-3,6-:disulfonsäureund     den so erhaltenen     Monoazofarbstoff    in     alka:          lischem    Medium mit :

  der     Diazoverbindung     aus     1-Amino-4-N-eyclohexyl-caprinyl-amino-          benzol    vereinigt.  



  Der so erhaltene     Disazofarbstoff    ist ein  dunkles Pulver, :das sich in Wasser mit  blauer, in konzentrierter     .Schwefelsäure    mit       rotstichig    schwarzer Farbe löst, und färbt  Wolle aus saurem Bade in schwarzen Tönen.  Die Färbungen besitzen sehr gute Wasch-,  Walk-, Schweiss-,     Seewasser-,        Dekatur-    und  Lichtechtheit.  



       Beispiel:     Eine aus 16,2 Teilen     1-Amino-2,4-diohlor-          Benzol    hergestellte     Diazolösung    lässt man in    eine mineralsaure Lösung von     3,1,9        Teilen        1-          Amino-:8-oxynaphthaIin-3,        6-:disulfonsäurelau-          fen.    Nach beendeter Bildung des     Monoazo-          fa.rbstoffes    wird dieser abgeschieden und mit  überschüssigem     Natriumcarbonat    wieder in  Lösung gebracht.

   In diese Lösung lässt man  eine aus 34,4 Teilen     1-Amino-4-N-:cyclohexyl-          caprinyl    -     amino#benzol    hergestellte     Dia.zo-          lösung    fliessen. Der     Disazofarbs;to:ff    wird ab  geschieden, gewaschen und getrocknet.

       Example: A diazo solution prepared from 16.2 parts of 1-amino-2,4-diochlorobenzene is allowed to pour into a mineral acid solution of 3.1.9 parts of 1- amino-: 8-oxynaphthaIin-3, 6-: disulfonic acid lau- fen.
