Stufenloses Konus-Reibrollen-Getriebe.
I- (2. 5. tg 15'), also zirka 12,7 cm.
Stepless cone friction roller gear. A great deal is being done in the field of continuously variable transmissions today, proof that their introduction into drive technology is making ever greater progress. For subordinate purposes, the cheap friction roller drive should probably still be preferred to the others, although the same defects are inherent, such as poor development of the roles and then also its low pulling power.
In the case of the cone-friction roller transmission, which is the subject of the present invention, these deficiencies are eliminated, so that this should be borne by the fluid transmissions.
The well-known cone friction roller gear has straight working surfaces, that is, the unwinding perimeters are ge rectilinear conical surfaces. The circumferential speeds on the large and small circumference of the driving roller are therefore only the same as the circumferential speeds on the associated large and small circumference of the driven roller if there is no transmission ratio, i.e. only if the driving and driven rollers have the same number of revolutions. As soon as the gear ratio changes from 1: 1, the roles are no longer handled in a mutually consistent manner.
This can be seen in the following example. Assuming that a driving cone friction roller with the smallest diameter d - 10 cm has a width of 5.1 cm and the bonus angle is 30 degrees, then the largest diameter is D = 10 -I- (2nd 5th day 15 '), i.e. about 12.7 cm.
If this driving conical friction roller drives another conical friction roller with a straight working surface, which allows a speed change of 1: 2 to 1: 1 due to the axial displacement of the driving roller, the exact processing is only possible with the ratio 1 : 1, because the adjacent diameters d and D of the driving roller and the diameters dl and -Dl of the driven roller are the same. Let us now examine the case of another translation.
The diameters d and D of the driving roller remain the same and the ratio of the diameters d: D is 1: 1.2 7. The The diameter dl of the driven conical friction roller is now 20 cm, while its diameter Dl = 20 -f- (2nd, 5th tg 15), i.e. about 22.7 cm, which results in a Diameter ratio of dl: Dl = 20: 22.7, respectively. 1: 1.13 results. It can be seen from this that the driving cone friction roller on the driven cone friction roller is only located at one of the diameters from d to D within the range from dl to D1 can handle properly; the unwinding of the two roles will take place on those diameters that are best adjacent to one another.
If the diameter d is closest to that of dl, then their circumferences will unwind exactly against one another, where the ratio of 1: 2 is achieved. If, however, the diameters D and D1 are in contact with one another, their diameters will develop against one another. Here, however, the translation will not be 1: 2, but 12.7 : 22.7 or 1: 1.79. In order to achieve a reasonably good pulling power, both scopes have to be pressed against each other, which has the consequence that the roles always work on each other, whereby the good transfer and thus their efficiency is reduced.
In addition there is the great wear and tear of the friction rollers.
In order now, according to the invention, to achieve the exact development of the two friction rollers, which can be axially displaced against each other to change the ratio, the generating line of the working surface of the friction roller designed as a long cone is designed as a curve, the course of which is designed so that the ratio d: D < / I> of one friction roller corresponds to the ratio dl: Dl of the other friction roller for all mutual positions of the two rollers. In order to be able to act the displacement of the driving friction roller on the working surface of the driven friction roller exactly after the course of the curve mentioned, for example, the driving organ such.
B. an electric motor, stored in a guide with the same guide curve and be slidably arranged in this so that the two friction rollers always rest well against each other.
From the measures described it should be apparent that the development in every axial position of the two friction rollers to one another is very good and the adhesion is also significantly improved. With the same contact pressure as was permissible with the friction roller gears that were customary up to now, a significantly greater torque can be transmitted. The contact pressure can also be increased many times over without the risk of excessive heating and wear.
In the accompanying drawings, two exemplary embodiments of the above-described cone-friction roller-Ge gear unit are shown. It shows: Fig. 1 a motor transmission with Innenab winding of the rollers in plan view, with the driven roller in section, Fig. 2 this transmission in the side view, partially in section, Fig. 3 the same transmission in a front view without a drive motor, Fig. 4, finally, a transmission with outside development of the friction rollers in plan view.
On the shaft of the drive motor 1 of the transmission according to FIGS. 1 to 3 sits the driving cone friction roller 2 with the unchangeable union diameters d and D, which are driven , a long roll forming conical pot roller 3 in the area of the variable diameter dl and Dl is in friction such that in all mutual positions of the two rollers only diameters of the same circumferential speeds lie against each other. The conical pot roller 3 is cantilevered in the bearings 6 and 7 stored.
In Fig. 1, the driving roller 2 is located on the largest diameter portion of the GE driven pot roller 3, while in Fig. 2 the opposite case is shown. In order to be able to inevitably lead the motor 1 in accordance with the conical pot roll inner curvature, it is supported in a guide 4. The course of the guide track of the latter agrees with the course of the inner curvature of the conical pot roll 3 exactly. This guide is screwed onto the base plate 5.
In the execution, care is taken that the driving cone friction roller 2 is attached to the stub shaft normally present on the motor, and a normal flange motor can therefore be used for the drive, which, if necessary, roll 3 into the pot can. All that is required is a special bearing plate 1a.
The inevitable displacement of the Mo sector 1 is carried out by a spindle 9, the nut 10 of which is provided with an eye 10a to which one end of a pull or push rod 11 is articulated. The other end of this pull and push rod 11 is hingedly connected to the bolt 12, which penetrates the base plate 5 in a longitudinal opening 5a and with the guide piece 4a attached to the bearing plate la, which is in the guide track corresponding to the course of the cone friction roller work the guide 4 slides, is rigidly connected. The spindle 9 is mounted in the base plate 5 and is provided at one end with the pinion 13 which meshes with a second wheel 14.
This is rotatably arranged together with a handwheel or chain wheel 15 on a bolt 17 mounted in the bearing body 16.
The sprocket 18, from which a drive chain 19 is guided to the sprocket 18a, is keyed on the shaft 3a mounted in the bearings 6, 7. The latter is keyed onto the shaft 22 mounted in the bearings 20, 21, and the stepped disk 23 sits on the same shaft. Since the conical pot roll 3 has a large overhang, two ball bearings 24, 25 are provided, which are attached to the bearing 21 are brought. These absorb the lateral pressure that the driving cone friction roller 2 exerts on the cone pot roller 3. For this purpose, the latter has a reinforcement 3b on the front edge, on which the bearings 24, 25 respectively. whose outer rings roll off.
In the base plate 26 on which the shafts 3a and 22 are superimposed in the bearings 6, 7 and 20, 21 ge, there are two springs 27, 28, which are on the one hand on an inner wall of the base plate 26 at 27a, 28a and on the other hand on the abutments 29 attached to the fixed base plate 5 be supported. These springs 27, 28 cause the contact pressure from the cone friction roller 3 to the drifting cone friction roller 2. From FIG. 4 it can be seen that when the roller 2 is externally developed on the long cone roller 3, both sides are supported for the latter is given, and there is no need as a result, the Abstüt tion ball bearings 24, 25 of the example of FIGS. 1 to 3.
If the gear unit is intended for a high-speed machine, the step disk 23, as shown in FIG. 4, can sit directly on the same shaft 3 a as the roller 3. It is also noteworthy in this design that a completely normal motor 1 with a foot and without a special bearing plate la can be used.
The guide piece 4a (Fig. 1 and 2) is attached to the motor base in this case. The gears as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 can be regulated continuously in a ratio of 2: 1.
The regulation range can easily be increased by simply making the pot roll 3 longer; but this is at the cost of the torque to be transmitted. Many machines that are to be steplessly regulated, especially the machine tools, have fixed regulation steps, and the step increments are almost never more than 2: 1, even 1.41:
1 and less, so that stepless regulation only has to follow within these steps mentioned. A regulation to half of the output speeds is therefore already plentiful. The stepped disk 23 drawn in FIGS. 1 to 4 results in a step jump of 1.5: 1, which means that if the driven machine makes 375 revolutions by driving the large step, it has the drive through the second step 250 and with the drive through the small speed 166 revolutions per minute. The stepless regulation can then take place from 375 to 250, from 250 to 166 and from 166 to 112 revolutions.
The machine tools usually have other fixed speed levels, when the indentation and when the level changes are repeated the same increments are achieved again through the step pulley. If, for example, a machine tool has, in addition to its stepped pulley, a downstream fixed gear ratio with which the output speed (375) is set directly to the speed 112, you can turn the drive belt to the three steps of the stepped pulley 23 with the gearbox when shifting the drive belt the number of revolutions can be continuously regulated from 112 to 74, from 74 to 50 and from 50 to 33.
By subordinating a second fixed translation with which the second output speed (112) is reduced to the speed 33, the speeds from 33 to 22, from 22 to 14.6 and from 14.6 to 9.7 can be achieved with the transmission can be adjusted continuously.
In order to be able to achieve the setting of the gearbox, that is to say the displacement of the conical rollers against one another quickly and by means of engine power, a small friction roller reversing gear, as shown in FIG the friction roller 34 of which drives onto the roller 30 and thus onto the spindle shaft 9 via the friction rollers 32, 33 or 31 mounted on the bearing arm 29.
In the event that all increments are built into the machine to be driven, such as in the case of a single-disc lathe, the stepped disc 23 is replaced by a single disc. Instead of the pressing device described by springs, the known automatically adjusting Anpres can occur in which the pressing pressure is generated by the respective circumferential force.
The transmission can also be designed so that the driving roller is stationary and that the driven long roller makes the sliding movement. It is also possible to choose the long roller as the driving roller and the “simple” roller as the driven roller with worm and worm gear segment or with a rack and pinion.
