  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer     Thiazoliumverbindung.       Das Hauptpatent betrifft die Herstellung  einer durch     antineuritische    Wirkung ausge  zeichneten     Pyrimidylalkylthiazoliurnverbin-          dung.     



  Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Thiazo-          liumverbindung,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  man     2-Äthyl-4-amino.-5-chlormethyl-pyr-          imidinhydrochlorid    auf     4-Äthyl-5-oxyäthyl-          thiazol    einwirken lässt. Das so erhaltene  Hydrochlorid des N-(2'-Äthyl-4'-arninopyr       imidyl-[5']-methyl)-4-äthyl-5-oxyäthylthiazo-          liumchlorids    bildet Kristalle vom<B>F.217'.</B>  Die Verbindung zeigt eine starke     antineuri-          tische    Wirksamkeit und soll .therapeutische  Anwendung finden.

           Beispiel:       2,4 g     2-Athyl-4-amirro-5-chlormethyl-pyr-          imidinhydrochlorid    werden mit 3,6 g     4-Äthyl-          5-oxyäthylthiazol        '/s    Stunde auf l20-130    erhitzt. Die Schmelze wird mit Äther ver-    rührt und das zurückbleibende Pulver aus  Alkohol und etwas Wasser umkristallisiert.  Man erhält das Hydrochlorid des N-(2'-Äthyl       4'-aminopyrimidyl-[5']-methyl)-4-äthyl-5-oxy-          äthylthiazoliumchlorids    in Kristallen vom  F. 217  . Die Verbindung zeigt eine starke       antineuritische    Wirksamkeit.

           Example: 2.4 g of 2-ethyl-4-amirro-5-chloromethyl-pyrimidine hydrochloride are heated to 120-130 per second with 3.6 g of 4-ethyl-5-oxyethylthiazole / s. The melt is stirred with ether and the powder that remains is recrystallized from alcohol and a little water. The hydrochloride of N- (2'-ethyl 4'-aminopyrimidyl- [5 '] - methyl) -4-ethyl-5-oxyethylthiazolium chloride is obtained in crystals of F. 217. The compound shows strong anti-neuritic activity.

PATENTANSPRUC$: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Thiazo- liumverbindung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-Äthyl-4-amino-5-chlormethyl-pyrimi- dinhydrochlorid auf 4-Äthyl-5-oxyäthylthiazol einwirken lässt. -Das so erhältliche Hydrochlorid des N- (2'-Äthyl-4'- aminopyrimidyl - [5'] - methyl) - 4- äthyl-5-oxyäthylthiazoliumchlorids bildet Kri stalle vom F. 217 . PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a thiazolium compound, characterized in that 2-ethyl-4-amino-5-chloromethyl-pyrimidine hydrochloride is allowed to act on 4-ethyl-5-oxyethylthiazole. The thus obtainable hydrochloride of N- (2'-ethyl-4'-aminopyrimidyl - [5 '] - methyl) -4-ethyl-5-oxyäthylthiazoliumchlorids forms crystals from F. 217.
