  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer     Thiazolinmverbindnng.       Das Hauptpatent betrifft die Herstellung  einer durch     antineuritische    Wirkung aus  gezeichneten     Pyrimidylalkylthiazoliumverbin-          dung.     



  Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Thiazo-          liumverbindung,    dadurch     gekennzeichnet,    dass  man     2-Methyl-4-amino-5-bromuiethyl-pyrimi-          din-hydrobromid    auf     4-Äthyl-5-oxyäthylthi-          azol    einwirken lässt. Das so erhältliche     Hydro-          bromid    des     N-(2'-Methyl-4'-aminopyrimidyl-          [5']-methyl)-4-äthyl-5-oxyäthyl-thiazoli        umbro-          mids    bildet Kristalle vom F. 217  .

   Die  Verbindung zeigt eine starke     antineuritische     Wirksamkeit und soll therapeutische Anwen  dung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  3,6 g     2-Methyl-4-amino-5-brommethyl-          pyrimidin    -     hydrobromid    werden mit 5,4 g  4     -Äthyl    - 5 -     oxyäthylthiazol        1/2    Stunde auf  <B>120-1300</B>     erhitzt.    Die     SCbmelze    wird mit    Äther verrührt und das zurückbleibende Pul  ver aus Alkohol und etwas Wasser umkri  stallisiert.

       Man    erhält das     Hydrobromid    des       N-(2'-Alethyl-4'-ami        nopyrimidyl-        [5']        -methyl)-          4-äthyl-5-ogyäthyl-thiazoliumbromids    in Kri  stallen vom F.<B>2170.</B> Die Verbindung zeigt  eine starke     antineuritische    Wirksamkeit.

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Thiazo- liumverbindung, dadurch gekennzeichnet; dass man 2-Methyl-4-amino-5-brommethyl-pyrimi- din-hydrobromid auf 4-Äthyl-5-oxyäthylthi- azol einwirken lässt. Das so erhältliche Hydrobromid des N (2'-Methyl-4'-aminopyrimidyl- [5'] -methyl)-4- äthyl-5-ogyäthyl-thiazoliumbromids bildet Kristalle vom F. 217 . PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a thiazole compound, characterized in that; that 2-methyl-4-amino-5-bromomethyl-pyrimidine hydrobromide is allowed to act on 4-ethyl-5-oxyethylthiazole. The thus obtainable hydrobromide of N (2'-methyl-4'-aminopyrimidyl- [5 '] -methyl) -4-ethyl-5-ogyethyl-thiazolium bromide forms crystals of F. 217.
