Die Dichtungsleiste 6 besitzt beidseitig ,je einen @'ritnehmer 18, welche Mitnehmer in die beiden zwischen den Stirnscheiben 11 und den Lagern 12 angeordneten und durch die Bahnen 18a geführten Hubstangen 17 ein greifen. An diesen Hubstangen sind Gleit rollen 16 befestigt, welche die auf der Trieb- ;
%-elle 7 aufgekeilien Nockenscheiben 15 tou chieren. VorsprinIgende Nasen 15' auf diesen Nockensuheiben 15 drücken die Hubstangen 17 und damit die Dichtungsleiste nach ab- wärts, während die Federn 14 dafür sorgen,
Überström- v erluste können also keine entstehen.
Fig. 6 zeigt ein diesbezügliches Ausführungs beispiel.
Capsule compressor with sickle-shaped work µm. The invention relates to a capsule compressor with a sickle-shaped working space and consists in that a movable sealing strip is arranged at the point of contact between the cylinder bore and the liner rotating eccentrically and this sealing strip is lifted off at the latest when the rotary piston is driven over. The lifting of the sealing strip can be done mechanically by any direct or indirect drive from the compressor shaft. The sealing strip can also be lifted off electrically, with control of the impulses from the compressor or drive shaft.
Furthermore, the sealing strip can be lifted off hydraulically or pneumatically by means of a liquid or gaseous medium which is under delivery pressure, for example, the control of the impulse output from the compressor or drive cover. The lift-off time can be at least equal to the time it takes for the rotary piston to pass over the sealing strip. The lift-off time can, however, also extend from the moment the last discharge opening is passed until the rotary piston passes over the last intake opening.
To transfer the rods equipped with you rotary piston on the lifted sealing strip can be special fixed bridges be arranged. In capsule compressors with movable rotary pistons, in addition to the sealing strip, the rotary piston can also be lifted off at the moment of driving over this sealing strip, but in the opposite sense. In addition to the sealing strip, the sealing rod of the rotary piston can also be lifted off mechanically in the opposite direction at the moment when the sealing strip is driven over.
The stroke movement of the sealing rod can be achieved by two rings that are only displaceable in the stroke direction and have the same diameter as the cylinder bore, the rings being held in grooves by spring force so that the inner surface of the rings is flush with the cylinder surface.
The purpose of the invention is to obtain a perfect and always the same seal between the pressure and suction side of the compressor and thus a permanently constant efficiency of the capsule compressor.
At the same time, the aim is to ensure that the list #, @ enaiii "is only n-a few hundredths of a millimeter, and the clearance between the cylinder bore and the liner is no longer so essential in order to simplify and make the manufacturing method cheaper.
The lifting of the sealing strip while driving over the rotary piston should bezwcchen. to protect the control surface of the rotary piston, which seals with the cylinder bore, from normal wear.
Some embodiments of the subject invention are shown schematically in the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a section through the compaction ter transversely to the axis of rotation. Fig.? one parallel to the axis of rotation; Fi.g. 3 shows the lifetime of the sealing strip from the liner in the course of one piston revolution; Fig. 4 shows a solution for actuating the sealing strip and Fig. T; a flexible sealing rod;
Figures 5, 7 and 8 illustrate a connecting bridge; in FIG. 9 the movable bar is electrically controlled, in FIG. 10 under the action of the pressure of the conveying medium: FIG. 11 shows a compressor with a floating rotary piston in cross section, FIG. 1? in longitudinal section;
13 illustrates the lifting diagram for the sealing strip.
According to Fig. 1 and 2: the housing of the capsule compressor with the cylinder rotation? the suction openings 3 and the reit Ven valves provided outlet openings 4, also see with the groove 5 for the sealing strip 6 ver. The drive shaft 7 of the compressor. 1 is in Fig. 1 firmly connected to your shovel-shaped rotary piston 8.
This is at the same time entrained for the liner 9, which is moved in the direction of the arrow 9 '. the nut 10 serving as a movable intermediate member. The Laufbiiehse has its eccentric La storage in the two end disks 11. The drive shaft 7 is mounted in the bearings 12, which sit in the two end covers 13. The sealing strip 6, which is fitted in the groove 5 and is easily movable therein, is pressed against the liner by springs 14.
But there is also the possibility without further ado to press it down with grass or liquid dirt, whereby. For example (read conveying under pressure itself or (read under the same pressure lubricant can be used as pressure medium.
The sealing strip 6 has on both sides, each a @ 'driver 18, which driver in the two arranged between the end disks 11 and the bearings 12 and guided by the tracks 18a lifting rods 17 engage. On these lifting rods sliding rollers 16 are attached, which on the drive;
% -elle 7 keyed on cam disks 15 touch. Projecting lugs 15 'on these cam blocks 15 press the lifting rods 17 and thus the sealing strip downwards, while the springs 14 ensure that
class after passing the cam lugs 15 ', the sealing strip with the lifting rods and rollers are pushed up again.
The cam lugs 15 'are arranged in such a way that they come to rest on the rollers 16 at the moment in which the rotary piston is directly in front of the sealing strip, that is, at the earliest then. when the rotary piston 8 has passed or at least covered the last discharge opening 4.
Then the discharge stroke of the compressor has increased. While the lugs 15 'are in contact with the rollers 16, the sealing strip is moved downwards (Iriickt and a gap is created through which the delivery volume enclosed in the last tip of the sickle-shaped working space can expand over to the suction side.
However, this quantity is extremely small and lies within the normal "harmful space" of every compressor.
The rotary piston now moves with play over the sealing strip, but this is of no importance in single-blade capsule compressors because in this dead center position of the rotary piston there is suction pressure on both sides of the piston. Overflow losses can therefore not occur.
If the clearance between the cylinder bore 2 and the liner 9 is large, the sealing strip protrudes into the cylinder bore when it is in contact with the liner. The bar is therefore protruding for the rotary piston, so that, without the displacement of this bar in accordance with the Invention, one or the other part would inevitably have to be damaged when the rotary piston is moved over it.
Fig. 3 represents the duration of the liftoff. the sealing strip from the liner in the course of a piston revolution. The horizontal I-II-III-IV-I represents the development of the cylinder bore, namely cut open at point I (see Fig. 1).
The ejection openings 4, the sealing strip 6 and the suction openings 3 are shown one after the other on this development 1-I. Above this processing line I-1, for the sake of completeness, the output volume (V = solid hatched), respectively. Suction volume (Va, hatched dashed lines) before, resp. after the piston, as well as the compressor pressure (V, 1 = hatched), measured in front of the blade, plotted against the suction pressure 1-I.
It should be noted that, in the case of single-blade compressors, the suction pressure always prevails behind the blade piston.
The lifting of the sealing strip can at the earliest after the rotary piston has passed over the last discharge opening. On the other hand, the lift should already be complete when the rotary piston moves onto the strip zone 6. So that the cam shape for the lift off of the bar is now given. It should begin after driving over the last discharge opening and end at the moment of approaching the walking zone.
After driving over the bar 6, the lifting period can be ended immediately, but it can also be zugewar tet until the rotary piston 8 has passed the last suction opening. Only at this moment does the compression begin in front of the rotary blade and therefore the bar 6 must now lie against the liner in a sealing manner. Based on these considerations, the minimum and maximum lifting times of the sealing strip are readily available.
The two lines shown under the development line illustrate this lift-off time, based on one complete piston revolution. However, these lines also characterize the development of the cam disks 115 with the cam lugs 15 'to be applied thereon.
4 shows another device for actuating the movable sealing strip 6. Instead of the cam disks 15, an eccentric disk 19 is wedged onto the drive shaft 7, on which the push rod 20 sits. This push rod 20 in turn acts on the driver 18 and pushes it downwards at a certain moment. The engagement groove 20a of the push rod has some play in the stroke direction, so that only near the bottom dead center position of the push rod 20 does a displacement of the sealing strip occur.
With this device, a lift-off diagram similar to FIG. 13 results.
Another solution for the actuation of the sealing strip 6 is also shown in FIG. 5. Here the lifting rod 17 with the sliding roller 16 falls over, the cam disk 23 acts directly on the driver 18. The driver 18 can be equipped with a roller if necessary.
A rotary piston firmly connected to the shaft is expediently also equipped with a movable sealing rod 19 on its outer face against the cylinder bore 2 you border. Fig. 6 shows a related embodiment example. In a grooved groove 50 in the rotary piston 8, such a sealing rod 19 is arranged. The end face is reinforced with a bar made of material with good running properties 20.
This sealing rod 19 is connected to the bore 2 by springs 21. For this purpose, however, a pressure medium, for example a conveying medium, conveying or visualizing medium, can also be used.
When this rotary piston 8, which is provided with a sealing rod 19, is driven over the lifted sealing strip 6, there would now be the risk that the tooling rod 19 could become entangled in the recess formed by the countersunk sealing strip 6, which in turn could damage the Compressor would have to lead. Via to eliminate this disadvantage.
5 and 7, at least two, most expediently, fixed connecting strips 22, which are attached to the outermost ends on both sides, are placed over the groove a.
These bridges, which are processed together with the cylinder bore, do not go along with the @c: wegun @ # clcr sealing strip and thus prevent the sealing rod from getting caught in the recesses formed.
These bridge parts 22 naturally do not seal the point of contact between the cylinder hoop and barrel sleeve as well as the sealing strip 6. They can, however, be made narrow, so that the loss of tightness in relation to the entire area - seal length. does not matter.
Instead of the bridges 22 firmly connected to the cylinder 1, let see, as indicated by dashed lines in FIG. also insert pings 22o that fit in a groove in the Z @@ lini @ cr- bore.
In the case of a large diagonal bar 6 when the rotary piston overflows, decoration of the individual bridges ?? respectively
Rings 22a, it could happen that the sealing rod 19 (Fig. 6.) Of the rotary piston when driving over the depression created as a result of the lifted sealing strip caused by the centrifugal effect, this depression bends, which should have the consequence that this now but the protruding rod hits the edge in front of the blade between the groove) and cylinder bore 2.
In order to avoid this, according to FIG. 8, not only the sealing but also the sealing rod 19 of the rotary piston is shown. This takes place in that the ring 22a is arranged displaceably in the vertical direction and is moved through the row of cams 23 by means of the driver 41.
The cam lobes of this disk 23 are of course arranged so that the movement of the sealing strip on the one hand in one direction and of the inlet 22a or the sealing rod 19 on the other hand in the opposite direction takes place at the same time .
Fia #. 9 and 10 show further examples of the subject matter of the invention. Instead of the mechanical movement of the sealing strip it takes place electrically in FIG. 9 with the aid of the solenoid coil 26, which is periodically energized by a current source 27,
whereby the magnetic hammer 25 is pulled up (= c, zoL (#n inid also the drive pin 24 and the sealing strip 6 attached to it.
In the event of a power interruption, the hammer 25 falls downwards and the sealing strip nlit together with the litneh ine rholzen: .i4 is pressed into the final position # by the spring 11-.
The control of the current pulse is carried out by the shaft 7 of the compressor or its drive mechanism, in that a hontaht cam lobe 15 is placed on it with one contact finger 28 continuously, with the second contact finger 28 but only for time, the length of the cam lug 15 ' appropriate contact is available.
Of course, two or more solenoid coils can also act simultaneously on the same sealing strip.
In FIG. 10, the sealing strip 6 is actuated under the action of the pressure of the conveying medium. The sealing strip 6 is connected by the bolt 30 to a piston 31, the lower piston surface by means of the valves 33 and 34 to the pressure, respectively. The suction chamber of the compressor is connected. If the valve 33 is opened and the valve 34 is closed, the piston is completely under the influence of the final delivery pressure. It is shifted upwards against the spring force 14 and the sealing strip 6 attached to it is thus lifted off the liner 9.
When valve 33 is closed and valve 34 is opened at the same time, the piston comes under the influence of the pressure prevailing in the suction chamber, and since the same pressure prevails over this piston, this pressure, together with the bolt 30 and the sealing strip 6, is released by the spring 14 downwards, i.e. pressed onto the barrel with a seal.
The two valves 33 and 34 are controlled via the lever mechanism 36, 37, 38 and 39 from a cam disk 15 which is seated on the shaft 7 of the compressor or the drive machine and on which a sliding roller 40 rolls. The points 35 are fixed resp. Pivot points for the lever system. The spring 42 ensures that the sliding roller 40 is pressed sufficiently against the cam disk 15.
Both valves 33 and 34 are always operated at the same time, always in one other opposite directions. A corresponding design of the Vein Nockennaoe 15a ensures that the sealing strip 6 is only lifted briefly while the rotary piston slides over it.
Of course, several pistons 31 can also act on a sealing strip here. Instead of the delivery medium, for example, the lubricant that is under the delivery pressure can be fed under the piston as a pressure medium.
An embodiment of the subject invention for a compressor with flie ing rotary piston is shown in FIG. 11 in: cross section and FIG. 12 in longitudinal section. The flying rotary piston 41 is set in rotation by the liner driven from the outside and, as a result of the centrifugal effect, is pressed against the cylinder surface 2 of the housing 1 on the front side in a sealing manner. This flying rotary piston 41 would of course get caught in the recess formed by the raised sealing strip, so that damage to the machine would be inevitable.
In order to prevent this, an arrangement is made which in the bottom dead center position of the rotary piston 41, that is, at the moment when the sealing strip slides over, the piston inevitably lifts, that is, pushes it back against the action of centrifugal force. For this purpose, the rotary piston sits on both sides each with a mounting bracket 42 which engages in a groove 44 in the end plate 11.
This groove 44 has such a shape that in the lowest dead center position of the pin 43 stands on the inner surface and thus prevents the rotary piston from being thrown out and even causes it to move backwards.
The lifting diagram for the sealing strip 6 and the flying rotary piston 41 is shown in FIG. 13, the upper diagram for the maximum permissible lifting time from, the lower for the minimum permissible lifting time for sealing strip 6 and rotary piston 41 is drawn. s, means the lifting stroke of the sealing strip 6, 3, the lifting stroke of the rotary piston 41.
