Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes.    Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren  Wollfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  man     4-Chlor-3-nitrozimmtsäure    mit     4-Amino-          diphenylamin-2-sulfonsäure    kondensiert.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle  in kräftig rotbraunen Tönen von bemerkens  werten Echtheitseigenschaften.  



       Beispiel:     26,4 Teile     4-Aminodiphenylamin-2-sulfon-          säure,    22,8 Teile     4-Chlor-3-nitrozimmtsäure     und 16 Teile Natriumkarbonat werden mit  etwa 200 Teilen Wasser etwa 30 Stunden  zum Sieden erhitzt. Hierauf wird die tief  braune Lösung zweckmässig zwecks Entfer  nung von geringen Mengen unverändertem  Ausgangsmaterial mit verdünnter Salzsäure    angesäuert und filtriert. Dann wird der Farb  stoff durch     Aussalzen    abgeschieden.  



  Die     4-Chlor-3-nitrozimmtsäure    (farblose  Nadeln vom Schmelzpunkt 184-185   C)  kann zum Beispiel nach     Perlon    aus     4-Chlor-          3-nitrobenzaldehyd    erhalten werden.

       Example: 26.4 parts of 4-aminodiphenylamine-2-sulfonic acid, 22.8 parts of 4-chloro-3-nitrozinntsic acid and 16 parts of sodium carbonate are heated to the boil with about 200 parts of water for about 30 hours. The deep brown solution is then appropriately acidified with dilute hydrochloric acid and filtered to remove small amounts of unchanged starting material. Then the dye is deposited by salting out.



  4-chloro-3-nitrobenzaldehyde (colorless needles with a melting point of 184-185 ° C.) can be obtained from 4-chloro-3-nitrobenzaldehyde, for example according to Perlon.

Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle in kräftig rotbraunen Tönen von bemerkens werten Echtheitseigenschaften.
