In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise Aus führungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 eine mit zwei Rotationskörpern ausgebildete Rota tionskolbenmaschine im Schnitt nach I-I der Fig. 3; Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen Seitenrisse derselben Maschine von zwei Seiten aus;
Fig. 4 zeigt in einem Diagramm die Kulisse mit verschiedenen Armstellungen, Fig. 5 ebenfalls in einem Diagramm die Kulisse in verschiedenen Abständen a; Fig. 6 zeigt als eine andere Ausführungsform der Rotations- kolbenmaschine ein Getriebe und Fig. 7 einen Kompressor; Fig. 8 stellt in den vier Dar stellungen die verschiedenen Phasen einer Kraftmaschine dar;
Rotary column machine. The invention relates to a rotary piston machine with two pistons arranged in a cylinder and rotatable about the same geometric axis. The machine is characterized in that the pistons are articulated to a machine part, which is rotatable about a second axis located at a distance from the first axis, by means of members which can be displaced in the machine part.
The machine can advantageously be regulated, for example, in that one of the axes can be adjusted relative to the other. This adjustable axis can then also be advantageous under the influence of an automatic control device, e.g. B. a spring.
In the drawing, for example, from embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely Fig. 1 shows a rotary piston machine formed with two rotating bodies in section according to I-I of FIG. 3; Figures 2 and 3 show side elevations of the same machine from two sides;
FIG. 4 shows in a diagram the setting with different arm positions, FIG. 5 likewise in a diagram the setting at different distances a; FIG. 6 shows, as another embodiment of the rotary piston machine, a transmission and FIG. 7 shows a compressor; Fig. 8 shows in the four positions Dar the different phases of an engine;
9 and 10 show an embodiment of a machine in section and in side elevation with an annular space on the housing, and finally FIGS. 11 and 12 show two different embodiments for the compression regulation.
In all embodiments, the rotary piston machine, as can be seen from the drawing voltage, a cylinder BEZW. a Ge housing 1 with an inlet channel 2 and an outlet channel 3. In the housing 1, two pistons (rotary body) 4, 5 rotating about a common geometric axis are arranged. The piston 4 is connected by means of the plate 9 to the hollow shaft 7 (FIG. 1), which is rotatably mounted on the solid shaft 6, while the piston 5 is keyed onto the solid shaft 6.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 9 and 10, the two pistons 4 and 5 run in an annular space of the housing 1. The pistons are directly connected to the link 14, so that the special arrangement of a hollow shaft can be saved. At the outer end both the solid shaft 6 and the hollow shaft 7 each have an arm 10 and 11. These arms 10 and 11 each have a crank pin 12 at their ends, which is articulated in a stone 13 ge. The two stones 13 are displaceable BEZW in a machine part. in the backdrop 14, which is rotatably arranged with the pin 15 of a shaft in the bearing 16 is.
This latter shaft, which drives the piston ben, serves as the drive shaft of the machine. The two arms 10 and 11 and thus also the two pistons 4 and 5 close an angle alpha. (A), the size of which from the distance a of the axis of the pin 15 from the shaft G respectively. 7 is dependent. If the link 14 is rotated (FIG. 4), the stones 13 and thus also the pins 12 are carried along. Instead of the sliding organs (stones) also Rol len or the like can be used. Here at the current angular speeds of the arms 10 and 11 change continuously, which are always different for the arms.
In the initial position A-A (Fig. 4) of the backdrop 14, the arms 10 and 11 include the smallest angle alpha as a result of the stone position 1-1, so they are closest to one another. When the Ku lisse is rotated in the direction of the arrow in the position A2-A2, the arm 11 receives a larger and the arm 10 a smaller Winkelgeschwin speed, whereby the arm 11 leads. So it will be the position of the arms in the setting A2-.42, 2-I1, in the setting of the setting A3-A3, 3-11I, and finally in the setting of the setting A4-A4, 4-1V.
After half a turn of the link, the smallest angle alpha is achieved again, but with the position of arms 10 and 11 reversed, which means that the arm 11 previously on the left comes to rest on the right after half a turn of the link and vice versa. Since the pistons are rigidly connected to the arms and they enclose the same angle alpha in the starting position A-A of the link, the same applies to their mutual position as to the arms 10 and 11.
It can be seen that the advance of one piston 4 over the other piston 5, the space in front of the piston 5 and reaching up to the piston 4 is enlarged and thus, for example, a pump is sucked in. So while rend the arm 10 (Fig. 4) at a half ben gate rotation from I to 1 (Win angle alpha) and accordingly the piston 5 (Fig. 2) comes to rest on the starting point of the piston 4 (angle alpha). The arm 11 passes through the arc 1-I and the piston 4 takes the place of the earlier position of the piston 5, that is, rotates around an angle (360 - alpha).
The angular space in front of the piston 5 is thus increased from alpha to (360 'angle alpha) and the angular space behind it is reduced from (3G0 -' incel alpha) to angle alpha. In the former of these two work spaces there is thus a suction effect and in the latter a pressure effect. The machine works like a double acting piston pump and can be built in two or more stages. If the direction of rotation is reversed, the functions of channels 2 and 3 are swapped. This illustration primarily relates to a rotary piston pump.
The regulation of the machine is done, for example, in the simplest way by changing the distance a of the axis of the pin 15 from the axis of the shafts 6 and 7. In this way, the delivery rate of the pump can be changed. When the distance a is reduced, the angle alpha becomes larger and the angle (360 'angle alpha) smaller, thus the enlargement or Reduction of the working spaces between the pistons 4 and 5 changed in such a way that a smaller amount is sucked in and a smaller amount is promoted as a result.
By adjusting the bearing 1.6, the delivery quantity can be regulated even while the pump is in operation (FIG. 5). When the distance a is reduced to a2, the angle changes from angle alpha to alpha 2. If the distance is equal to zero, the axes of the pin 15 and the shaft 6 and 7 coincide, so are both angles alpha and (360 'angle alpha), each l80'. In this case, the pistons rotate at a constant angular speed. So there is no relative movement between the piston ben, so it is not promoted, no performance achieved, it occurs idling.
By moving the bearing 16 respectively. its axis can also be regulated from zero to the maximum while the pump is running. This regulation can be done manually or automatically. Automatic regulation can take place, for example, by placing the adjustable axis under the influence of an automatic control device. If a maximum pressure is to be set, the bearing 16 is set for example under a previously adjustable spring pressure. In the event of an impermissible increase in pressure, the axis of rotation of the link will move against the spring pressure into a position which corresponds to a lower delivery rate.
The simple possibility of regulating the rotary piston machine by simply shifting the link bearing 16 during operation allows the machine to be used as a hydraulic transmission (Fix. 6). This is formed by connecting two machines in series, one working as a pump, i.e. as a driven primary part (generator), the other machine as a secondary part (hydraulic motor).
Advantageously, both parts are structurally combined in a single unit. By shifting the axis of the pin 15 under the axis of the shafts 6 and 7, there is a distance between the two axes a, which is set when the hydraulic gear return is sought, in which case the inlet and outlet channels swap their function have to.
A particular evil of the rotary piston compressors is the relatively large harmful space. By forming the pistons 4 and 5 as greisausschnitte (Fig. 7) there is now the possibility of practically completely avoiding these harmful spaces, that is, the opposite surfaces of the pistons 4 and 5 can touch at the smallest angle alpha. Due to the large sealing surfaces given by the design, which can also be attached to small rotary piston compressors,
and as a result of the good cooling options, extremely high pressures can be achieved, with multi-stage arrangements naturally also being possible, please include. The pistons 4 and 5 can also receive internal cooling via this.
In FIG. 11, a solution for regulating the same can be seen for eliminating the unfavorable effect of the excessive pre-compression. In a recess of the Ge housing 1 is at the outlet opening 3. Arranged slide 18, which can be pushed more or less in the direction of arrow 19 before.
In the embodiment in Fig. 12 is just if a slot 17 in the housing with a movable slide 18 is arranged in the same, which can move again in the direction of arrow 19 in both directions. Between the slot 17 and the cylinder interior, however, a number of openings 20 is arranged, which is more or less covered by the slide 18 mentioned. In this way, with the aid of the openings 20, the pre-compression is also terminated earlier or later, depending on whether the slide 1.8 covers the openings 20 more or less.
When using a rotary piston machine according to FIGS. 1 to 3 as a steam machine, the main advantage is that no filling regulation through slides, slots or valve controls is necessary, since the possibility of filling regulation in a simple 'N @ There is also a mechanism with the link pivot adjustment with the aid of a controller.
In Fig. 8 of the drawing, the clock ratios for a gasoline engine are shown. The bars are respectively in the beginning of each other. The pistons 4 and 5 are shown ending together, one cycle corresponding to half a gate rotation.
Cycle 1: In the first picture is in space A between the pistons 4, 5 exhaust end and the following intake start. In space B between the pistons 4, 5, the end of the explosion and the start of the exhaust.
Cycle 2: In the second picture, space B between pistons 4, 5 is the end of the exhaust and the beginning of the intake. In A is the end of the suction and the start of compression.
Measure 3: In the third picture, A is the end of compression and the beginning of the explosion. In B is the end of suction and the start of compression.
Measure 4: In the fourth picture, B is the end of compression and the beginning of the explosion. In A is the end of the explosion and the start of the exhaust.
The inlet and exhaust ducts are controlled by self-control or using the systems known per se. There is the possibility ge to achieve the change in compression by shifting the link pin in a simple manner, as was previously not possible with any of the known systems.
For aircraft in particular, it is important that the double action of the engine, as well as its favorable frictional connection and, last but not least, the good cooling of the pistons creates the possibility of producing smaller and lighter engines with the same performance than with engines with back and previous Kol ben was previously possible.
