Description

  

  Vorrichtung zum Halten der     Pelerinenzipfel    ihrer schützenden Lage beim Radfahren.    Mit den gebräuchlichen Radfahrerpelerinen  kann man beim Radfahren nur den Oberkör  per schützen, weil die frei über die Lenk  stange hängenden Enden derselben vom Fahrt  wind nach hinten geweht werden und dadurch  keinen Schutz mehr für die Beine des Fahrers  gewähren. Dieser Nachteil kann mit dem  Gegenstand der Erfindung behoben werden.  



  In der beigelegten Zeichnung zeigt     Fig.1     ein Gehäuse der Vorrichtung;       Fig.    2 zeigt eine Seitenansicht desselben  mit einem Hebelarm;       Fig.    3 zeigt die Vorrichtung ohne Zug  organe an der Vordergabel montiert, unter  Andeutung von drei verschiedenen Stellungen  der Hebelarme;       Fig.    4 und 5 zeigen die Vorrichtung im  Gebrauche von der Seite und von vorne.  Die in einem Gehäuse gemäss     Fig.    1 bis  3 gelagerte Schraubenfeder 1 drückt den  durch eine Nute 2 im Gehäuse aus diesem  austretenden Hebelarm 3 abwärts in die  Ruhestellung 4.

   Zwecks Mitnahme des Armes  dient ein an der Aussenseite des am innern    Ende ringförmig abgebogenen Armes ange  brachter Schlitz 5, in welchen das     abgekröpfte     Mittelstück 6 der Feder eingreift, während  die beiden Enden 7 der Feder je in einer       Durchtrittsöffnung    der Gehäusewand fest ge  halten sind.  



  In Betriebsstellung     (Fig.5)    werden die  beiden zu der Vorrichtung gehörenden Hebel  arme     mittelst    auf der Innenseite der Pelerine  befestigten elastischen Zugorgane 9 und 10  horizontal gehalten, wobei die die Arme ab  wärts ziehende Federkraft die Pelerine stets  straff zieht. Die beiden in     Fig.    2 dargestell  ten     Ausbiegungen    11 des Armes verhindern  in normaler Betriebsstellung ein seitliches  Verschieben der elastischen Zugorgane.  



  Die Vorrichtung ist mit einem Paar     Briden     14 an der Vordergabel des Fahrrades mon  tiert. Bei Überbeanspruchung, wie bei Sturz  oder plötzlichem Verlassen des Rades, lösen  sich die Zugorgane selbst von den Armen,  indem erstere die Schwenkarme bis in die  obere Endstellung 13 hochziehen und in dieser  steilen Lage     darin    seitlich abgleiten können.

The helical spring 1 mounted in a housing according to FIGS. 1 to 3 presses the lever arm 3 emerging from the housing through a groove 2 in the housing downward into the rest position 4.

  The device is fitted with a pair of clamps 14 on the front fork of the bicycle. In the event of excessive stress, such as a fall or sudden abandonment of the bike, the pulling elements detach themselves from the arms by pulling the swivel arms up to the upper end position 13 and sliding them sideways in this steep position.
