Description

  

  Verfahren zur wasserfesten     Fixierung    von Mitteln gegen tierische  und     pflanzliche    Schädlinge.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein  Verfahren zur wasserfesten Fixierung von  Mitteln gegen tierische und pflanzliche Schäd  linge, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Bin  demittel verwendet, welche in wässerigen  Medien lösliche,     härtbare        Aldehyd-Kondensa-          tionsprodukte    von     Aminotriazinen    enthalten.  



  Es wurde gefunden; dass die     härtbaren          Formaldehyd-KondensationsproduktederAmi-          notriazine,    wie sie beispielsweise im Patent  Nr. 193630 beschrieben sind, sich als Binde  mittel zur wasserfesten Fixierung von Mitteln  gegen tierische und pflanzliche Schädlinge  hervorragend eignen.

   Diese Produkte haben  sich als überraschend reaktionsfähig erwiesen,  so dass es gelingt, die Härtung     bezw.        Wasser-          unlöslichmachung    der damit hergestellten  Bindemittel bei richtiger Zusammensetzung  der     Bindemittelmischung    schon bei gewöhn  licher Temperatur vorzunehmen: Diese Eigen  schaft ermöglicht es, bei den für die Fixie  rung von     Stäubemitteln    und dergleichen auf    Pflanzen oder andern Unterlagen üblichen  Bedingungen, das heisst insbesondere ohne  Anwendung höherer Temperaturen, eine gegen  Witterungseinflüsse absolut widerstandsfähige  Fixierung der     Stäubemittel    zu erreichen.  



  Die     Härtungsgeschwindigkeit    dieser Bin  demittel kann durch die     Mitverwendung    von       Härtungsbeschleunigern    weitgehend verändert  werden. Als solche kommen insbesondere  saure Substanzen in Frage.  



  Die Verwendung gestaltet sich beispiels  weise so, dass man die als     Stäubemittel    ver  wendeten     fungiziden    oder     insektiziden        Stoffe     und dergleichen, beispielsweise     Bleiarsenat,          arsenige    Säure, Kupferverbindungen, Queck  silberverbindungen, Schwefel     bezw.    Schwefel  verbindungen,     Fluorverbindungen,    Pflanzen  extrakte wie     Pyrethrum,        Nicotin    usw.

   vor  teilhaft in     Suspension    oder Lösung mit wässe  rigen Lösungen der neuen Bindemittel auf  die zu schützenden Unterlagen, wie Pflanzen  oder Gegenstände, spritzt und dabei zu den      Lösungen so viel     Härturrgsbesehleuniger     zufügt, dass die Produkte     innert    weniger Stun  den gegenüber kaltem Wasser unlöslich wer  den.

   Da auf diese Weise die     schützende     Substanz lange Zeit, zum Beispiel bei Pflan  zen während der ganzen Vegetationsdauer,  wirksam bleibt, weil sie durch den Regen  nicht abgewaschen wird, so ist mit der An  wendung solcher     Fixierungsmittel    ein     grol:er     Vorteil verbunden.     Gewünschtenfalls        können     den Lösungen auch     oberfl@icbeiraktive    Mittel,  wie     Benetzungsmittel    und dergleichen, ferner  die Haftfähigkeit verbessernde Mittel, wie  zum Beispiel Öle, Harze usw., oder Füll  mittel, wie zum Beispiel verkochte Stärke  beigefügt werden.  



       Beispiel:     Man stellt zunächst in folgender Weise  eine Lösung des     Kondensationsproduktes    her:  Man bringt<B>12,6</B> Gewichtsteile     2.4.6-          Triamino-1.3.5-triazin    mit 30 Gewichtsteilen  einer     30o/oigen    neutralen     Formaldehydlösung     im Wasserbad bei<B>80 0</B> zur Reaktion und  kühlt sofort ab, sobald nach rund 20 Minuten  eine Probe der Kondensationslösung auf Zu  satz der     10-fachen    Menge Wasser eine     Trii-          bung    bewirkt.  



  5     Gew.-Teile        arsenige    Säure werden mit  10     Gew.-Teilen    dieser     Kondensationslösung     und<B>50</B>     Gew.-Teilen    eines     l0o/oigen    Stärke  kleisters gut angerieben. Vor dein Gebrauch  werden noch 0,25 Gewichtsteile     Ammonsulfat     sowie 5     Vol.-Teile    Ameisensäure zugefügt  und das Ganze mit 35     Vol.-Teilen    Wasser    verdünnt.

   Die Suspension kann nun gut auf  die zur schützende Pflanze aufgebracht werden  und bildet dort nach dem Eintrocknen und  Stehen während einiger sonniger Tages  stunden einen fest     haftenden    Überzug, der  auch vom Regen nicht weggewaschen wird.

  The curing speed of these bin can be changed to a large extent through the use of curing accelerators. Acid substances in particular come into consideration as such.

       Example: A solution of the condensation product is first prepared in the following way: 12.6 parts by weight of 2.4.6-triamino-1.3.5-triazine with 30 parts by weight of a 30% neutral formaldehyde solution are added in a water bath <B> 80 0 </B> to the reaction and cools down immediately as soon as, after around 20 minutes, a sample of the condensation solution caused by adding 10 times the amount of water.



  5 parts by weight of arsenic acid are rubbed well with 10 parts by weight of this condensation solution and 50 parts by weight of a 10% starch paste. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zerr wasserfesten Fixierung von Mitteln gegen tierische und pflanzliche Schäd linge, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Bindemittel verwendet, welche in wässerigen Medien lösliche, härtbare Aldehyd-Konden- sationsprodukte von Aminotriazinen enthalten. UNTERANSPRüCHE: 1.
