Device for wet treatment of individual textile items. The present invention relates to a device for wet treatment of individual pieces of textile, such as stockings, socks, strands, or ribbons in a suspended state, through which a uniform penetration of the goods to be treated, in particular a uniform color, he aims, with the treatment liquid the item to be treated passes through in the horizontal direction.
According to the invention, this device consists of a treatment container which has sidewalls converging obliquely upwards, the zu- BEzw. Drainage openings for the treatment liquid are provided in the side parts of the bottom. A bottomless, box-shaped insert which is mounted displaceably in the vertical direction and whose side walls have passage openings for the treatment liquids is expediently provided in the treatment container. A device for alternately raising and lowering the box-shaped insert is advantageously provided.
Further details are explained in the description, illustrated in the drawings and protected in the subclaims.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention is illustrated.
Fig. 1 shows a cross section through the device, Fig. 2 shows a plan view; Fig. 3 is the insert on a larger scale; Figures 4 through 8 illustrate the material carriers.
In the present example, the treatment container serving as a dye container sits in the present - embodiment the shape of a truncated wedge with upwardly converging side walls 1 and 2 full in the lower part, but otherwise perforated. Between the walls 1 and 6, respectively. 2 and 7 are the supply respectively. Drainage openings provided for the treatment liquid.
In the space that is delimited by the walls 6, 7, a box-shaped, open at the bottom insert is introduced, which can be moved up and down. The partitions 3, 4 of the insert are opposite the inclined walls 1, 2 of the container and are perforated ge. For the purpose of safe introduction of this insert into the tub guide strips, not shown, can be provided in the drawing. The insert 3, 4 (Fig. 3) is suspended on lifting rods, not shown, which can be mechanically moved up and down, the drive of these lifting rods can be designed to be retractable.
The dye vat is provided in a manner known per se with a double floor 5, the space formed by the double floor being divided in the middle and designed as a heating chamber for the liquor. A switchable liquor conveying device 8 is connected to the dye container so that; One opening each is connected to a liarner of the subdivided space created by the double floor 5.
The insert 3, 4 (Fig. 3) is provided in one of the end faces with a removable cover 9 through which the goods to be dyed can be introduced. Since Lich top guide grooves 10 are attached, into which the material carrier 12 are inserted to hang on the goods to be colored. On the material carrier 12 there are pins 12 'which are arranged, for example, in two rows. To hang the goods to be dyed, threads 11 are used, which are looped around the pins 12 'and fixed by placing a cover strip 15.
The connection of the cover strip 15 to the material carrier 12 takes place in the present embodiment by means of a bayonet lock 13, 13 ', but can also be done in other ways, for example with the help of a snap lock, a screw lock or the like. The cover strips 15 are given such a width that after a bring all of the carriers 12 belonging to a set of the insert 3, 4 (Fig. 3) is completely closed at the top, so that it is impossible for the liquor to flow upwards. Slides 14 or other releasable locking devices can be provided in a cover strip 15, which allow samples of the dye to be taken during dyeing without opening the insert 3, 4.
The operation of the device is as follows: The liquor flows depending on the direction of the direction of the liquor conveyor 8 in the sense of the arrows drawn in full or dashed lines through one half of the double bottom in the walls 1 and 6 respectively. 2 and 7 formed Rarrnr. The sloping side wall 1 respectively. 2 deflects the liquor flow by their corresponding inclination in such a way that it resp. 7,
passes evenly in the horizontal direction and thus causes an even coloration of the goods. Since the insert 3, 4 also moves up and down at the same time, the material is gently squeezed together and stretched again, which results in particularly good coloration of seams and strongly twisted yarns and 7 are fully executed in their lowest part, it is achieved that the liquor actually only flows through the suspended material and not under it.
The storage of the suspended material, respectively. the position of the thread loops on the aluminum material carrier 12, respectively. between the pins 12 'is also secured by the cover strips 15 during the upward and downward movement of the insert 3, 4.
In the foregoing, only one exemplary embodiment of the invention has been explained. It goes without saying that twisted wires can be used instead of the perforated sheets. Furthermore, the guide grooves 10 can be arranged on the end faces of the insert and one of the walls 3 or 4 respectively. the upper part can be designed as a lid for introducing the goods to be colored. Also otherwise desirable changes in the structural training can be carried out within the scope of the invention.
