  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer basischen Verbindung der     heterocyclischen    Reihe.    Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer basischen  Verbindung der     heterocyclischen    Reihe, da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass man     4-Chlor-7,8-          benzochinolin    durch Umsetzung mit über  schüssigem     5-Diäthylamino-2-aminopentan    in  das     4-(5'-Diäthylaminopentyl-2'-ainino)-7,8-          benzochinolin    überführt. Die so erhältliche  neue Verbindung siedet unter 2 mm Druck  bei 235-245  . Sie bildet mit Säuren Salze;  das Hydrochlorid und Acetat sind beispiels  weise in Wasser leicht löslich.

   Das neue  Produkt soll in Form seiner Salze therapeu  tische Anwendung     finden.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  21,4 g     4-Chlor-7,8-benzochinolin    vom  Schmelzpunkt<B>950</B> werden 8 Stunden mit  40 g     5-Diäthylamino-2-aminopentan    bei 180  bis<B>1900</B> erhitzt. Die Schmelze wird unter  Zusatz von Alkali in Äther aufgenommen    und fraktioniert destilliert. Das     4-(5'-Diäthyl-          aminopentyl-2'-amino)-7,8-benzocliinolin    sie  det unter 2 min Druck bei     235-2450.    Das  Hydrochlorid und Acetat der Verbindung  sind in Wasser leicht löslich.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung einer basischen Verbindung der heterocyclischen Reihe, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Chlor-7,8- benzochinolin durch Umsetzung mit über schüssigem 5-Diäthylamino-2-aminopentan in das 4-(5'-Diäthylaminopentyl-2'-amino)-7,8- benzochinolin überführt. Das so erhältliche Produkt bildet mit Säuren Salze und siedet unter 2 mm Druck bei 235-2450. Das Hydrochlorid und Acetat sind beispielsweise in Wasser leicht löslich.
