Hilfsvorrichtung zum Pressen von Holzstücken. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Hilfsvorrichtung zum Pressen. von Holzstücken in einer Druckkammer unter Zuhilfenahme eines schmiegsamen und hzftundurchlässigen Teppichs.
Diese Hilfsvorrichtung kennzeichnet sich erfindungsgemäss dadurch, dass auf einer als bewegliche Unterlage dienenden Tragplatte mindestens eine von dieser abhebbar ange ordnete Heizplatte montiert ist, so dass ausser einem gewölbten Holzformstück, das mittels des genannten Teppichs auf der obern Seiten fläche dieser Heizplatte gepresst werden kann, gleichzeitig auch noch ein plattenförmiges, zwischen Tragplatte und Heizplatte einzu schiebendes Holzstück zwecks Furnierens oder Absperrens. desselben gepresst werden kann.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan des in Verbindung mit einer pneumatischen Presse veranschaulicht.
Fig. 1 ist ein Längsschnitt durch die Presse, und Fig. 2 ist ein Querschnitt nach der Linie <I>11-11</I> in Fig. 1.
Die in Fig. 1 und 2 gezeichnete Hilfs. Vorrichtung- zum. Pressen von Holzstücken besitzt eine .mittels einer Trennwand b in zwei Kammern a1, a2 unterteilte; horizontal angeordnete Drehtrommel a. Diese Trommel a weist an ihrem Umfang zwei Führungs schienen a3 auf, die auf Rollen c' an einem Tragsockel c aufliegen, so dass die Trommel a nach Belieben im einen oder andern Sinne um ihre horizontale Achse gedreht werden kann. Die- beiden Kammern a1, a2 sind mit tels Leitungen dl, d2 mit einer nicht gezeig ten Druckluftquelle, z.
B. einem Kompressor, durch nicht gezeichnete Absperrorgane ab schliessbar verbunden, und stehen ausserdem noch mittels einer Zwischenleitung-ds, in der ein Absperrhahn d vorgesehen ist, unter sich in Verbindung. Die' Trennwand b ist als doppelwandige Heizplatte mit Querkanälen ausgebildet, in welch- letzteren Heizwider- stände e angeordnet sind. Weitere Heizwider stände e' sind in Längsrohren: f verlegt, die in beiden Kammern a1, a2 der Trennwand<I>b</I> gegenüber in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wand der Trommel a an dieser befestigt sind.
Beide Kammern a1, a2 weisen auf einer Stirnseite abklappbare Schliesstüren h auf, mittels wel chen sie hermetisch abgeschlossen werden können.
Eine pneumatische Presse der oben er wähnten Art ist im Patent Nr. 197364 ver öffentlicht worden, und es ist dort auch be schrieben worden, wie Holzformstücke mit tels dieser Presse unter Zuhilfenahme von Gummiteppichen durch abwechslungsweise Beschickung der beiden Kammern a1, a2 zwecks Furnierens bezw. Absperrens dieser Holzstücke mittels Druckluft gepresst werden.
Im folgenden ist nun eine Hilfsvorrich tung beschrieben, die es erlaubt, ausser ge wölbten gleichzeitig auch noch plattenförmige Holzstücke zu pressen.
Zu diesem Zwecke sind auf der Trag platte i der Kammer a1 zwei (gegebenenfalls auch mehr) zusätzliche Heizplatten s und s' in übereinander liegender Anordnung vorge sehen, die an den Stirnenden mittels Ver bindungsscheren v sowohl untereinander, als auch mit der Tragplatte i verbunden sind. Die eine der beispielsweise abzusperrenden Platten zt und u1 wird zwischen die beiden Teile i und s und die andere Platte zwischen die beiden Teile s und s' eingelegt. Zum Einlegen dieser Holzplatten at und u1 werden die beiden Heizplatten s und s' mittels einer hier nicht gezeigten Hebevorrichtung, die z. B. mechanischer oder pneumatischer Art sein kann, so weit als nötig gehoben.
Auf die oberste Heizplatte s' ist eine Form i aufgelegt, auf welcher ein gewölbtes, aus mehreren Sperrplatten bestehendes Arbeits stück t1 geformt bezw. erzeugt werden soll. Diese ganze Vorbereitungsarbeit wird auch wieder, wie im obigen Patent erklärt ist, auf einem hier nicht gezeigten Tisch ausge führt und auch der Teppich o' über die ganze so vorbereitete Beschickungseinheit aus gebreitet, nachdem vorher über diese ein Rahmen p aufgeschoben worden ist, der zu verhindern hat, dass der Teppich o' unter Wirkung des Luftdruckes zwischen die bei den Heizplatten s und s' bezw. zwischen die Heizplatte s und die Tragplatte i gedrückt wird.
Im übrigen verfährt man, wie im obi gen Patent erklärt wurde, indem man, nach dem der Teppich o1 ringsum an seinen Rän dern mittels des Pressrahmens k und auf diesen letzteren wirkenden Spannbügeln m gepresst worden ist, die ganze Beschickungs einheit in die Kammer a1 einschiebt, bei ge schlossener Kammer dann unter Luftdruck setzt und daraufhin die Trommel a dreht, um die andere Kammer a2 auf gleiche Weise wie die Kammer a1 zu beschicken.
Gegebenenfalls könnte auf der Tragplatte i, anstatt zwei Heizplatten wie im vorliegen den Falle, nur eine Heizplatte abhebbar mon tiert sein.
