Description
Brause.
Shower. In the known showers for jet baths, the inconvenience often occurs that the openings for the water are completely or partially clogged by foreign bodies contained in the bath water, where the flow of water can be severely prevented and the water jets when leaving the Shower headed in undesired directions outside a certain area.
Attempts have been made to remedy this deficiency by placing pins on a plate in the shower head, the conical tips of which penetrate the outflow holes of the shower head when the water supply to the shower head is turned off.
This device can prevent the clogging of the holes by the finer dirt in the water to some extent, but it cannot prevent the larger foreign bodies in the water from settling around the pins and after the pins have been lifted from the holes Following water, plug the holes.
These shortcomings of known showers are to be avoided by the subject matter of the present invention, he in that a ver slidably arranged double plate is provided within the housing of the shower, the same has fixed pins between the two individual plates, which in every position of the double plate Penetrate holes in the perforated plate, avoiding any blockage. At the same time, the pens in the company direct the water jets outside the shower in such a way that the water jets run only within a certain radius.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in one embodiment, namely: FIG. 1 shows a view from below and FIG. 2 shows a section along the line a-a in FIG. 1.
The housing 1, which can be screwed onto a water pipe, is closed by a perforated plate 2 by means of a ring nut 8. On the plate 2, a pin 4 is attached, which is rigidly connected to a plate ä, and also carries two sliding plates 6 and 7, between which the heads of Stif th 8 are held.
The plate ? is provided with holes 9 into which the pins 8 protrude, which are kept slightly smaller in diameter than the holes 9. Between the plates 5 and 6 compression springs 10 are placed through which the plates 6 and 7 with the pins in the drawn position are kept ge when the water supply to the shower is turned off.
When the line is open, the plat 6 and 7 with the valve cone 1l. moved downwards by the pressure of the water, whereby the pins through the holes 9 from the perforated plate? exit and guide the water jets so that they run in certain directions.
