Bottle basket for bottle washing machines The invention relates
on a bottle basket for bottle washing machines, especially for swing top bottles,
which consists of a series of individual cells, in which one of the bottle head, receiving
Part (centering tulip) is inserted loosely and displaceably. Due to the movability
the centering tulip within the bottle basket is achieved that the bottle opening
is always encompassed by the centering tulip, so that a clip lock is not in front
the bottle opening can put when the bottle basket when walking through
the cleaning machine assumes different positions. The well-known facility has
but the disadvantage that the sliding centering tulip from the bottle basket is not
can be easily removed. This removal of the centering tulip
but is necessary to easily eliminate any malfunctions and to help with
Damage to be able to insert a new centering tulip quickly. The invention
avoids the disadvantage mentioned and consists in the fact that the one stop, the
serves to limit the movement of the centering tulip, is removably arranged
and expediently from a round strip inserted into an outer bead of the bottle basket
or wire. Such attacks can be at both ends of the bottle basket
be provided, the one stop being attached to the bottle cell by one
fixed conical part can be formed.
In the drawing are some execution. Examples of the invention
shown, namely show Figs. i to q. Longitudinal sections through one bottle cage cell each
and Fig. 5 is a plan view of a bottle basket.
Querwände i i in eine Reihe von Einzelzellen. i2 unterteilt
The bottle basket consists of a square box io that goes through
Cross walls i i in a row of individual cells. i2 divided
is.
Each cell is used to receive a bottle 13 and can through at its open end
a bracket 14 can be closed. In Fig. 3 a particularly large bottle is in
the, cell. The other end of the flask "is completed by a part 15,
de is frustoconical and has a straight extension on the inner wall
the single cell 12 is applied. The part 15 is used to center the bottle, in particular
their opening so that they are in the appropriate place in the cleaning machine
comes to stand exactly above the spray nozzles. The bottle 13 shown has
a clip that is inserted into the centering tulip. When walking through
of the bottle basket through the machine, it is swiveled into the various positions,
whereby the bottle, since it must have a certain amount of play in the bottle basket, goes down
and is pushed here. Here it can easily happen that the clip lock
against the bottle opening, shutting it off and thereby cleaning the inside of the
Bottles prevented. The centering tulip 15 is now not firmly connected to the box io,
but loosely and with a certain amount of play inserted into it as part of itself, so that
it can slide in the bottle cell, always including the bottle opening.
The centering tulip 15 and the bottle 13 are therefore never separated from one another, but rather
Due to the fact that the centering tulip can be moved, they always keep both of them together
same location. The swing top of the bottle cannot rest against the bottle opening
even if the bottle is pushed back and forth in the bottle cell. the
The movement of the centering tulip is limited to one side
achieved by beads 16 in the cell wall. Beading is a simple process
in sheet metal processing and saves special parts, for example from the inside as a delimitation strip
o. The like. would have to be used in each bottle cell. Around the centering tulip 15

Round strips or
Wires 17 are provided, which are inserted into corresponding outer beads of the 'box' wall
and are kept in an appropriate manner. These round strips protrude into the
Bottle cell and form a stop for the centering tulip. When the centering tulip
15 is to be removed, the round strips 1 7 are pulled out, and -the
Centering tulip 15 can be removed unhindered from the cell. Instead of the

through which the cleaning liquid can pass.
