  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr.<B>198710.</B>    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Disazofarbstoffes.       Nach dem im Hauptpatent beschriebenen  Verfahren erhält man einen     Disazofarbstoff,     der sich in organischen Lösungsmitteln mit  bräunlich gelber Farbe löst, wenn man     p-          Aminoazobenzol        diazotiert    und die     Diazover-          bindung.mit        p-Isohexylphenol    kuppelt.  



  Wie nun weiter     gefunden    wurde, erhält  man einen     Disazofarbstoff    von ähnlichen Ei  genschaften, wenn man     4.4'-Diamino-3.        3'-          dimethoxy-diphenyl        tetrazotiert    und die     Te-          trazoverbindung    mit     p-Isohexylphenol    kup  pelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       Man        tetrazotiert    24,4 Teile 4.     4'-Diamino-          3.3'-dimethoxy-diphenyl    unter Zugabe von  100 Teilen Salzsäure, 12       Be,    mit<B>13,8</B> Tei  len     Natriumnitrit    und     lässt    die     filtrierte    Lö  sung bei 0     11    zu einer Lösung von 35,6     Teilen            p-Isohexylphenol,    16 Teilen     Natriumhydr-          oxyd    und 6 Teilen eines     Emulgiermittels    ein  laufen.

   Der Farbstoff wird in üblicher Weise  aufgearbeitet. Er färbt organische Lösungs  mittel in gelbbraunen Tönen an.

  As has now been found further, a disazo dye of similar properties is obtained if 4.4'-diamino-3. 3'-dimethoxy-diphenyl tetrazotized and the tetrazzo compound with p-isohexylphenol kup pelt.



  <I> Example: </I> 24.4 parts of 4,4'-diamino-3,3'-dimethoxy-diphenyl are tetrazotized with the addition of 100 parts of hydrochloric acid, 12 Be, with <B> 13.8 </B> parts len sodium nitrite and lets the filtered solution run at 0-11 to a solution of 35.6 parts of p-isohexylphenol, 16 parts of sodium hydroxide and 6 parts of an emulsifying agent.

   The dye is worked up in the usual way. It stains organic solvents in yellow-brown tones.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Disazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4.4'-Diamino-3. 3'-dimethoxy-diphenyl tetrazotiert und die Tetrazoverbindung mit p-Isohexylphenol kuppelt. Der Farbstoff färbt organischen Lösungs mittel in gelbbraunen Tönen an. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a disazo dye, characterized in that 4,4'-diamino-3. 3'-dimethoxy-diphenyl tetrazotized and the tetrazo compound coupled with p-isohexylphenol.
