Zager schmiereinrichtnng. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Lagerschmiereinrichtung. Es sind bereits mehrere Lagerschmiereinrichtungen bekannt geworden, die aus mehreren in einem geschlossenen Gehäuse angeordneten Lager körpern bestehen, die Einlaufkeile nach bei den Umlaufrichtungen aufweisen und un unterbrochene Laufflächen besitzen. Derartige Lager sind beispielsweise vorgeschlagen wor den;
Die Pfeile a, a', b, b', c, c', <I>d, d'</I> in den Fig. 1 und 2, und die Pfeile<I>a.</I> <I>b, d, a',</I> b', d' der Fig. 3 und 4 geben die Bereiche der Belastungsrichtungen des La gers an.
Zager lubrication device. The present invention relates to a bearing lubrication device. There are already several bearing lubrication devices are known, which consist of several bodies arranged in a closed housing, the inlet wedges have in the directions of rotation and have un interrupted running surfaces. Such bearings are proposed, for example, the wor;
in order to be able to cool a film of lubricant produced on the shaft and to be able to reinforce it with lubricant layered outside the load zones of the bearing by means of an increase in pressure. According to the pressure increases to be generated, respectively. Lubricant film reinforcement is the stand of the individual bearing surfaces from the shaft in a position that the shaft assumes after the sliding speed required for film formation has occurred.
The present invention uses a bearing lubrication device consisting of several in a closed housing on ordered bearing bodies, which have inlet wedges in both directions of rotation and have uninterrupted running surfaces.
and is characterized in that when the shaft is in a central position in the bearing, the running surfaces of the bearing bodies are assigned to the shaft in such a way that the zones in the middle of the individual running surfaces of the smallest distance from the surface of the shaft are equal to one another and correspond to the lubricating film thickness , for the purpose that the lubricant wedges in the company are striving to keep the axis of the shaft in the center axis of the bearing body.
The thickness of the lubricant film depends on the load, the nature of the lubricant itself and the operating conditions of the bearing, such as the temperature in the bearing. Depending on these three factors, there is therefore a specific lubricating film thickness for the individual case, according to which the distance between the central zones of the running surfaces and the shaft surface is determined. With a bearing designed in this way, lubricant films are simultaneously achieved in all running surfaces with the start of rotation of the shaft, so that immediately after the start of rotation the shaft is covered with a film of lubricant over its entire circumference.
Due to the fact that lubricant films are formed in all bearing bodies due to the same distances, the axis of the shaft is held in the center axis of the bearing body in operation.
In order to reliably enable the simultaneous and uniform formation of the lubricating films in all bearing bodies, spaces between the individual bearing bodies are expediently used for the simultaneous supply of lubricant. As a result of this measure, the lubricant gets into all inlet wedges at the same time,
so that the film of airborne agent is created simultaneously in each individual bearing body.
In order to keep the bearing temperature and thus the operating state of the bearing constant, the lubricant is expediently passed over the backs of the bearing body on its way to the intermediate spaces between the bearing bodies for the purpose of simultaneous cooling of the bearing bodies
Bearing body led. The .Smiermittel can be fed here in any way from the outside to the back of the individual bearing bodies and enters the spaces between the bearing bodies and from there into the inlet wedges between the individual bearing bodies and the shaft.
The drawing shows, for example, embodiments of bearings for carrying out the bearing lubrication according to the invention, namely FIGS. 1 and 2 show a double-shell bearing, the Fäg. 3 and 4 a three-half-frame warehouse in a schematic representation again.
In all figures, <B> 1 </B> denotes the wave corresponding to 1a, -. Which accommodate the shaft 1 -the bearing body 9, 10, respectively. 11, 12, 13 be seated infeed wedges 2 for the running surfaces 3, 4, respectively, which can be used for the left or right-hand direction of rotation. 3 ', 4', respectively. 5, 6, 7, respectively. 5 ', 6',
7 '.' The lubricant is fed to the shaft 1 via the spaces 8 at the same time to the inlet wedges 2.
The bearing according to FIG. 2 differs from that of FIG. 1 only in that the bearing bodies 9 and 10 of FIG. 2 are opposite to those of FIG. 1 are arranged. The same applies to FIGS. 3 and 4.
The arrows a, a ', b, b', c, c ', <I> d, d' </I> in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the arrows <I> a. </I> <I > b, d, a ', </I> b', d 'of FIGS. 3 and 4 indicate the areas of the loading directions of the bearing. The bearing according to FIG. 1 can be loaded in the directions indicated by the arrows, but not in the direction of the spaces B.
The same consideration applies to Fig. 2. If you run a camp according to Fig. 1 and a bearing according to FIG. 2 one behind the other on a shaft anord, so there is a YIetioh between FIGS. 1 and 2, <I> because </I> in this way there is the possibility
such a combined camp for all directions of use to be able to use. Likewise, a bearing composed of the bearings according to FIGS. 3 and 4 can be loaded in all directions as a result of the oppositely arranged bearing bodies. The lubricant is, as shown in Figs. 1 to 4,
after its entry into the intermediate spaces 8, all inlet wedges 2 lying in the direction of the direction of rotation are fed simultaneously. The distance between the central zones of the individual running surfaces <B> 3 </B>, 4, 3 ', 4', 5, 6, 7, 5 ', 6', 7 'is the same as one another.
Since these distances correspond to the thickness of the lubricating film, when the shaft 1 rotates the entire circumference of the lubricant, which strives to keep the axis of the shaft centrally in the bearing bore.
